1Design Principles of the Non-smooth Surface of Bionic Plow Moldboard显示文摘The diverse non-smooth body surfaces to reduce soil adhesion are the evolutional results for the soil animals to fit the adhesive and wet environment and can be used as a biological basis for the design of bionic plow moldboard. The model surfaces for bionic simulation should be taken from soil animal digging organs, on which the soil motion is similar to what is on the surface of moldboard. By analyzing the distribution of non-smooth units on the body surface of the ground beetle jaw and the soil moving stresses, the design principles of the bionic moldboard for the local and the whole moldboard were presented respectively. 2Experimental remolding on the caprock's 3D strain field of the Indosinian-Yanshanian epoch in Tongling deposit concentrating area显示文摘Based on field observations and rheology analysis, we perform one analogue experiment and remold the 3D structural frame of Tongling deposit concentrating area firstly. Then we disassemble and dialyze the 3D structures of the model using the methods of 'slicing' and 'stripping'. A series of sliced planes vertical to the fold hinges show similar landscapes of that in the drill hole profiles. Meanwhile, layer stripping analysis indicates that the deformation features of each layer in the model are qualitatively analogical to those obtained from field observations. Through contrasting the 3D structure between the experimental model and the field phenomena, we verify the following 3D deformation features of the caprock in this area: (1) the Tongling area mainly consists of three series of NE S-typed fold groups; (2) in the uniform stress field, the incoherent folds universally develop in different positions, along different axes as well as in different strata; (3) the faults propagate upward which are mostly inter-bedded detachment faults, while the fold amplitudes decrease while going deeper; and (4) the folds and cleavages are highly developed in the Silurian System indicating that the deformation effect of the Indosin-ian-Yanshanian structural layer terminates at this layer, which suggests that the Silurian System is the crucial layer for the inversion between brittle and plastic deformation domains and the underlying strata are subject to the control of another deformation system with distinct properties.DENG Jun1,HUANG Dinghua2,WANG Qingfei1,WAN Li1,SUN Zhongshi3,YANG Liqiang1 & GAO Bangfei1 1. 3Highly expressed BMP9/GDF2 in postnatal mouse liver and lungs may account for its pleiotropic effects on stem cell differentiation,angiogenesis,tumor growth and metabolism显示文摘Bone morphogenetic protein 9(BMP9)(or GDF2)was originally identified from fetal mouse liver cDNA libraries.Emerging evidence indicates BMP9 exerts diverse and pleiotropic functions during postnatal development and in maintaining tissue homeostasis.However,the expression landscape of BMP9 signaling during development and/or in adult tissues remains to be analyzed.Here,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the expression landscape of BMP9 and its signaling mediators in postnatal mice.By analyzing mouse ENCODE transcriptome datasets we found Bmp9 was highly expressed in the liver and detectable in embryonic brain,adult lungs and adult placenta.We next conducted a comprehensive qPCR analysis of RNAs isolated from major mouse tissues/organs at various ages.We found that Bmp9 was highly expressed in the liver and lung tissues of young adult mice,but decreased in older mice.Interestingly,Bmp9 was only expressed at low to modest levels in developing bones.BMP9-associated TGFβ/BMPR type I receptor Alk1 was highly expressed in the adult lungs.Furthermore,the feedback inhibitor Smads Smad6 and Smad7 were widely expressed in mouse postnatal tissues.However,the BMP signaling antagonist noggin was highly expressed in fat and heart in the