Process mineralogy of Weishan rare earth ore by MLA显示文摘Mineral liberation analyser(MLA) was applied to quantitatively analyze the rare earth ore from Weishan in Shandong. Mineralogy parameters, such as mineral composition, occurrence states of rare earth elements(REEs) and valuable elements, mineral embedded grain size distribution, mineral association and liberation, are obtained. Results show that the contents of REEs and other valuable elements mainly contained in the ore were La 1.02 wt%, Ce 4.29 wt%, Pr 0.34 wt%, Nd 0.84 wt%, Sr 3.4 wt%and Ba 26.53 wt%, respectively. The REEs mainly occur in bastnaesite and carbocernaite in the form of independent mineral and the contents of bastnaesite and carbocernaite in the ore were 5.96 wt% and12.30 wt%, respectively. 67.34% of strontium occurs in carbocernaite and the rest occurs in celestobarite and strontianite mineral. 92.71% of barium occurs in barite. Liberation of main rare-earth minerals such as bastnaesite and carbocernaite is more than 80% when the grinding fineness is78.42% passing 74 μm. The research results could be employed to provide detailed basic theoretical data for further improvement of the beneficiation process flow and the processing index of rare earth ore, the recycling of other valuable minerals and the comprehensive utilization of tailings. | Caili Xu Chengbin Zhong Renliang Lyu Yaoyang Ruan Zhenyue Zhang Ru'an Chi | 2019 | Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,3: | 12
Enhancing mineral liberation of a Canadian rare earth are with microwave pretreatment显示文摘Liberation. as an attribute of mineralogy characteristic. whose impacts on finely disseminated Canadian rare earth ore was studied with microwave pretreatment. Samples of a light rare earth ore along with mostly ankerite and biotite as dominant gangue minerals as well as bastnaesite, strontianite and goethite as dominated minerals were exposed to further comminution by ball mill and microwave pretreatment fragmentation. Mineralogical characteristics were analyzed by using a mineral liberation analyzer(MLA).The results indicated that tight association mutually penetrates among dominated minerals in the range size of -300 + 212 μm and 212 + 150 μm and gangue minerals in the form of adjacent type. fine vein type. shell type and packing type. Temperature in the ore samples pre-treated by microwave can rapidly rise to 250 ℃ with microwave power of 0-1.5 kW and microwave time of 0-2 min. Applying the microwave pretreatment merely reduces the hardness of the ore causing the fracture of rare earth ore, but this does not transform or change the original mineralogy characteristics of the ore samples. On the basis of above study. the liberation value of bastnaesite, strontianite and goethite with microwave pretreatment is greater than with conventional comminution when the liberation class is above 75%. The distribution of particle size of rare earth ore samples is better with microwave pretreatment than with conventional comminution for particle size of 7.4 × 10^(-5) m. With microwave pretreatment, the theoretical grade-recovery of bastnaesite. strontianite and goethite in the rare earth ore attains better results than with conventional comminution at a given grade. | Chengbin Zhong Caili Xu Renliang Lyu Zhenyue Zhang Xiaoyan Wu Ru'an Chi | 2018 | Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,2: | 10
An intraoperative lumbar neurological force monitoring system with high-density flexible pressure sensor array显示文摘In the surgery of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),the nerve root retractor is used to pull the nerve root to prevent damage. The traditional medical nerve root retractor cannot quantify the force on the nerve root.In order to improve the nerve root retractor, this paper proposes an intraoperative lumbar neurological force monitoring system. The core module of this system is the improved nerve root retractor equipped with the high density flexible pressure sensor array. The high density microneedle array and multiple pressure detection units are used in the pressure sensor to realise sensitive pressure monitoring in a narrow surgical operation area. The sensing area is 4 mm×17 mm,including 6 detection units. The sensitivity of sensor is 67.30%/N in the range of 0-5 N.This system is used for in vitro animal experiments, which can continuously detect pressure. | 张琪 Zhang Xu Li Caili Liu Jianchao Liu Ming Yuan Fang Chen Hongda | 2020 | High Technology Letters2020,26,4: | 2

