| 1 | Sensors deployment optimization in multi-dimensional space based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm显示文摘Sensors deployment optimization has become one of the most attractive fields in recent years. However, most of the previous work focused on the deployment problem in 2 D space.Compared to the traditional form, sensors deployment in multidimensional space has greater research significance and practical potential to satisfy the detecting needs in complex environment.Aiming at solving this issue, a multi-dimensional space sensor network model is established, and the radar system is selected as an example. Considering the possible working mode of the radar system(e.g., searching and tracking), two distinctive deployment models are proposed based on maximum coverage area and maximum target detection probability in the attack direction respectively. The latter one is usually ignored in the previous literature.For uncovering the optimal deployment of the sensor network, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is improved using the proposed weights determination scheme, in which the linear decreasing, the pooling strategy and the cloud theory are combined for weights updating. | 2 | Inhibition of inflammatory mediator release from microglia can treat ischemic/hypoxic brain injury显示文摘Interleukin-1α and interleukin-1β aggravate neuronal injury by mediating the inflammatory reaction following ischemic/hypoxic brain injury. It remains unclear whether interleukin-1α and interleukin-1β are released by microglia or astrocytes. This study prepared hippocampal slices that were subsequently subjected to oxygen and glucose deprivation. Hematoxylin-eosin staining verified that neurons exhibited hypoxic changes. Results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay found that interleukin-1α and interleukin-1β participated in this hypoxic process. Moreover, when hypoxic injury occurred in the hippocampus, the release of interleukin-1α and interleukin-1β was mediated by the P2X4 receptor and P2X7 receptor. Immunofluorescence staining revealed that during ischemia/hypoxia, the P2X4 receptor, P2X7 receptor, interleukin-1α and interleukin-1β expression was detectable in rat hippocampal microglia, but only P2X4 receptor and P2X7 receptor expression was detected in astrocytes. Results suggested that the P2X4 receptor and P2X7 receptor, respectively, mediated interleukin-1α and interleukin-1β released by microglia, resulting in hippocampal ischemic/hypoxic injury. | 6 | Development and application of the Baosteel mechanical descaling technology显示文摘During the hot rolling process,o xides are formed on the surface of metal products.These oxides,which are commonly called scales,must be eliminated before other post-processing. Currently,chemical pickling is the most widespread technology for descaling.However,chemical pickling depicts several drawbacks such as severe pollution, high cost, and unstable quality.Consequently,Baosteel initiated the Baosteel mechanical descaling( BMD)technology research in 2009.The BMD technology uses a water jet containing abrasive to eliminate the scales.The metal surface after BMD processing achieves an excellent surface quality with grade of Sa3.0 and satisfies the requirement of subsequent processes such as stamping,coating,and cold rolling. In this study, the development history,process feature,and industrial application of the BMD technology are presented.