older age groups,as well as in kidney,liver and lungs in a biphasic fashion.Thus,our findings indicate that the circulating BMP9 produced in liver and lungs may account for its pleiotropic effects on postnatal tissues/organs although possible roles of BMP9 signaling in liver and lungs remain to be fully understood.Wei Liu Zhongliang Deng Zongyue Zeng Jiaming Fan Yixiao Feng Xi Wang Daigui Cao Bo Zhang Lijuan Yang Bin Liu Mikhail Pakvasa William Wagstaff Xiaoxing Wu Huaxiu Luo Jing Zhang Meng Zhang Fang He Yukun Mao Huiming Ding Yongtao Zhang Changchun Niu Rex C.Haydon Hue H.Luu Jennifer Moriatis Wolf Michael J.Lee Wei Huang Tong-Chuan He Yulong Zou 2020Genes & Diseases2020,7,2:9
4Staged angioplasty versus regular carotid artery stenting in patients with carotid artery stenosis at high risk of hyperperfusion:a randomised clinical trial显示文摘Background and purpose Hyperperfusion(HP)is a devastating complication associated with carotid artery stenting(CAS)or endarterectomy.The efficacy and safety of staged angioplasty(SAP)in patients with CAS at high risk of HP remains unclear.We sought to determine whether SAP is superior to regular CAS in patients with high risk of HP.Methods A randomised,multicentre open-label clinical trial with blinded outcome assessment(STEP)was conducted.Patients with severe carotid stenosis at high risk of HP were randomly assigned(1:1)to the SAP or regular CAS group.The primary endpoint was hyperperfusion syndrome(HPS)and intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH)within 30 days after the procedure.Results From November 2014 to January 2017,a total of 64 patients were enrolled in 11 centres.33 patients were allocated to the SAP group and 31 to the regular CAS group.At 30 days,the rate of primary endpoint was 0.0%(0/33)in the SAP group and 9.7%(3/31)in the regular CAS group(absolute risk reduction(ARR),9.7%;95%CI−20.1% to 0.7%;p=0.11).As one of the secondary endpoints,the incidence of HP phenomenon(HPP)was lower in the SAP group than the regular CAS group(0.0%vs 22.6%,ARR,−22.6%;95% CI−36.8%to−10.2%;p=0.04).Conclusion The rate of HPS and ICH was not significantly lower in SAP group;the extended secondary endpoint of HPP,however,significantly reduced,which suggested that SAP may be a safe and effective carotid revascularisation procedure to prevent HP.Dapeng Mo Baixue Jia Huaizhang Shi Yaxuan Sun Qingan Liu Chengzhe Fan Jianping Deng Jinglin Yuan Wei Wu Changchun Jiang Guilian Zhang Hanjun Du Ning Ma Feng Gao Xuan Sun Ligang Song Lian Liu Guangge Peng Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang Zhongrong Miao the STEP Study Group 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1:3

6Total N,total P and organic matters content in floodplain soils of Xianghai Nature Reserve显示文摘Soil sediment samples of 10 layers with a spacing of 10 cm each were collected in different floodplain zones adjacent to Huolin River in the Xianghai Nature Reserve, and contents of total N, total P and organic matters were analyzed. The results showed that contents of total N, total P and organic matters were generally decreasing with the increase of distance from sample locations to the river channel, and contents of the three items were generally higher in the upper soil layer than that in the lower soil layer. The content variations displayed how flooding functions influenced nutrient matter content variations in floodplain soils since the flood inundation frequencies of the sample locations varied. 