Mathematical model of heat transfer for bloom continuous casting显示文摘A mathematical model for heat transfer during solidification in continuous casting of automobile steel, was established on researching under the influence of the solidifying process of bloom quality of CCM in the EAF steelmaking shop,at Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.Several steel grades were chosen to research, such as,40Cr and 42CrMo.According to the results of the high temperature mechanical property tests of blooms, the respective temperature curves for controlling the solidification of different steels were acquired, and a simulating software was developed. The model was verified using two methods, which were bloom pin- shooting and surface strand temperature measuring experiments. The model provided references for research on the solidifying proc- ess and optimization of a secondary cooling system for automobile steel. Moreover,it was already applied to real production. The calculated temperature distribution and solidification trend of blooms had offered a reliable theory for optimizing the solidifying process of blooms, increasing withdrawal speed, and improving bloom quality.Meanwhile,a new secondary cooling system was designed to optimize a secondary cooling water distribution, including choice and arrangements of nozzles, calculation of cooling water quantity, and so on. | Qing Liu Liangzhou Wang Liqiang Zhang Liguo Cao Xiuzhong Ding Mei Liang Yongge Qi | 2008 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,1: | 7
Analytical study on pretensioned bolt-cable combined support of large cross-section tunnel显示文摘To study the mechanical responses of large cross-section tunnel reinforced by pretensioned rock bolts and anchor cables, an analytical model is proposed. Considering the interaction between rock mass and bolt-cable support, the strain softening characteristic of rock mass, the elastic-plastic characteristic of bolt-cable support, and the delay effect of installation are considered in the model. To solve the different mechanical cases of tunneling reinforced by bolt-cable support, an analytical approach has been put forward to get the solutions of stress and displacement associated with tunneling. The proposed analytical model is verified by numerical simulation. Moreover, parametric analysis is performed to study the effects of pretension force,cross-section area, length, and supporting density of bolt-cable support on tunnel reinforcement, which can provide references for determining these parameters in tunnel design. Based on the analytical model, a new Ground Response Curve(GRC)considering the reinforcement of bolt-cable support is obtained, which shows the pretension forces and the timely installation are important in bolt-cable support. In addition, the proposed model is applied to the analysis of the Great Wall Station Tunnel, a high-speed railway tunnel with a super large cross-section, which shows that the analytical model of bolt-cable support was a useful tool for preliminary design of large cross-section tunnel. | LUO JiWei ZHANG DingLi FANG Qian LI Ao SUN ZhenYu CAO LiQiang | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,9: | 6
Seasonal variations and bioavailability of inorganic phosphorus in soils of Yeyahu Wetland in Beijing,China显示文摘Phosphorus(P) in soils has an important influence on the development and productivity of wetland. The objective of this study was to investigate the distribution, bioavailability and seasonal variations of inorganic phosphorus(IP) in soils of Yeyahu Wetland. The results showed that the concentration of Ca-bound P(Ca-P) remained the main occurrence in all IP fractions despite the season,at the same time the Al-bound P(Al-P) was always the lowest IP fraction despite the season.Al-P and Fe-bound P (Fe-P) concentration were all reached the highest value in May and the lowest in November, which was opposite to the occluded P(Oc-P) fraction. The notable higher Oc-P concentration in November observed in this study was probably due to the decomposition of plants and the subsequently releasing of oxides to soils.Ca-P didn't change much with season variations.Exchangeable P(Ex-P) and Oc-P were all positively correlated with soil moisture content and organic matter content, but Al-P was negatively correlated with these two soil properties. As a stable form,Ca-P was not associated with soil properties.Al-P,Fe-P and Ca-P might contribute to the storage of P in studied wetland with the principle component analysis results. The concentration rank order of the bio-available P in soils was generally as follows:Olsen-P > Algal available P(AAP) > Water soluble P(WSP) > Readily desorbed P(RDP).Olsen-P was positively correlated with Ex-P and Oc-P,and it was thought to be a more suitable indicator for bio-available P in soils. | ZHANG Jing LI Min LIU Shuang LIU Yujin ZHANG Liqiang CAO Qi SUN Dezhi | 2011 | International Journal of Sediment Research2011,26,2: | 4

Analytical modeling of complex contact behavior between rock mass and lining structure显示文摘Based on the nondestructive test data of operating railway tunnels in China, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the complex contact behavior between the rock mass and lining structure. The contact modes are classified into dense contact, local non-contact, and loose contact. Subsequently, the corresponding mechanical model for each contact mode is developed according to its mechanical characteristics using the complex variable method. In the proposed mechanical model, a special algorithm is introduced to detect whether the local non-contact zone is re-contacted. Besides, a novel conformal mapping method is also proposed to accurately calculate the mechanical response of the concrete lining. Finally, the accuracy of the proposed method is verified by comparing it with the finite element method(FEM). Several parameter investigations are conducted to analyze the effects of different contact modes on the rock-lining interaction. The results show that:(i) the height of the local noncontact area does not have a significant effect on the contact stress distribution if no re-contact occurs;(ii) backfill grouting can reduce the local stress concentration caused by poor contact modes;and(iii) reducing the friction coefficient of the interface can lead to a more uniform distribution of internal forces in the concrete lining. | Dingli Zhang Tong Xu Huangcheng Fang Qian Fang Liqiang Cao Ming Wen | 2022 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,3: | 1
