Synthetical Efficiency-based Optimization for the Power Distribution of Power-split Hybrid Electric Vehicles显示文摘Now the optimization strategies for power distribution are researched widely, and most of them are aiming to the optimal fuel economy and the driving cycle must be preknown. Thus if the actual driving condition deviates from the scheduled driving cycle, the effect of optimal results will be declined greatly. Therefore, the instantaneous optimization strategy carried out on-line is studied in this paper. The power split path and the transmission efficiency are analyzed based on a special power-split scheme and the efficiency models of the power transmitting components are established. The synthetical efficiency optimization model is established for enhancing the transmission efficiency and the fuel economy. The identification of the synthetical efficiency as the optimization objective and the constrain group are discussed emphatically. The optimization is calculated by the adaptive simulated annealing(ASA)algorithm and realized on-line by the radial basis function(RBF)-based similar models. The optimization for power distribution of the hybrid vehicle in an actual driving condition is carried out and the road test results are presented. The test results indicate that the synthetical efficiency optimization method can enhance the transmission efficiency and the fuel economy of the power-split hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)observably.Compared to the rules-based strategy the optimization strategy is optimal and achieves the approximate global optimization solution for the power distribution. The synthetical efficiency optimization solved by ASA algorithm can give attentions to both optimization quality and calculation efficiency, thus it has good application foreground for the power distribution of power-split HEV. | WANG Weida HAN Lijin XIANG Changle MA Yue LIU Hui | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,1: | 12

A CRISPR/Cas12a-empowered surface plasmon resonance platform for rapid and specific diagnosis of the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2显示文摘The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic was partially due to the challenge of identifying asymptomatic and presymptomatic carriers of the virus, and thus highlights a strong motivation for diagnostics with high sensitivity that can be rapidly deployed. On the other hand, several concerning SARS-CoV-2 variants, including Omicron, are required to be identified as soon as the samples are identified as‘positive’.Unfortunately,a traditional PCR test does not allow their specific identification.Herein, for the first time,we have developed MOPCS(Methodologies of Photonic CRISPR Sensing),which combines an optical sensing technology-surface plasmon resonance(SPR)with the‘gene scissors’clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat(CRISPR)technique to achieve both high sensitivity and specificity when it comes to measurement of viral variants.MOPCS is a low-cost,CRISPR/Cas12a-systemempowered SPR gene-detecting platform that can analyze viral RNA,without the need for amplification, within 38 min from sample input to results output, and achieve a limit of detection of 15 fM.MOPCS achieves a highly sensitive analysis of SARS-CoV-2,and mutations appear in variants B.1.617.2(Delta),B.1.1.529(Omicron)and BA.1(a subtype of Omicron). This platform was also used to analyze some recently collected patient samples from a local outbreak in China, identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This innovative CRISPR-empowered SPR platform will further contribute to the fast, sensitive and accurate detection of target nucleic acid sequences with single-base mutations. | Zhi Chen Jingfeng Li Tianzhong Li Taojian Fan Changle Meng Chaozhou Li Jianlong Kang Luxiao Chai Yabin Hao Yuxuan Tang Omar AAl-Hartomy Swelm Wageh Abdullah GAl-Sehemi Zhiguang Luo Jiangtian Yu Yonghong Shao Defa Li Shuai Feng William J.Liu Yaqing He Xiaopeng Ma Zhongjian Xie Han Zhang | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,8: | 3
Magnetocaloric and Colossal Magnetoresistance Effect in Layered Perovskite La_(1.4) Sr_(1.6)Mn_2O_7显示文摘Magnetocaloric and colossal magnetoresistance effects of the layered perovskite La 1.4 Sr 1.6 Mn 2 O 7 compound have been studied.A broad peak of magnetic entropy change (-△S M) is found above the Curie temperature (T C =120 K),which can be associated with the existence of two-dimensional short range ferromagnetic order.Additionally, the curvilinear shape of-△S M for layered perovskite is quite different from that of the Ln 1-x A x MnO 3 probably arising from magnetocrystalline anisotropy. At the same time,a wide peak of colossal magnetoresitance effect near T C is found in the layered provskite La 1.4 Sr 1.6 Mn 2 O 7. | Li'an Han Changle Chen | 2010 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,3: | 3
Effect of pulsatile perfusion during cardiopulmonary bypass in terms of radial artery sphygmogram显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate a quantitative method for using radial artery pulse waveforms to assess the effect of pulsatile flow during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).METHODS: A total of 34 adults with heart disease who underwent open-heart surgery between April2010 and January 2011 were randomized into a pulsatile perfusion group(n=17) and a non-pulsatile perfusion group(n=17). Radial arterial pulse waveforms of pulsatile and non-pulsatile perfusion patients were observed and compared before and during CPB.RESULTS: No pulse waveform could be detected at patients' radial artery in both groups when the aorta was cross-clamped. Pulse waveforms could be detected at pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery, but could not be detected at non-pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery during CPB. Additionally, patients' pulse waveforms during pulsatile perfusion were lower than those before the operation.CONCLUSION: Our findings indicate that radial artery sphygmogram can be used as a valid indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of pulsatile perfusion during CPB. | Zhifeng Zhang Jiatuo Xu Enyuan Zhu Qi Zhang Lu Yu Yongbing Qiu Jianguo Tang Zhaofu Fei Xin Li Liping Tu Chouping Han Ying Liu Zhen Guo Changle Zhou Meiyu Shi Yingxin Qian Yimin Bao Xinming Ji | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,6: | 2