7Climate change in the Sanjiang Plain disturbed by large-scale reclamation显示文摘Up to 1949, wetlands stretched continuously and accounted for 80.17% of the total area of plain part of the Sanjiang Plain. However, wetlands in the plain have gone through 4 periods (1956-1960, 1960-1977, 1980-1986, 1986-the present) of large-scale reclamation from 1956 to the present. Over 50% wetlands had changed into agricultural fields. The underlying surface of the plain has changed tremendously. This study investigated the regional climate change by analyzing regional climatic variation and tendency and examining climate jumps over the last 45 years. Monthly records of 5 climatic factors (air temperature, precipitation, atmospheric pressure, sunshine time and wind speed) for 26 meteorological stations covering the period 1955-1999 were used. The annual mean temperature of the study region was tending to go up and increased by 1.2-2.3 oC during the last 45 years. The maximum of annual precipitation decrease in the region was 90 mm over the last 45 years. An abrupt warming of the annual mean temperature occurred in the mid-1980s, which had an increase amplitude of 0.9 oC. Of increase amplitudes of all the seasonal abrupt warming, the largest one was 1.8 oC in the winter since 1987. The plain used to be cold and humid with center of Heilongjiang province even till the late 1960s, for it had an underlying surface of wetlands in the main. 8Hydrochemical characteristics of salt marsh wetlands in western Songnen Plain显示文摘In western Songnen Plain of China, the saline-alkaline degree of water bodies is high in salt marsh wetlands. Generally, pH is above 8.0, and the hydrochemical types belong to HCO32--Na+. 9Tectonic evolvement of metamorphic complexes at Jilin paleocontinental margin during the transition from late Archaean to early Proterozoic显示文摘The kinematics and dynamical process of tectonic evolvement of metamorphic complexes at the interim from late Archaean to early Proterozoic is one of the key problems in geosciences. For the disputation on the genesis of metamorphic complexes at the margin of Jilin palaeocontinent, this paper takes the example of Banshigou region, Jilin Province to discuss the dynamical evolution of palaeocontinent during the transition from late Archaean to early Pro- terozoic (2600—2000 Ma). On the time sequence, from center to palaeocontinental margin, it shows a series of dynamical movements including underplating, horizontal movement, subduc- tion, intraplate extension and separation. And its corresponding sequence of kinematical modes is as follows: vertical movement, horizontal movement, extension and shearing in contact zone, uplift-sliding movement in paleocontinental margin and interformational sliding, resulting in such tectonite sequence, tectonic gneiss, gneissic complex, gneissic complex-mylonite, mylonite and fracture cleavage-mylonite, which consist of the main body of metamorphic complexes. Their palaeostresses are: < 20, 20.40, 21.72, 28.80 and 30.8-69.8 MPa respectively. The deforma- tional metamorphic temperature is between hornblende and low-grade greenschist facies. The general deformational characters of Jilin palaeocontinent reflect a complete dynamic system of crust evolution, which indicates that the formation of the metamorphic complexes and the tec- tonic evolution are altered from vertical movement to compression to extension. It also indicates a continuous tectonic transformation from deep to shallow, and from ductile to brittle. The trans- formation between different dynamic mechanisms not only forms tectonic rocks, but also benefits the linking up, exchange and enrichment with rock-forming minerals and ore-forming elements. 12The responses of hydro-environment system in the Second Songhua River Basin to melt water显示文摘Based on the continuous monitoring data of hydrology and water quality in the period from 1972 to 1997, the responses of hydro-environment system to melt water in the Second Songhua River basin were derived. Because of melt water, the water quality in the Second Songhua River is good and changes very except that the contents of Hg and Mn in the water are higher. The contribution of melt water to the water fluxes in the Second Songhua River basin is distinct: the water flow in April increases remarkably, reaches the peak in the upper reaches. The pollutant contributions and water pollution indices (WPIs) of the Second Songhua River in April are high in the upper reaches while that in the lower reaches are low. 13Cumulative cellulolytic enzyme activities and initial litter quality in prediction of cellulose degradation in an alpine meadow of the eastern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘植物凋落物分解是决定陆地生态系统碳和养分循环的关键生态系统过程。