1Continuous Sliding Mode Controller with Disturbance Observer for Hypersonic Vehicles显示文摘In this paper, a continuous sliding mode controller with disturbance observer is proposed for the tracking control of hypersonic vehicles to suppress the chattering. The finite time disturbance observer is involved to make that the continuous sliding mode controller has the property of disturbance rejection.Due to continuous terms replacing the discontinuous term of traditional sliding mode control, switching modes of velocity and altitude firstly arrive at small regions with respect to disturbance observation errors. Switching modes keep zero and velocity and altitude asymptotically converge to their reference commands after disturbance observation errors disappear. 2A weighted LS-SVM approach for the identification of a class of nonlinear inverse systems显示文摘In this paper,a weighted least square support vector machine algorithm for identification is proposed based on the T-S model. The method adopts fuzzy c-means clustering to identify the structure. Based on clustering,the original input/output space is divided into several subspaces and submodels are identified by least square support vector machine(LS-SVM) . Then,a regression model is constructed by combining these submodels with a weighted mechanism. Furthermore we adopt the method to identify a class of inverse systems with immeasurable state variables. In the process of identification,an allied inverse system is constructed to obtain enough information for modeling. 3Nitrous oxide reductase gene (nosZ) and N_2O reduction along the littoral gradient of a eutrophic freshwater lake显示文摘Lake littoral zones are characterized by heterogeneity in the biogeochemistry of nutrient elements. This study aimed to explore the relationship between the nitrous oxide reductase gene (nosZ)-encoding denitrifier community composition/abundance and N2O reduction. Five samples (deep sediment, near-transition sediment, transition site, near-transition land and land soil) were collected along a littoral gradient of eutrophic Baiyangdian Lake, North China. To investigate the relationship between the nosZ-encoding denitrifier community structure and N2O reduction, the nosZ-encoding denitrifier community composition/abundance, potential denitrification rate (DNR) and potential N2O production rate (pN2O) were investigated using molecular biological technologies and laboratory incubation experiments. The results showed that the average DNR of sediments was about 25 times higher than that of land soils, reaching 282.5 nmol N/(g dry weight (dw)·hr) and that the average pN2O of sediments was about 3.5 times higher than that of land soils, reaching 15.7 nmol N/(g dw·hr). In the land area, the nosZ gene abundance showed a negative correlation with the N2O/(N2O+N2) ratio, indicating that nosZ gene abundance dominated N2O reduction both in the surface soils of the land area and in the soil core of the transition site.Phylogenetic analysis showed that all the nosZ sequences recovered from sediment clustered closely with the isolates Azospirillum largimobile and Azospirillum irakense affiliated to Rhodospirillaceae in alpha-Proteobacteria, while about 92.3% (12/13) of the nosZ sequences recovered from land soil affiliated to Rhizobiaceae and Bradyrhizobiaceae in α-Proteobacteria. 4Advanced control of walking-beam reheating furnace显示文摘Reheating furnace is an important device with complex dynamic characteristics in steel plants. The temperature tracing control of reheating furnace has great importance both to the quality of slabs and energy saving. A model-based control strategy,multivariable constrained control (MCC) for the reheating furnace control is used. With this control method, the furnace is treated as a six-input-six-output general model with loops coupled in nature. Compared with the traditional control, the proposed control strategy gets better temperature tracing accuracy and exhibits some energy saving feature. 5Characteristic Model-based Discrete-time Sliding Mode Control for Spacecraft with Variable Tilt of Flexible Structures显示文摘In this paper, the finite-time attitude tracking control problem for the spacecrafts with variable tilt of flexible appendages in the conditions of exogenous disturbances and inertia uncertainties is addressed. First the characteristic modeling method is applied to the problem of the spacecraft modeling.Second, a novel adaptive sliding mode surface is designed based on the characteristic model. Furthermore, a discrete-time sliding mode control(DTSMC) law, which makes the tracking error converge into a predefined bound in finite time, is proposed by employing the parameters of characteristic model associated with the sliding mode surface to provide better performances,robustness, faster response, and higher control precision. The designed DTSMC includes the adaptive control architecture and is chattering-free. 8Mathematical modeling of elastic inverted pendulum control system显示文摘Inverted pendulums are important objects of theoretical investigation and experiment in the area of control theory and engineering.The researches concentrate on the rigid finite dimensional models which are described by ordinary differential equations(ODEs).Complete rigidity is the approximation of practical models;Elasticity should be introduced into mathematical models in the analysis of system dynamics and integration of highly precise controller.A new kind of inverted pendulum,elastic inverted pendulum was proposed,and elasticity was considered.Mathematical model was derived from Hamiltonian principle and variational methods,which were formulated by the coupling of partial differential equations(PDE) and ODE.Because of infinite dimensional,system analysis and control of elastic inverted pendulum is more sophisticated than the rigid one.ChaoXU XinYU 2004控制理论与应用(英文版)2004,2,3:3
9节段性小肠移植手术中采用自体髂内血管进行血管重建显示文摘背景:本研究旨在评估自体髂内动静脉可否用于异体及自体节段性小肠移植手术的血管重建。方法:2011年1月至2019年1月间34例小肠移植患者纳入研究,其中19例为亲属活体移植,15例为自体移植。收集患者临床资料、血管重建类型及术后并发症进行分析。结果:全组男性20例,女性14例,中位年龄35岁。在34例小肠移植中,22例(64.7%,其中异体移植和自体移植各11例)采用自体髂内动脉脉进行血管重建,12例(35.3%)直接行血管吻合。血管重建耗时(21˘6)min。与直接吻合组相比,血管重建组患者手术总时长(530˘226 vs 440˘116 min,P=0.208)和冷缺血时间(159˘49 vs 125˘66 min,P=0.097)均有延长的趋势,但差异并未达到统计学意义。直接吻合组术后血栓形成发生率较血管重建组有增高的趋势(16.7%vs 0%,P=0.118)。中位随访36.9个月,无一例出现静脉狭窄或假性动脉瘤。19例异体移植患者中,4例(21.1%)发生急性排斥反应,1例(5.2%)出现慢性排斥反应。结论:本组数据显示,采用自体髂内动静脉进行血管重建可有力促进小肠移植的开展,同时有望降低术后血管并发症的风险。Guosheng Wu Yinglun Wu Mian Wang Wentong Zhang Chaoxu Liu Tingbo Liang 2021Gastroenterology Report2021,9,4:2
