| 2 | Preparation,characterization of Mo,Ag-loaded BiVO_4 and comparison of their degradation of methylene blue显示文摘Two types of metal-loaded visible-light-driven photocatalysts,Mo-BiVO4and Ag-BiVO4,were synthesized by wet impregnation method.Material poperties were characterized by UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption.Photocatalytic activity of the obtained materials was investigated through degrading methylene blue(MB) solution under visible-light irradiation.The results reveal that both metal loaded-BiVO4catalysts have monoclinic scheelite structure.Mo and Ag exist as oxides on the surface of the particles.The changes of absorption in visible-light region,band gap(E g) and specific surface area(A BET) caused by loading Ag are more obvious than those caused by loading Mo.But the isoelectric point of Ag-BiVO4decreases less than that of Mo-BiVO4does.Both catalysts show higher photocatalytic activity than pure BiVO4,resulting in the significantly improved efficiency of degradation of MB.And the degradation efficiency of these two metal-loaded BiVO4photocatalysts is similar to each other.However,mechanisms of such enhancement are different.The decrease of isoelectric point helps Mo-BiVO4improve the degradation efficiency.As for Ag-BiVO4,the augmentation of absorption in visible-light region as well as the abatement of E g plays more important roles. | LIU KunJie CHANG ZhiDong LI WenJun CHE Ping ZHOU HuaLei | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012,55,9: | 10 |
| 3 | Fabrication of ZnO nanorods in ionic liquids and their photoluminescent properties显示文摘A novel and simple approach is reported to fabricate uniform single-crystal ZnO nanorods in ionic liq-uids. The as-obtained ZnO nanorods have been characterized by XRD,TEM,HRTEM,SAED,XPS,EDXA,PL and UV-vis absorption spectra. The rod diameters of the nanostructures can be controlled by tuning the amount of sodium hydroxide in the synthesis. Photoluminescence results show that the nanos-tructural ZnO exhibits better optical properties than bulk ZnO does and interestingly,the smaller the rod diameters are,the better optical property 1D nanostructural ZnO exhibits. | 4 | Production of A356 aluminum alloy wheels by thixo-forging combined with a low superheat casting process显示文摘The A356 aluminum alloy wheels were produced by thixo-forging combined with a low superheat casting process.The as-cast microstructure,microstructure evolution during reheating and the mechanical properties of thixo-forged wheels made from the A356 aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that the A356 aluminum alloy round billet with fine,uniform and non-dendritic grains can be obtained when the melt is cast at 635 oC.When the round billet is reheated at 600 oC for 60 min,the non-dendritic grains are changed into spherical ones and the round billet can be easily thixo-forged into wheels.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the thixo-forged wheels with T6 heat treatment are 327.6 MPa,228.3 MPa and7.8%,respectively,which are higher than those of a cast wheel.It is suggested that the thixo-forging combined with the low superheat casting process is an effective technique to produce aluminum alloy wheels with high mechanical properties. | Wang Shuncheng Cai Chang Zheng Kaihong Qi Wenjun | 2013 | China Foundry2013,10,5: | 5 |
| 5 | Battlefield dynamic scanning and staring imaging system based on fast steering mirror显示文摘This paper presents the design of an experimental battlefield dynamic scanning and staring imaging system based on a fast steering mirror(FSM), which is capable of real-time monitoring of hot targets and wide-area reconnaissance of hot regions. First,the working principle and working sequence of the FSM are briefly analyzed. The mathematical model of the FSM system is built by modeling its dynamic and electrical properties, and the rationality of the model is validated by means of model identification. Second,the influence of external sources of disturbance such as the carrier and moment on the control precision of the FSM is effectively suppressed by the jointly controlling of proportional integral(PI)and disturbance observer(DOB), thus realizing a high precision and strong robustness control of the FSM system. Then, this paper designs an experimental prototype and introduces a special optical structure to enable the infrared camera to share the FSM with the visible light camera. Finally, the influence of the velocity difference between the mirror of the FSM and the rotating platform on the imaging quality of the system is experimentally analyzed by using the image sharpness evaluation method based on point sharpness. | 17 | Data-driven group decision making for diagnosis of thyroid nodule显示文摘Emerging information technologies’ integration into various fields has enhanced the development of these fields. Large volumes of data have been accumulated in this process. The accumulated data offer opportunities and challenges for people facing practical problems. On the one hand, it is essential to depend on a group’s capabilities rather than an individual’s capabilities to handle practical problems because the individual may lack sufficient expertise and experience to use data. In this situation, the practical problems can be considered as group decision making(GDM) problems. On the other hand, the accumulated data can help generate quality solutions to GDM problems. To obtain such solutions under the assumption that the accumulated data regarding a specific decision problem are available, this paper proposes a data-driven GDM method. In the method, decision makers’ weights are learned from historical overall assessments and the corresponding gold standards, while criterion weights are learned from historical overall assessments and the corresponding decision matrices. The learned expert weights and criterion weights are used to produce the aggregated assessments, from which alternatives are compared or the overall conclusion is made. | 19 | Preventing Occurrence of Transverse Corner Cracks on Nb, V and Ti Microalloying Steel CC Slabs显示文摘Based on their hot ductilities, Nb, V and Ti microalloying steels can be classified into two groups. The first group includes steels with lower carbon content (≤0.10%). Ductilities of steels of this group recover and rise with decreasing temperature when temperature lowers to below 825℃. Another group includes steels which contain more carbon (>0.12%) or contain more Nb and V. The low ductility temperature Region Ⅲ for steels of mis group extends to temperature as low as 725℃. | 20 | Study on smoke propagation in tunnel construction of a hydropower station: A full-scale fire experiment显示文摘In this study,full-scale fire experiments were conducted in a hydropower station to investigate smoke propagation during tunnel construction.The flame height,smoke temperature and stratification,smoke descent and spread velocity were analyzed via measurements and on-site observations.The initial combustion stage was largely affected by ignition source during tunnel construction for diesel pool fire,and the average flame height in the fully developed stage could reach 1.4-2.1 m in experimental fire scenarios.The gradient of the smoke temperature evolution near the fire was the opposite for the upstream and downstream regions.The longitudinal temperature distribution was concentrated in a small range at the heights of the smoke layer,and gradually decreased by air entrainment as the height decreased,while further increasing in the lower half of the tunnel height in the near-fire region under heat radiation from the fire source.Moreover,distinct and stable smoke stratification formed during the fully developed combustion stage,and the smoke layer interface was at approximately half the tunnel height.Smoke descent was aggravated in the decay stage of combustion,and the fire risk remained high after the fully developed period.The smoke front spread velocity was empirically determined for the full-scale tunnel fire scenarios.Conclusions from full-scale experiments can support smoke control design and on-site fire emergency response plans for hydropower stations. | Chang Liu Huihang Cheng Wenjun Nie Senlin Jiang Junfeng Chen Peng Lin Maohua Zhong | 2023 | Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2023,4,2: | 0 |