作为凋落物的主要组成部分,纤维素是与凋落物分解相关的微生物的重要能量来源。纤维素酶在凋落物纤维素降解过程中的重要作用已为人们所熟知,然而纤维素降解的季节模式、累积酶活性和凋落物质量是否能预测高寒草甸的纤维素降解仍是一个未解之谜,这限制了我们对草本植物凋落物纤维素降解的认识。为了探究纤维素降解的季节性模式以及累积纤维素分解酶活性和凋落叶初始质量对纤维素降解的影响,我们在青藏高原东部的高山草甸选取了三种优势种[圆叶筋骨草(Ajuga ovalifolia)、藏羊茅(Festuca wallichanica)和草甸马先蒿(Pedicularis roylei)],进行了为期两年的凋落物网袋分解实验。我们的研究发现,纤维素在第一年中迅速降解且降解率超过50%,而且主要发生在第一个生长季(31.9%-43.3%)在两年的分解过程中,纤维素降解由累积内切葡聚糖酶(R^(2)=0.70),累积纤维二糖水解酶(R^(2)=0.59)和累积1,4-β-葡糖苷酶(R^(2)=0.57)共同驱动。此外,在这两年的分解过程中,纤维素、可溶性有机碳、总酚、木质素的浓度和木质素/N可以解释纤维素降解变异的(52%-78%)。用初始纤维素浓度模型预测纤维素降解效果最佳(R^(2)=0.78)。在凋落物的分解过程中,酶效率和微生物对纤维素分解酶的分配因物种而异。藏羊茅凋落物中纤维素酶效率较高,但质量相对较低。与草甸马先蒿相比,完全降解圆叶筋骨草和藏羊茅的纤维素需要4倍和6.7倍的内切葡聚糖酶、3倍和4.5倍的纤维二糖水解酶、1.2倍和1.4倍的1,4-β-葡糖苷酶。我们的研究结果表明,虽然微生物酶活性和凋落物初始质量都对高山草甸纤维素降解有显著影响,但使用纤维素浓度来预测纤维素降解是简化凋落物分解过程中纤维素降解和C循环模型的好方法。Yamei Chen Yang Liu Jian Zhang Wanqin Yang Changchun Deng Runlian He 2020Journal of Plant Ecology2020,13,1:1

15A STUDY ON THE EVOLUTION OF GROUNDWATERPOLLUTANTS AND CAUSES OF FORMATION IN MANZHOULI显示文摘Studying the evolution of groundwater pollutants and the causes of formation in Manzhouli is important and necessi- tous as the present water source of the production and living in Manzhouli is just groundwater and the water crisis is staring Manzhouli people in the face. The evolution of pollutants in groundwater in Manzhouli was derived based on the continuously monitoring between 1989 and 1999. In total, the quality of groundwater in Manzhouli is good except that the content of F is exceeding the standard. The quality of groundwater varies seasonally. The content of pollutants in high water is higher than in the low water except pH and As. The yearly evolution shows the regime like the damp surge. The evolution of pH is inverse to NO3-N and F after 1999. The courses of formation of the evolution of the content of the pollutants in groundwater in Manzhouli are the supply of runoff, the feature of rock, the time the water being stayed in the layers and the chemical field. Being affected by the supply of ground surface and hydrogeology condition, the contents of pollutant are higher in the May than in September and the yearly evolution is undulance. In total, the pollutants in the deeper layers are less than in the upper layers. 19VARIATION OF PH IN ATMOSPHERIC PRECIPITATION IN CITIES OF JILIN PROVINCE显示文摘Through statistical analysis on data of atmospheric precipitation samples of 8 cities from 1992 to 1997,this paper discussed temporal and spatial variations of pH in atmospheric precipitation in Jilin Province, China Monitored pH value in the 8 representative cities was converted into hydrogen ion consistency and average condsistency was calculated by weighting precipitation, then mean pH value was calculated according to average hydrogen ion consisteney. Results show that atmospheric precipitaion of cities in Jilin Province is basically. neutral, but in Tumem and Hunchun cities atmospheric precipitation is seriously acid. The average pH value of atmospheric precipitation of the eastern cities of Tumen and Hunchun in many years is 5. 12 and 5. 38 respectively, and the atmospheric precipiboon acidity in the two cities is quite serious with the extreme low pH is 3. 91 and 4. 28 respectively. Most of the acid precipitation occurred in summer and autumn seasons in the 8 monitored cities, so that the low pH value of atmoopheric pmeipitation occurred in summer and autunm seasons and high pH value occurred in winter ed spring seasons.
