1Sensitivity of Fusarium graminearum to Carbendazim and Prochloraz显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the resistance of Fusarium graminearum to carbendazim and prochloraz in the main wheat producing areas in Hubei Province.[Method] Totally 350 F. graminearum strains isolated in 2014 were determined to clear their sensitivity to carbendazim and prochloraz. [Result]All isolates were sensitive to carbendazim and prochloraz in Hubei Province,and carbendazim was still valuable in controlling Fusarium head blight. The control effect of prochloraz was better than that of carbendazim,and the combination of prochloraz and carbendazim at the proportion of 1∶ 7 received the best control effect.[Conclusion]Combination of chemical agents will occupy a more and more important position in future prevention and control against Fusarium head blight.Ma Dongfang Huang Shi Zhang Peng Sun Cai Huang Wendi Li Guangjun Zhang Changqing Fang Zhengwu 2017Plant Diseases and Pests2017,8,1:2

3Mitochondrial temperature-responsive drug delivery reverses drug resistance in lung cancer显示文摘Reversal of cancer drug resistance remains a critical challenge in chemotherapy.Mitochondria-targeted drug delivery has been suggested to mitigate drug resistance in cancer.To overcome the intrinsic limitations in conventional mitochondrial targeting strategies,we develop mitochondrial temperature-responsive drug delivery to reverse doxorubicin(DOX)resistance in lung cancer.Results demonstrate that the thermoresponsive nanocarrier can prevent DOX efflux and facilitate DOX accumulation and mitochondrial targeting in DOX-resistant tumors.As a consequence,thermoresponsive nanocarrier enhances the cytotoxicity of DOX and reverses the drug resistance in tumor-bearing mice.This work represents the first example of mitochondrial temperature-responsive drug delivery for reversing cancer drug resistance.Lifo Ruan Jun Chen Chuanchao Du Huiru Lu Jiayu Zhang Xiaomeng Cai Rui Dou Wenchu Lin Zhifang Chai Guangjun Nie Yi Hu 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,7:1

10Intramolecular hydroamination of alkynes driven by isomeric Au_(36)(SR)_(24)nanocluster catalysts显示文摘It remains elusive to realize the distinct catalysis of isomeric catalysts because it becomes challenging to identify structural isomers in the polydisperse nanoparticles.Herein we investigate catalysis of two geometric isomers for 36-gold-atom nanoclusters with different Au cores arrangements but the same thiolate ligands,thereby providing access to isomer catalysts readily participate in a desired reaction.Compared to the Au_(36)(SR)_(24)with a one-dimensional(1D)layout of Au4 tetrahedral units,the Au_(36)(SR)_(24)with a two-dimensional(2D)layout of Au4 tetrahedral units is more effective for the intramolecular hydroamination of alkyne.Our study suggests that the exposed Au sties of the two Au_(36)(SR)_(24)catalysts favor different reaction intermediates and pathways.The intramolecular H transfer leads to intermediates with the C-N and with C=N for the 1D and 2D Au_(36)(SR)_(24)respectively,and hence the different on-site and off-site pathways for the successive reaction steps account for the different performances of the two Au_(36)(SR)_(24)catalysts.Yuying Zhang Ancheng Tang Xiao Cai Jiayu Xu Guangjun Li Weigang Hu Xu Liu Mingyang Chen Yan Zhu 2023Nano Research2023,16,3:0