Strengthening-toughening of Ceramics by Metal Elements Recovered from Electroplating Sludge显示文摘Co-precipitation compound precursors-hydrothermal processing was employed to synthesize Ni/Cu/Al2O3/ZrO2 composite powder, and ZrO2-based composite ceramics was prepared. The technology recycled the metal of nickel, copper and aluminum from sludge, and the recovery rate of nickel was up to 95.5%. The property of ZrO2-based composite ceramics was improved because of the existence of nickel and copper particles. The fracture toughness of Ni/Cu/Al2O3/ZrO2 composite ceramics was 8.52 MPa·m1/2 and the compressive strength was 51 MPa, showing the increase by 2.54 times and 1.5 times, respectively, compared with those of pure ZrO2 ceramics. | 贾虎生 LI Caili WANG Shuhua LIU Xuguang XU Bingshe | 2013 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2013,28,3: | 0
Accumulation conditions and exploration directions of Ordovician lower assemblage natural gas, Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘Based on drilling cores, well logging and seismic data, source rocks and reservoirs are evaluated;and the natural gas genesis is identified through the analysis of natural gas isotopes, components and fluid inclusions, to study the gas accumulation conditions of the gypsum salt rock related strata of the Ordovician lower assemblage in Ordos Basin.(1) The natural gas from Ordovician lower assemblage is high thermal evolution dry gas from marine source rock, characterized by relatively light δ^(13)C value of methane and heavy δ^(13)C value of ethane. The natural gas is identified as gas cracking from crude oil according to component analysis. Thermochemical sulfate reduction(TSR) reaction has happened between the hydrocarbon fluid and sulfate as sulfur crystals are found in the cores, hydrogen sulfide is found in the natural gas, and hydrocarbon and hydrogen sulfide fluid inclusions are widespread in secondary minerals.(2) Around the gypsum-salt lows, argillaceous rocks are extensive in the Ordovician lower assemblage, reaching a cumulative thickness of 20–80 m. The effective source rocks include argillaceous rock rich in organic laminae, algal clump and algal dolomite. Analysis shows that the source rocks have a dominant TOC of 0.1%–0.5%, 0.31% on average and 3.24% at maximum. The source rocks have an average TOC of 0.58% after recovered through organic acid salt method, indicating the source rocks have high hydrocarbon supply potential.(3) In the sedimentary period, the palaeo-uplift controlled the distribution of reservoirs. The inherited secondary palaeo-uplift in Wushenqi–Jingbian east of the central palaeo-uplift and the low uplift formed by thick salt rocks near Shenmu–Zizhou area controlled the distribution of penecontemporaneous grain shoal dolomite reservoirs. The salinization sedimentary environment of gypsum salt rock can promote the development of reservoir. There are three types of dolomite reservoirs, the one with intercrystalline pore, with dissolution pore, and with fracture;intercrystalline and dissolution pores are main reservoir spaces.(4) There are two types of cap rocks, namely tight carbonate rock and gypsum-salt rock, constituting two types of source-reservoir-cap assemblages respectively. The general accumulation model is characterized by marine source rock supplying hydrocarbon, beach facies limy dolomite reservoir, small fractures acting as migration pathways, and structural-lithologic traps as accumulation zones.(5) The third and fourth members of Majiagou Formation are major target layers in the lower assemblage. The Wushengqi–Jingbian secondary paleo-uplift area and Shenmu–Zizhou low uplift are dolomite and limestone transition zone, there develops tight limestone to the east of the uplift zone, which is conducive to the formation of gas reservoir sealed by lithology in the updip. Two risk exploration wells drilled recently have encouraging results, indicating that the two uplift zones are important prospects. | XU Wanglin LI Jianzhong LIU Xinshe LI Ningxi ZHANG Caili ZHANG Yueqiao FU Ling BAI Ying HUANG Zhengliang GAO Jianrong SUN Yuanshi SONG Wei | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,3: | 0
SARS-CoV-2 immunity and functional recovery of COVID-19 patients 1-year after infection显示文摘The long-term immunity and functional recovery after SARS-CoV-2 infection have implications in preventive measures and patient quality of life. Here we analyzed a prospective cohort of 121 recovered COVID-19 patients from Xiangyang,China at 1-year after diagnosis.Among them, chemiluminescence immunoassay-based screening showed 99%(95%CI,98–100%)seroprevalence 10–12 months after infection, comparing to 0.8%(95%CI,0.7–0.9%)in the general population.Total anti-receptor-binding domain(RBD)antibodies remained stable since discharge, while anti-RBD IgG and neutralization levels decreased over time.A predictive model estimates 17%(95%CI,11–24%)and 87%(95%CI,80–92%)participants were still 50%protected against detectable and severe