| 2 | Lithium-bearing Pegmatite Exploration in Western Altun,Xinjiang,using Remote-Sensing Technology显示文摘Western Altun in Xinjiang is an important area,where lithium(Li)-bearing pegmatites have been found in recent years.However,the complex terrain and harsh environment of western Altun exacerbates in prospecting for Li-bearing pegmatites.Therefore,remote-sensing techniques can be an effective means for prospecting Li-bearing pegmatites.In this study,the fault information and lithologyical information in the region were obtained using the median-resolution remotesensing image Landsat-8,the radar image Sentinel-1 and hyperspectral data GF-5.Using Landsat-8 data,the hydroxyl alteration information closely related to pegmatite in the region was extracted by principal component analysis,pseudoanomaly processing and other methods.The high spatial resolution remote-sensing data WorldView-2 and WorldView-3 short-wave infrared images were used and analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA),the band ratio method and multi-class machine learning(ML),combined with conventional thresholds specified the algorithms used to automatically extract Li-bearing pegmatite information.Finally,the Li-bearing pegmatite exploration area was determined,based on a comprehensive analysis of the faults,hydroxyl alteration lithology and Li-bearing pegmatite information.Field investigations have verified that the distribution of pegmatites in the central part of the study area is consistent with that of Li-bearing pegmatites extracted in this study.This study provides a new technique for prospecting Li-bearing pegmatites,which shows that remote-sensing technology possesses great potential for identifying lithium-bearing pegmatites,especially in areas that are not readily accessible. | JIANG Qi DAI Jingjing WANG Denghong WANG Chenghui TIAN Shufang | 2023 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,2: | 2 |

| 4 | Fiber laser for on-demand mode generation in 1550 nm band显示文摘Transverse mode characteristics of a laser are related to a variety of interesting applications. An on-demand mode solid laser in the 1064 nm band was proposed previously. In this paper, we provide a fiber laser for on-demand modes in the 1550 nm band to prescribe the pure and high-quality emission of a higher-order transverse laser mode, based on a simple construction with one spatial light modulator(SLM) and a single-mode erbium-doped fiber(SM-EDF). The SLM is designated to generate the desired higher-order mode and separate the higher-order mode and the fundamental mode. The fundamental mode oscillates in the fiber ring laser, and therefore the SM-EDF can be pumped with a single-mode 980 nm laser, no matter what higher-order mode is prescribed.In this proof-of-principle experiment, high-quality higher-order modes are observed from LP01 to LP105.Stable emission and real-time switching between modes can be easily realized by altering the phase on the SLM. Under some weaker assumptions, a smooth state feedback controller is designed, which ensures that the closed-loop system has an almost surely unique solution on [0, ∞), the equilibrium at the origin of the closed-loop system is globally asymptotically stable in probability, and all the states can be regulated to the origin almost surely. | 8 | Highly specific quantification of mRNA mutation in single cells based on RNase H cleavage-assisted reverse transcription(RT)-PCR显示文摘Accurate quantitation of site-specific mRNA mutation in single cells or in peripheral blood is of great significance for both biological and biomedical studies.How to eliminate the false-positive interference from the abundant normal mRNA is still a big challenge.Herein,we have proposed an LNA(locked nucleic acid)-assisted high-specificity strategy which can selectively guide the RNase H to cleave only the wildtype mRNA(wtRNA)while the mutant mRNA(mutRNA)will remain intact.The intact mutRNA can be amplified and detected by real-time reverse transcription(RT)-PCR but the disconnected wtRNA will be not replicated at all.Based on the highly selective depletion of wtRNA,this elegant design effectively avoids the false-positive interference from the high background of normal mRNA and thus can guarantee the accurate and reliable detection of rare mutRNA in real biomedical samples.Besides for the excellent specificity,ultrahigh sensitivity is also achieved for this proposed assay,which allows the quantification of mutRNA at single molecule and single cell level.Due to its easy design,high sensitivity and specificity,the established LNA probe-assisted RT-PCR strategy provides a powerful tool for studying the function of mutRNA at the single cell level and for the mutRNA-associated liquid biopsy. | Dandan Yang Yuanyuan Sun Fu Chang Hui Tian Chenghui Liu Zhengping Li | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,5: | 0 |