Modified ground response curve(GRC)in strain-softening rock mass based on the generalized Zhang-Zhu strength criterion considering over-excavation显示文摘The ground response curve(GRC)depicts the relationship between support reaction force and ground displacement, which improves the understanding of ground-support interaction and provides important references to the tunnel design. However,it is difficult to anticipate the tunneling-induced large deformation with sufficient reliability in soft rock with high geostress since the small strain theory is not applicable. When large deformation occurs, the tunnel needs to be over-excavated.Thus,the GRC should be modified considering the enlarged excavation radius since the actual excavation radius is usually greater than the designed one.To overcome the shortcomings of small strain theory in recognizing ground-support interaction under large deformation circumstances,a new large strain numerical approach for modifying the GRC was proposed considering over-excavation in strain-softening rock masses based on the generalized Zhang-Zhu strength criterion.A case study was conducted based on the Lianchengshan tunnel in China. The modified GRC was employed to investigate the ground-support behavior for different support schemes and to explore the applicability of the stress release measures.Combined with field tests, the proposed approach was validated.By comparing with GRCs proposed by previous work, the present modified GRC was proved to be superior to others.Parametric studies were conducted and it is found that over-excavation,for example, reserving a very large clearance between the surrounding rock and the support,is necessary to reduce ground pressure to a large extent. The yielding supports which can provide high support pressure during the process of deformation are highly recommended when tunneling in high geostress environment. However,if the initial geostress is not very high,it is not necessary to pursue unwarranted overexcavation since the ground pressure applied on the support is mainly the loosening stress when the deformation is large.Ample support stiffness should be provided in the process of deformation to prevent uncontrolled large deformation of surrounding rock. | Chen Xu Caichu Xia Changling Han | 2021 | Underground Space2021,6,5: | 2
CRISPR-powered optothermal nanotweezers:Diverse bio-nanoparticle manipulation and single nucleotide identification显示文摘Optothermal nanotweezers have emerged as an innovative optical manipulation technique in the past decade, which revolutionized classical optical manipulation by efficiently capturing a broader range of nanoparticles. However, the optothermal temperature field was merely employed for in-situ manipulation of nanoparticles, its potential for identifying bio-nanoparticles remains largely untapped.Hence, based on the synergistic effect of optothermal manipulation and CRIPSR-based bio-detection,we developed CRISPR-powered optothermal nanotweezers(CRONT).Specifically,by harnessing diffusiophoresis and thermo-osmotic flows near the substrate upon optothermal excitation,we successfully trapped and enriched DNA functionalized gold nanoparticles,CRISPR-associated proteins,as well as DNA strands.Remarkably,we built an optothermal scheme for enhancing CRISPR-based single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)detection at single molecule level, while also introducing a novel CRISPR methodology for observing nucleotide cleavage. Therefore, this innovative approach has endowed optical tweezers with DNA identification ability in aqueous solution which was unattainable before. With its high specificity and feasibility for in-situ bio-nanoparticle manipulation and identification,CRONT will become a universal tool in point-of-care diagnosis, biophotonics, and bio-nanotechnology. | Jiajie Chen Zhi Chen Changle Meng Jianxing Zhou Yuhang Peng Xiaoqi Dai Jingfeng Li Yili Zhong Xiaolin Chen Wu Yuan Ho-Pui Ho Bruce Zhi Gao Junle Qu Xueji Zhang Han Zhang Yonghong Shao | 2023 | Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,12: | 0

Generation of a high-efficiency adenine base editor with TadA8e for developing wheat dinitroaniline-resistant germplasm显示文摘Base editing using CRISPR technologies is an invaluable tool for crop breeding. One of the major base editors, the adenine base editor(ABE), has been successfully used in both model plants and many crops. However, owing to limited editing efficiency, the ABE has been difficult to apply in polyploid crops such as allohexaploid bread wheat that often require simultaneous mutation of multiple alleles for fast breeding. We have designed a wheat high-efficiency ABE(Whie ABE), using the newly developed high-activity adenosine deaminase Tad A8 e. In vivo and in vitro analysis demonstrated the improved applicability of Tad A8 e over the commonly used Tad A7.10. Dinitroaniline is a widely used herbicide with high effectiveness and low toxicity to animals. However, wheat cultivars with tolerance to dinitroaniline are rare, limiting the application of dinitroaniline in wheat planting. Using A-to-G editing with Whie ABE, we found that a Met-to-Thr mutation in wheat tubulin alleles located on chromosomes 1 A, 1 B, 1 D, 4 A, and 4 D increased the resistance of wheat to dinitroaniline, revealing a dosage effect of edited tubulins in resistance. The Whie ABE promises to be a valuable editing tool for accelerating crop improvement and developing herbicide-resistant wheat germplasm. | Huanan Han Ziwen Wu Ling Zheng Jingyi Han Yi Zhang Jihu Li Shujuan Zhang Genying Li Changle Ma Pingping Wang | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022,10,2: | 0
