| 1 | Thermodynamic description of the ternary compounds in the Cu-In-Se system显示文摘A set of thermodynamic descriptions of the ternary compounds (mainly α-CuInSe2, δ-CuInSe2, CuIn3Se5 and CuIn5Se8) in the Cu-In-Se system was established by adopting sub-lattice model. The model parameters are carefully evalu- ated by integrating the experimental data of thermodynamic properties, phase equilibrium and theoretical calculation of formation energies of different point defects. The evaluated Gibbs energies of the compounds reasonably agree with that es- timated from EMF experiment and ab initio calculation. The calculated phase relationships in the Cu-In-Se system are in accord with the experimental phase diagrams. The obtained standard enthalpy of formation of CuInSe2 is close to that re- ported in the literatures. | SHEN Jianyun W.K. Kim SHANG Shunli CHU Maoyou CAO Song T.J. | 2 | Sedimentary Patterns and Stratigraphic Trap Models of Deeply Buried Intervals in the Baxian Depression, North China显示文摘The Baxian depression is a typical half-graben located in the Jizhong sub-basin, north China. Commercial petroleum traps have been discovered in the Jizhong sub-basin. However, the 3^(rd) and 4^(th) members of the Shahejie Formation in this sub-basin have been poorly explored. These two members, belonging to the Lower Paleogene age, are buried deeply in the depression. Favorable petroleum reservoir conditions exist in such deep intervals of the half-graben due to the presence of different types and extent of deltas and turbidity fans in various areas. In fact, three types of turbidite fans are developed in the sag below the transitional belt on the eastern gentle slope. This work summarized three stratigraphic trap belts, i.e., the steep slope, gentle slope, and sag. On the steep slope, structuralstratigraphic traps with small-scale delta fronts and turbidite sandbodies are well developed. On the gentle slope, hydrocarbons generally accumulate in the large-scale delta front, onlapping beds and those sandbodies adjacent to unconformities. In the sag, petroleum trap models are typically characterized by pinched-out turbidite sandbodies. Stratigraphic traps were easily formed in turbidite fans below the eastern transitional belt. The petroleum traps that have already been discovered or predicted in the study area indicate that stratigraphic traps have favorable petroleum exploration potential in deeply buried areas(depth >5000 m) in a half-graben basin or depression. | LI Shengli YU Xinghe ZHANG Feng LIANG Xingru LI Shunli HUANG Jie CAO Nanzhu | 2017 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,6: | 3 |

| 6 | Expression and subcellular localization of cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-2 in rat undifferentiated olfactory stem cells显示文摘BACKGROUND: As a member of the LIM protein family Ⅱ, cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-2 (CRP2) has been demonstrated to play a role in the regulation of growth and differentiation of eukaryotic cells. Our previous study has demonstrated that CRP2 can be detected in the embryonic rat inner ear but not in the adult rat inner ear. However, at present, the expression of LIM protein family Ⅱ members in stem or precursor cells has not been described. OBJECTIVE: To determine the expression and sub-cellular localization of CRP2 in olfactory stem cells. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: An experiment with repeated measures was performed in the Laboratory of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Xijing Hospital, the Fourth Military Medical University from February 2008 to April 2008. MATERIALS: Olfactory stem cells, and rabbit-anti-CRP2 polyclonal antibody were prepared and kept in our laboratory. METHODS: Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis were used to detect expression of CRP2 in olfactory stem cells. Immunocytochemistry was also used to localize CRP2 in olfac- tory stem cells. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The expression and sub-cellular localization of CRP2 in rat olfactory stem cells. RESULTS: CRP2 expression was found in olfactory stem cells, and CRP2 was distributed in both the nu- cleus and the cytoplasm. CONCLUSION: Confirmation of the expression and distribution of CRP2 in olfactory stem cells. | Xue Gao Zengyu Cao Jun Chen Shunli Liu Dingjun Zha Feng Wang Yang Chen Li Qiao Lianjun Lu Jianhua Qiu | 2008 | Neural Regeneration Research2008,3,5: | 0 |
| 7 | Oxidized Dopamine Acrylamide Primer to Achieve Durable Resin-Dentin Bonding显示文摘The durability of the resin-dentin bonding interface is a key issue in clinical esthetic dentistry.Inspired by the extraordinary bioadhesive properties of marine mussels in a wet environment,we designed and synthetized N-2-(3,4-dihydroxylphenyl)acrylamide(DAA)according to the functional domain of mussel adhesive proteins.DAA’s properties of collagen cross-linking,collagenase inhibition, inducing collagen mineralization in vitro, and as a novel prime monomer for clinical dentin adhesion use,its optimal parameters, and effect on the adhesive longevity and the bonding interface’s integrity and mineralization, were evaluated in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that oxide DAA can inhibit the activity of collagenase and cross collagen fibers to improve the anti-enzymatic hydrolysis of collagen fibers and induce intrafibrillar and interfibrillar collagen mineralization. As a primer used in the etch-rinse tooth adhesive system, oxide DAA can improve the durability and integrity of the bonding interface by anti-degradation and mineralization of the exposed collagen matrix.Oxidized DAA(OX-DAA)is a promising primer for improving dentin durability;using 5%OX-DAA ethanol solution and treating the etched dentin surface for 30 s is the optimal choice when used as a primer in the etch-rinse tooth adhesive system. | Leping Wu Hui Shao Yang Tao Jingya Wu Xinhui Wang Qiufeng Nian Shunli Zheng Chris Ying Cao Yuancong Zhao Zheng Zhou Hai Ming Wong Quan-Li Li | 2023 | Research2023,,4: | 0 |