Targeted inhibition of osteoclastogenesis reveals the pathogenesis and therapeutics of bone loss under sympathetic neurostress显示文摘Sympathetic cues via the adrenergic signaling critically regulate bone homeostasis and contribute to neurostress-induced bone loss, but the mechanisms and therapeutics remain incompletely elucidated. Here,we reveal an osteoclastogenesis-centered functionally important osteopenic pathogenesis under sympatho-adrenergic activation with characterized micro RNA response and efficient therapeutics. We discovered that osteoclastic mi R-21 was tightly regulated by sympatho-adrenergic cues downstream theβ2-adrenergic receptor(β2AR)signaling,critically modulated osteoclastogenesis in vivo by inhibiting programmed cell death 4(Pdcd4),and mediated detrimental effects of both isoproterenol(ISO)and chronic variable stress(CVS)on bone.Intriguingly, without affecting osteoblastic bone formation, bone protection against ISO and CVS was sufficiently achieved by a(D-Asp8)-lipid nanoparticle-mediated targeted inhibition of osteoclastic mi R-21 or by clinically relevant drugs to suppress osteoclastogenesis.Collectively, these results unravel a previously underdetermined molecular and functional paradigm that osteoclastogenesis crucially contributes to sympatho-adrenergic regulation of bone and establish multiple targeted therapeutic strategies to counteract osteopenias under stresses. | Bingdong Sui Jin Liu Chenxi Zheng Lei Dang Ji Chen Yuan Cao Kaichao Zhang Lu Liu Minyan Dang Liqiang Zhang Nan Chen Tao He Kun Xuan Fang Jin Ge Zhang Yan Jin Chenghu Hu | 2022 | International Journal of Oral Science2022,14,4: | 1

Scalable fabrication and active site identification of MOF shell-derived nitrogen-doped carbon hollow frameworks for oxygen reduction显示文摘Nitrogen-doped carbon materials as promising oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) electrocatalysts attract great interest in fuel cells and metal-air batteries because of their relatively high activity, high surface area, high conductivity and low cost. To maximize their catalytic efficiency, rational design of efficient electrocatalysts with rich exposed active sites is highly desired. Besides, due to the complexity of nitrogen species, the identification of active nitrogen sites for ORR remains challenging. Herein, we develop a facile and scalable template method to construct high-concentration nitrogen-doped carbon hollow frameworks(NC), and reveal the effect of different nitrogen species on theirORRactivity on basis of experimental analysis and theoretical calculations. The formation mechanism is clearly revealed, including low-pressure vapor superassembly of thin zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF-8) shell on ZnO templates,in situ carbonization and template removal. The obtained NC-800 displays better ORR activity compared with other NC-700 and NC-900 samples. Our results indicate that the superior ORR activity of NC-800 is mainly attributed to its content balance of three nitrogen species. The graphitic N and pyrrolic N sites are responsible for lowering the working function, while the pyridinic N and pyrrolic N sites as possible active sites are beneficial for increasing the density of states. | Jiashen Meng Ziang Liu Xiong Liu Wei Yang Lianzhou Wang Yan Li Yuan-Cheng Cao Xingcai Zhang Liqiang Mai | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,7: | 0
Real-Time Black Carbon Emissions from Light-Duty Passenger Vehicles Using a Portable Emissions Measurement System显示文摘Black carbon(BC)is considered the second largest anthropogenic climate forcer, but the radiative effects of BC are highly correlated with its combustion sources.On-road vehicles are an important source of anthropogenic BC.However, there are major uncertainties in the estimates of the BC emissions from on-road light-duty passenger vehicles(LDPVs),and results obtained with the portable emissions measurement system(PEMS)method are particularly lacking. We developed a PEMS platform and evaluated the on-road BC emissions from ten in-use LDPVs.We demonstrated that the BC emission factors(EFs)of gasoline direction injection(GDI)engine vehicles range from 1.10 to 1.56 mg.km^(-1),which are higher than the EFs of port fuel injection(PFI)engine vehicles(0.10–0.17 mg.km^(-1))by a factor of 11.The BC emissions during the cold-start phase contributed 2%–33%to the total emissions.A strong correlation(R^(2)=0.70)was observed between the relative BC EFs and average vehicle speed, indicating that traffic congestion alleviation could effectively mitigate BC emissions. Moreover,BC and particle number(PN)emissions were linearly correlated(R^(2)=0.90),and compared to PFI engine vehicles, the instantaneous PN-to-BC emission rates of GDI engine vehicles were less sensitive to vehicle specific power-to-velocity(VSPV)increase in all speed ranges. | Xuan Zheng Liqiang He Xiaoyi He Shaojun Zhang Yihuan Cao Jiming Hao Ye Wu | 2022 | Engineering2022,,9: | 0
