| 2 | Complex band structures of 1D anisotropic graphene photonic crystal显示文摘The complex band structures of a 1D anisotropic graphene photonic crystal are investigated, and the dispersion relations are confirmed using the transfer matrix method and simulation of commercial software. It is found that the result of using effective medium theory can fit the derived dispersion curves in the low wave vector.Transmission, absorption, and reflection at oblique incident angles are studied for the structure, respectively.Omni-gaps exist for angles as high as 80° for two polarizations. | 6 | Impact of anthropogenic heat emissions on meteorological parameters and air quality in Beijing using a high-resolution model simulation显示文摘Anthropogenic heat emissions(AHE)play an important role in modulating the atmospheric thermodynamic and kinetic properties within the urban planetary boundary layer,particularly in densely populated megacities like Beijing.In this study,we estimate the AHE by using a Large-scale Urban Consumption of energY(LUCY)model and further couple LUCY with a high-resolution regional chemical transport model to evaluate the impact of AHE on atmospheric environment in Beijing.In areas with high AHE,the 2-m temperature(T_(2))increased to varying degrees and showed distinct diurnal and seasonal variations with maxima in night and winter.The increase in 10-m wind speed(WS_(10))and planetary boundary layer height(PBLH)exhibited slight diurnal variations but showed significant seasonal variations.Further,the systematic continuous precipitation increased by 2.1 mm due to the increase in PBLH and water vapor in upper air.In contrast,the precipitation in local thermal convective showers increased little because of the limited water vapor.Meanwhile,the PM_(2.5) reduced in areas with high AHE because of the increase in WS_(10) and PBLH and continued to reduce as the pollution levels increased.In contrast,in areas where prevailing wind direction was opposite to that of thermal circulation caused by AHE,the WS_(10) reduced,leading to increased PM_(2.5).The changes of PM_(2.5) illustrated that a reasonable AHE scheme might be an effective means to improve the performance of PM_(2.5) simulation.Besides,high AHE aggravated the O_(3) pollution in urban areas due to the reduction in NO_(x). | Hengrui Tao Jia Xing Gaofeng Pan Jonathan Pleim Limei Ran Shuxiao Wang Xing Chang Guojing Li Fei Chen Junhua Li | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Layer-by-Layer Grafting Dye on Chiral MOF Thin Films for Circularly Polarized Luminescence显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks with chiral feature(chirMOFs) are attracting great attention on circularly polarized luminescence(CPL). However, developing new efficient strategy to achieve or improve CPL properties is an urgent task. Herein, new chiral MOF thin films prepared by liquid-phase epitaxial layer by layer(lbl) growth method(SURchirMOF) are composed of D-or L-camphorate(D/Lcam) and aminopyrazine(Pr-NH)by using liquid phase epitaxial layer by layer(lbl) method. The resulted Zn(D/Lcam)PrNHSURchirMOF shows strong chirality and luminescence but weak CPL emission at 390 nm. After lbl modifying a dye molecule FluoresceinIsothiocyanate(FITC), the chiroptical Zn(D/Lcam)Pr-NH-FITC SURchirMOFs with ~7 times CPL signal improvement and ~3 times glum value amplification are obtained. | 8 | State of Charge Estimation for Lithium-Ion Battery Based on Improved Cubature Kalman Filter Algorithm显示文摘An improved cubature Kalman filter(CKF)algorithm for estimating the state of charge of lithium-ion batteries is proposed.This improved algorithm implements the diagonalization decomposition of the covariance matrix and a strong tracking filter.First,a first-order RC equivalent circuit model is first established and verified,whose voltage estimation error is within 1.5%;this confirms that the model can be used to describe the characteristics of a battery.Then the calculation processes of the traditional and proposed CKF algorithms are compared.Subsequently,the improved CKF algorithm is applied to the state of charge estimation under the constant-current discharge and dynamic stress test conditions.The average errors for these two conditions are 0.76%and 1.2%,respectively,and the maximum absolute error is only 3.25%.The results indicate that the proposed method has higher filter stability and estimation accuracy than the extended Kalman filter(EKF),unscented Kalman filter(UKF)and traditional CKF algorithms.Finally,the convergence rates of the above four algorithms are compared,among which the proposed algorithm track the referenced values at the highest speed. | Guochun Li Chang Liu Enlong Wang Limei Wang | 2021 | Automotive Innovation2021,4,2: | 0 |
