2Data Driven Uncertainty Evaluation for Complex Engineered System Design显示文摘Complex engineered systems are often difficult to analyze and design due to the tangled interdependencies among their subsystems and components. Conventional design methods often need exact modeling or accurate structure decomposition, which limits their practical application. The rapid expansion of data makes utilizing data to guide and improve system design indispensable in practical engineering. In this paper, a data driven uncertainty evaluation approach is proposed to support the design of complex engineered systems. The core of the approach is a data-mining based uncertainty evaluation method that predicts the uncertainty level of a specific system design by means of analyzing association relations along different system attributes and synthesizing the information entropy of the covered attribute areas, and a quantitative measure of system uncertainty can be obtained accordingly. Monte Carlo simulation is introduced to get the uncertainty extrema, and the possible data distributions under different situations is discussed in detail.The uncertainty values can be normalized using the simulation results and the values can be used to evaluate different system designs. A prototype system is established, and two case studies have been carried out. The case of an inverted pendulum system validates the effectiveness of the proposed method, and the case of an oil sump design shows the practicability when two or more design plans need to be compared. 5Simulation of Air Source Heat Pump with Refrigerant Injection for Heating Operation显示文摘An air source heat pump(ASHP)with refrigerant injection is proposed for the air conditioning system of electric vehicles(EVs),especially for efficient heating in cold winter,when there is no wasted heat of engines.The simulation model is built with the framework of two-phase fluid network,where the compressor is separated as two compressors and the economizer is treated as two heat exchangers in the injection path and the main refrigerant path.With the validated simulation model,the heating performance is analyzed,and the results show that the coefficient of performance(COP)of ASHP with refrigerant injection is higher than 1.4 and the discharge temperature is less than 100℃ when the outdoor temperature is-20℃.The above performance ensures that the air conditioning system and EVs can operate normally with high efficiency even in the cold winter,which is much helpful for the practicability of EVs.Liu Haibo Shao Shuangquan Ma Guoyuan Fan Boyuan 2018Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,5:0
6Metal-organic frameworks with mixed-ligands strategy as heterogeneous nucleation center to assist crystallization for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘Deep-level defects and random oriented configuration in perovskite crystallization process would cause the nonradiative recombination and further affect the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,two metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)with tunable Lewis-base passivation sites have been constructed(Cd-Httb and Cd-Httb-BDC,Httb=5-(4-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)benzyl)-1h-tetrazole,BDC=1,4-dicarboxybenzene)to eliminate deep-level defects and simultaneously as nanostructured heterogeneous nucleation seed to assist the growth of large-grained perovskite films.Compared with the control and Cd-Httb,Cd-Httb-BDC designed with mix-ligands strategy exhibited the enhanced inducted effect on the crystallization and nucleation of high-quality perovskite films during annealing process.Consequently,the resultant Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device achieved higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)(22.18%)than the control(20.89%)and Cd-Httb(21.56%).Meanwhile,the unencapsulated Cd-Httb-BDC-modified device still maintained 90%of initial PCE after 1500 h in ambient conditions and exhibited enhanced thermal stability(85℃ in N_(2) atmosphere).This work presented a successful example of mixligands strategy on construction of high-quality MOF-assisted perovskite films for high-efficient and stable PSCs.Yayu Dong Shuang Gai Jian Zhang Ruiqing Fan Boyuan Hu Wei Wang Wei Cao Jiaqi Wang Ke Zhu Debin Xia Lin Geng Yulin Yang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:0
7Unsupervised Dynamic Fuzzy Cognitive Map显示文摘Fuzzy Cognitive Map(FCM) is an inference network, which uses cyclic digraphs for knowledge representation and reasoning. Along with the extensive applications of FCMs, there are some limitations that emerge due to the deficiencies associated with FCM itself. In order to eliminate these deficiencies, we propose an unsupervised dynamic fuzzy cognitive map using behaviors and nonlinear relationships. In this model, we introduce dynamic weights and trend-effects to make the model more reasonable. Data credibility is also considered while establishing a machine learning model. Subsequently, we develop an optimized Estimation of Distribution Algorithm(EDA) for weight learning. Experimental results show the practicability of the dynamic FCM model. 