1Giant magnetoimpedance effect in stress-joule-heated Co-based amorphous ribbons显示文摘Co-based Co63Fe4B22.4Si5.6Nb5 amorphous ribbons with a width of 150 μm and a thickness of 50 μm were prepared by single-roller melt-spinning process.The giant magneto-impedance(GMI) effect of the stress-joule-heated ribbons under applied tensile stress ranging from 37 to 148 MPa was investigated.Experimental results show that the spectra of GMI ratio vs.external direct current(dc) field(Hex) of the samples changes dramatically with annealing tension() and driving frequency.The single-peak(SP) GMI curve with maximum GMI ratio of 260% and magnetic field sensitivity of 52%/Oe was obtained in the sample applied tensile stress of 74 MPa at frequency of 3.6 MHz.A three-peak behaviour appeared in the samples under σ of 111 and 148 MPa.The uncommon three-peak behaviour was attributed to several factors,which effectively originated from the balance between domain-wall movement and magnetization rotation.CHEN ShuangQin MAN QiKui DUN ChaoChao SHEN BaoLong 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,12:3
2Nanocrystalline CoCrFeNiMn high-entropy alloy with tunable ferromagnetic properties显示文摘A nanocrystalline CoCrFeNiMn high-entropy alloy(nc-HEA)with nano-multiphase structure was prepared by inert gas condensation(IGC)using a laser evaporation source.Encouragingly,the laser-IGC nc-HEA exhibits unexpected ferromagnetic behavior and the Curie temperature(T_(c))increased nearly 10 times compared to any CoCrFeNiMn HEAs prepared by various other methods.In addition,the saturation magnetization(M_s)and T_(c)of the laser-IGC nc-HEA can be controlled via heat treatment,which is resulting from the formation and structural evolution of magnetic nanophases during annealing.This work widens the design toolbox for high-performance nc-HEAs based upon laser-IGC technique.Junjie Wang Shangshu Wu Shu Fu Sinan Liu Zhiqiang Ren Mengyang Yan Shuangqin Chen Si Lan Horst Hahn Tao Feng 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,18:2
3Effect of the chloride ion on advanced oxidation processes catalyzed by Fe-based metallic glass for wastewater treatment显示文摘Fe-based metallic glasses (Fe–MGs) are potential candidate catalysts for advanced oxidation processes(AOPs) for recalcitrant organic pollutant degradation. However, industrial wastewater and natural contaminated sites usually contain abundant inorganic ions, like the chloride ion (Cl−), which significantly affectAOPs, but their influence on MG-activated AOPs still remains unclear. Through the study of three commonly used oxidants, hydrogen peroxide (H_(2)O_(2)), peroxydisulfate (PDS), and peroxymonosulfate (PMS), theeffect of Cl− on the FeSiB-catalyzed process of degradation of the typical azo dye Orange Ⅱ was investigated. Evidence indicates that the addition of Cl− resulted in the monotonous inhibition of the degradation process when the H_(2)O_(2)/FeSiB and PDS/FeSiB systems were employed, but promoted effect wasdetected with the PMS/FeSiB system, which is different from the previously observed dual effect of Cl−.It is closely relative with FeSiB induced unique variety of degradation pathways, including radicals, nonradicals (^(1)O_(2)), and direct reduction degradation. Moreover, the presence of Cl− significantly affected thesystems’ absorbable organic halogen content and the amount of Fe leached into the solution. 4Delamination of lamellar phyllosilicate Magadiite显示文摘In this paper,a new delaminated mesoporous material was prepared by swelling the lamellar phyllosilicate Magadiite using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and tetrapropylammonium hydroxide solution,followed by delamination under the cavitation of ultrasonic treatment.Various characterization tools including XRD,N2 adsorption,NMR,IR,SEM and TEM were employed to observe its structure and morphology.XRD results show that the delaminated material has no long-range crystalline order.Furthermore,not only high surface area is obtained,but almost half of it is external surface.The observation for the morphology further reveals that it is made up of the random stacking of single or few layers.All these characters show that this delaminated mesoporous material meets the requirements for application as support in the hydrotreatment of heavy molecules.BI YunFei BLANCHARD J LAMBERT J-F MILLOT Y MAN P P ZENG ShuangQin NIE Hong LI DaDong LI MingFeng YANG QingHe CHEN XiaoXin 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,23:0
