3Construction of a Three-dimensional Covalent Organic Framework via the Linker Exchange Strategy显示文摘Covalent organic framework(COF)is a porous crystalline material with a well-controlled structure and a wide range of potential applications.However,the construction of new COF faces huge challenges,including the design and synthesis of structural unit monomers,the choice of reaction solvent system,and the study of reaction time and temperature.So,it’s particularly important to widen the application scope of synthetic methods and further promote the development of COFs.Here,we performed structural transformations in a three-dimensional(3D)COF(COF-300),and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),power X-ray diffraction analysis(PXRD)and nitrogen adsorption isotherms confirmed the chemical principles and the successful realization of these exchanges.At the same time,we found that the interpenetrating structure in 3D COF can be changed through the conversion of linkers.The structure simulation successfully proved the transformation of COF from five-fold to seven-fold interpenetration.In addition,in order to prove the versatility of this strategy,we used the same method to convert COF-300 into a high crystallinity 3D COF(TJNU-COF-302)that is also seven-fold interpenetrating and has not been reported.This simple strategy not only makes it easy to obtain a 3D COF connected with imines,which greatly promotes the development of COF,but also provides a new way to develop 3D COFs with complex interpenetrating structures.CUI Yumeng MIAO Zhuang LIU Qi JIN Fenchun ZHAI Yufeng ZHANG Lingyan WANG Wenli WANG Ke LIU Guiyan ZENG Yongfei 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,2:0
4Parallel Extraction of Marine Targets Applying OIDA Architecture显示文摘Computing resources are one of the key factors restricting the extraction of marine targets by using deep learning.In order to increase computing speed and shorten the computing time,parallel distributed architecture is adopted to extract marine targets.The advantages of two distributed architectures,Parameter Server and Ring-allreduce architecture,are combined to design a parallel distributed architecture suitable for deep learning–Optimal Interleaved Distributed Architecture(OIDA).Three marine target extraction methods including OTD_StErf,OTD_Loglogistic and OTD_Sgmloglog are used to test OIDA,and a total of 18 experiments in 3categories are carried out.The results show that OIDA architecture can meet the timeliness requirements of marine target extraction.The average speed of target parallel extraction with single-machine 8-core CPU is 5.75 times faster than that of single-machine single-core CPU,and the average speed with 5-machine 40-core CPU is 20.75 times faster.LIU Lin LI Wanwu ZHANG Jixian SUN Yi CUI Yumeng 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,3:0
5Nasopharyngeal Local Transcriptional Profile upon SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2.2 Breakthrough Infection显示文摘The Omicron variants have continued to cause severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infections.To better understand the anti-viral effects of vaccination on host-virus interactions during the outbreak of BA.2.2 Omicron,we conducted RNA-seq transcriptome analysis on nasopharyngeal swabs from COVID-19 patients in Shanghai.This study was performed on selected cases from unvaccinated,fully vaccinated,and booster groups with the same founder virus infection background.We observed predominant immune cell chemotaxis and interleukin-1 production,as well as mucosal keratinization and epidermis development,in unvaccinated patients.In contrast,fully vaccinated subjects exhibited an obvious T-cell activation in the local immune response,whereas B-cell activation was higher in booster-vaccinated cases.In conclusion,our findings suggest that full or booster vaccination provides better adaptive immunity and relieve inflammation at the nasopharyngeal site,thereby reducing the risk of cytokine storm during breakthrough infection.Yi Zhang Yang Zhou Yumeng Zhang Jiazhen Chen Jing Wu Peng Cui Shiyong Wang Yuanyuan Xu Zhongliang Shen Tao Xu Yang Li Jingwen Ai Ning Jiang Chao Qiu Wenhong Zhang 2023Infectious Diseases & Immunity2023,3,4:0
6Genotype Screening of Recipient Resources with High Regeneration and Transformation Efficiency in Chrysanthemum显示文摘Genetic transformation is one of the key steps in the molecular breeding of chrysanthemum,which relies on an optimal regeneration and transformation system.However,the regeneration system of different chrysanthemum cultivars varies,and the regeneration time of most cultivars is long.To screen cultivars with highly efficient regeneration,leaves and shoot tip thin cell layers(tTCL)from eight chrysanthemum cultivars with different flower colors and flower types were cultured on Murashige and Skoog media(MS)supplemented with 1.0-5.0 mg L^(−1)6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)and 0.1-1.0 mg L^(−1)α-naphthaleneacetic(NAA).The results showed that the most efficient regeneration media were MS+6-BA 1.0 mg L^(−1)+NAA 0.5 mg L^(−1)for leaf explants and MS+6-BA 5.0 mg L^(−1)+NAA 0.1 mg L^(−1)for tTCL explants.Subsequently,another 13 chrysanthemum cultivars were screened by using the media,and finally,three cultivars with high regeneration efficiency were obtained from 21 cultivars.Among these,C1 had the highest regeneration efficiency:the regeneration rate of leaf explants reached 80.0%after 42 days of culture,and the regeneration rate of tTCL explants reached 100%after 31 days of culture.Furthermore,we also established the transformation system for C1 as follows:preculturing for one day,infecting with Agrobacterium suspension(OD_(600)=0.6)for 10 min,and cultivating in the regeneration medium with 350 mg L^(−1)carbenicillin and 10 mg L^(−1)kanamycin,thus ultimately achieving a transformation rate of 4.0%.In this study,a new chrysanthemum cultivar with an efficient regeneration and transformation system was screened,which is beneficial to enrich the flower color of chrysanthemum transgenic plant recipients and to the functional research of flower color or type-related genes.Yajun Li Yumeng Cui Bingjie Wang Yue Li Mengmeng Zhang Silan Dai He Huang 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,4:0