re-infection of WT SARS-CoV-2,respectively,while neutralization levels against B.1.1.7 and B.1.351 variants were significantly reduced. All non-severe patients showed normal chest CT and 21%reported COVID-19-related symptoms. In contrast,53%severe patients had abnormal chest CT,decreased pulmonary function or cardiac involvement and 79%were still symptomatic. Our findings suggest long-lasting immune protection after SARS-CoV-2 infection, while also highlight the risk of immune evasive variants and long-term consequences for COVID-19 survivors. | Yan Zhan Yufang Zhu Shanshan Wang Shijun Jia Yunling Gao Yingying Lu Caili Zhou Ran Liang Dingwen Sun Xiaobo Wang Zhibing Hou Qiaoqiao Hu Peng Du Hao Yu Chang Liu Miao Cui Gangling Tong Zhihua Zheng Yunsheng Xu Linyu Zhu Jin Cheng Feng Wu Yulan Zheng Peijun Liu Peng Hong | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,11: | 0
Facile and controllable synthesis of amino-modified carbon dots for efficient oil displacement显示文摘Zero-dimensional(0D)carbon dots exhibit excellent potential as a new oil-displacing agent for unconventional reservoir development. However, the difficulty in size/surface properties control and unclear mechanism hinder their further applications. In this study,amino-modified carbon dots(am-CDs)for oil displacement were facilely synthesized through the rapid polymerization of D-glucose(D-Glc)and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES).The size of am-CDs could be precisely controlled by the reaction condition and quenching achieved by adjusting the pH value to neutral. The surface amine groups endow am-CDs with excellent hydrophilicity and dispersion stability. The 0.30 wt.%nanofluid based on am-CDs with an average size of 2.6±0.040 nm showed remarkable oil recovery efficiency(54.09%)without the addition of surfactant. The oil recovery efficiency of am-CDs is much higher than those of water flooding(30.25%),nano-SiO_(2) flooding(36.45%),and amino-free carbon dots(af-CDs)flooding(37.80%).Experimental and theoretical results reveal that am-CDs can be favorably adsorbed on the core surface to modulate the micro-scale wettability, changing the surface from oil-wet to relatively uniform water-wet.Meanwhile,am-CDs can effectively reduce the adhesion force between alkanes and sandstone surfaces, contributing to oil droplets peeling off and oil displacement. This study provides a new strategy for developing efficient carbon dots-based nanofluids for enhanced oil recovery. | Yining Wu Lisha Tang Mengjiao Cao Li Li Kai Liu Demin Kong Qingshan Zhao Xu Jin He Liu Caili Dai | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0
Proppant transport law in multi-branched fractures induced by volume fracturing显示文摘To further clarify the proppant transport and placement law in multi-branched fractures induced by volume fracturing, proppant transport simulation experiments were performed with different fracture shapes, sand ratios, branched fracture opening time and injection sequence of proppants in varied particle sizes. The results show that the settled proppant height increases and the placement length decreases in main fractures as the fracturing fluid diverts gradually to the branched fractures at different positions. The flow rate in branched fractures is the main factor affecting their filling. The diverion to branched fractures leads to low flow rate and poor filling of far-wellbore branched fractures. The inclined fracture wall exerts a frictional force on the proppant to slow its settlement, thus enhancing the vertical proppant distribution in the fracture. The increase of sand ratio can improve the filling of near-wellbore main fracture and far-wellbore branched fracture and also increase the settled proppant height in main fracture. Due to the limitation of fracture height, when the sand ratio increases to a certain level, the increment of fracture filling decreases. When branched fracture is always open(or extends continuously), the supporting effect on the branched fractures is the best, but the proppant placement length within the main fractures is shorter. The fractures support effect is better when it is first closed and then opened(or extends in late stage) than when it is first opened and then closed(or extends in early stage). Injecting proppants with different particle sizes in a specific sequence can improve the placement lengths of main fracture and branched fracture. Injection of proppants in an ascending order of particle size improves the near-wellbore fracture filling, to a better extent than that in a descending order of particle size. | GUO Tiankui LYU Mingkun CHEN Ming XU Yun WENG Dingwei QU Zhanqing DAI Caili HOU Jian LIU Xiaoqiang | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,4: | 0