8Knowledge Map Mining of Financial Data显示文摘The Knowledge Map (KM) concept, which was derived from the Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM), is used to describe and manage knowledge. KM provides insight into the interdependencies and uncertainties contained in the system. This paper uses a model-free method to mine KMs in historical data to analyze component stock corporations of the Shanghai Stock 50 index. The analyses use static and time-domain analyses. The results indicate that a knowledge map is useful for representing knowledge and for monitoring the health of companies. 9Electrochemical Identification of Yulania spp. by Fingerprinting of Leaves Using Glassy Carbon Electrode显示文摘In this communication,we used electrochemical sensor for recording the electrochemical profiles of eleven species of Yulania spp.from leaf extract.Two solvents and two buffer conditions were used for electrochemical fingerprints collection.Their electrochemical fingerprints can be converted to different patterns and consequently for species recognition.The results indicate the pattern recognition is much convenient than that of the recognition of species directly using voltammetric signal.The current information in electrochemical fingerprinting represents the type and amount of electrochemically active molecules,which linked to the genetic differences among the plants.Therefore,the electrochemical fingerprints were applied for further phylogenetic study.The phylogenetic tree deduced from voltametric curves is divided into three main groups.The first clade contains Y.denudate,Liriodendron chinense,Y.cylindrica,Y.biondii,Y.sprengeri.The second clade contains Y.zenii,Y.liliiflora,Y.kobus,and Y.amoena.The third clade contains Y.×soulangeana,Manglietia fordiana and Y.sinostellata.In addition,Y.salicifolia is not in these main clades.The results demonstrate that electrochemical fingerprinting can be used as a com-plementary tool in the study of phylogenetics.Zhiguo Lu Yuhong Zheng Pengchong Zhang Boyuan Fan Aimin Yu Li Fu 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,11:0
10Integrated proteogenomic characterization across major histological types of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors显示文摘Pituitary neuroendocrine tumor(PitNET)is one of the most common intracranial tumors.Due to its extensive tumor heterogeneity and the lack of high-quality tissues for biomarker discovery,the causative molecular mechanisms are far from being fully defined.Therefore,more studies are needed to improve the current clinicopathological classification system,and advanced treatment strategies such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy are yet to be explored.Here,we performed the largest integrative genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,and phosphoproteomics analysis reported to date for a cohort of 200 PitNET patients.Genomics data indicate that GNAS copy number gain can serve as a reliable diagnostic marker for hyperproliferation of the PIT1 lineage.Proteomics-based classification of PitNETs identified 7 clusters,among which,tumors overexpressing epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)markers clustered into a more invasive subgroup.Further analysis identified potential therapeutic targets,including CDK6,TWIST1,EGFR,and VEGFR2,for different clusters.Immune subtyping to explore the potential for application of immunotherapy in PitNET identified an association between alterations in the JAK1-STAT1-PDL1 axis and immune exhaustion,and between changes in the JAK3-STAT6-FOS/JUN axis and immune infiltration.These identified molecular markers and alternations in various clusters/subtypes were further confirmed in an independent cohort of 750 PitNET patients.This proteogenomic analysis across traditional histological boundaries improves our current understanding of PitNET pathophysiology and suggests novel therapeutic targets and strategies.Fan Zhang Qilin Zhang Jiajun Zhu Boyuan Yao Chi Ma Nidan Qiao Shiman He Zhao Ye Yunzhi Wang Rui Han Jinwen Feng Yongfei Wang Zhaoyu Qin Zengyi Ma Kai Li Yichao Zhang Sha Tian Zhengyuan Chen Subei Tan Yue Wu Peng Ran Ye Wang Chen Ding Yao Zhao 2022Cell Research2022,32,12:0

12Mechanism underlying the anterior insula and its related neural pathway involved in the transmission and modulation of pain显示文摘In recent years,the role of insular cortex(IC)in pain sensation gains more and more attention.Based on its anatomical connection feature,i is generally conceived that anterior insula(aIC)is involved in emotional aspectand posterior insula(pIC)is related to sensory aspect of pain,respectively.However,functional evidence is still lacking to support this hypothesis.In addition,the neural pathway transmitting emotional pain sensation to IC is unknown.The main results of the present study are as follows:①Fos immunostaining data showed that all IC subregions are activated under the condition of neuropathic pain.Chemogenetically activating aIC elicits mechanical pain and anxiety while activating pIC only elicits mechanical pain but without anxiety in naive mice.The facilitatory role of IC in pain and anxiety is mediated by pyramidal neurons,while GABAergic neurons exert opposite effects.Bai Yang Chen Yanbing Fan Boyuan Li Yunqing 2021解剖学杂志2021,44,S01:0