Research on Multi-Blockchain Electronic Archives Sharing Model显示文摘The purpose of introducing blockchain into electronic archives sharing and utilization is to break the information barrier between electronic archives sharing departments by relying on technologies such as smart contract and asymmetric encryption.Aiming at the problem of dynamic permission management in common access control methods,a new access control method based on smart contract under blockchain is proposed, which improves the intelligence level under blockchain technology.Firstly, the Internet attribute access control model based on smart contract is established. For the dynamic access of heterogeneous devices, the management contract, permission judgment contract and access control contract are designed;Secondly, the access object credit evaluation algorithm based on particle swarm optimization radial basis function(PSO-RBF)neural network is used to dynamically generate the access node credit threshold combined with the access policy,so as to realize the intelligent access right management method. Finally, combined with the abovemodels and algorithms, the workflow of electronic archives sharing and utilization model of multi blockchain is constructed. The experimental results show that the timeconsuming of the process increases linearly with the number of continuous access to electronic archives blocks, and the secure access control of sharing and utilization is feasible, secure and effective. | Fang Yu Wenbin Bi Ning Cao Jun Luo Diantang An Liqiang Ding Russell Higgs | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,9: | 0
SPIDER:Speeding up Side-Channel Vulnerability Detection via Test Suite Reduction显示文摘Side-channel attacks allow adversaries to infer sensitive information, such as cryptographic keys or private user data,by monitoring unintentional information leaks of running programs.Prior side-channel detection methods can identify numerous potential vulnerabilities in cryptographic implementations with a small amount of execution traces due to the high diffusion of secret inputs in crypto primitives. However, because non-cryptographic programs cover different paths under various sensitive inputs, extending existing tools for identifying information leaks to non-cryptographic applications suffers from either insufficient path coverage or redundant testing. To address these limitations,we propose a new dynamic analysis framework named SPIDER that uses fuzzing, execution profiling, and clustering for a high path coverage and test suite reduction, and then speeds up the dynamic analysis of side-channel vulnerability detection in non-cryptographic programs. We analyze eight non-cryptographic programs and ten cryptographic algorithms under SPIDER in a fully automated way,and our results confirm the effectiveness of test suite reduction and the vulnerability detection accuracy of the whole framework. | Fei Yan Rushan Wu Liqiang Zhang Yue Cao | 2023 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,1: | 0
Evaluation of county-level poverty alleviation progress by deep learning and satellite observations显示文摘Poverty alleviation is one of the greatest challenges faced by low-income and middle-income countries.China, which had the largest rural poverty-stricken population, has made tremendous efforts in alleviating poverty especially since the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation(TPA)policy in 2014,and by 2020,all national poverty-stricken counties(NPCs)have been out of poverty. This study combines deep learning with multiple satellite datasets to estimate county-level economic develop-ment from 2008 to 2019 and assess the effect of the TPA policy for 592 national poverty-stricken counties(NPCs)at country, provincial and county levels.Per capita gross domestic product(GDP)is used to measure the affluence level. From 2014 through 2019,the 592 NPCs experience an average growth rate of per capita GDP at 7.6%±0.4%,higher than the average growth rate of 310 adjacent non-NPC counties(7.3%±0.4%)and of the whole country(6.3%).We also reveal 42 counties with weak growth recently and that the average affluence level of the NPCs in 2019 is still much lower than the national or provincial averages. The inexpensive, timely and accurate method proposed here can be applied to other low-income and middle-income countries for affluence assessment. | Yanxiao Jiang Liqiang Zhang Yang Li Jintai Lin Jingwen Li Guoqing Zhou Suhong Liu Jing Cao Zhiqiang Xiao | 2021 | Big Earth Data2021,5,4: | 0
Analytical solutions for the restraint effect of isolation piles against tunneling-induced vertical ground displacements显示文摘This paper presents a simplified elastic continuum method for calculating the restraint effect of isolation piles on tunneling-induced vertical ground displacement, which can consider not only the relative sliding of the pile‒soil interface but also the pile rowesoil interaction. The proposed method is verified by comparisons with existing theoretical methods, including the boundary element method and the elastic foundation method. The results reveal the restraining mechanism of the isolation piles on vertical ground displacements due to tunneling,i.e.the positive and negative restraint effects exerted by the isolation piles jointly drive the ground vertical displacement along the depth direction from the original tunneling-induced nonlinear variation situation to a relatively uniform situation. The results also indicate that the stiffness of the pile‒soil interface, including the pile shaft‒surrounding soil interface and pile tip-supporting soil interface, describes the strength of the pile‒soil interaction. The pile rows can confine the vertical ground displacement caused by the tunnel excavation to the inner side of the isolation piles and effectively prevent the vertical ground displacement from expanding further toward the outer side of the isolation piles. | Liqiang Cao Xiangsheng Chen Xing-Tao Lin Dong Su Huangcheng Fang Dechun Lu | 2023 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,10: | 0
