| 1 | A novel LMI criterion for power system stability with multiple time-delays显示文摘This paper presents a novel LMI criterion for electric power system stability with multiple time-delays.Initially,the linear time-invariant model of the power system with multiple delays is constructed,subsequently,the former criteria and the novel criterion of this paper are demonstrated in this paper,and the novel criterion is fully proved according to Lyapunov direct method.Specifically,the proposed criterion utilizes a properly simplified Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional,and no free-weighting matrix is introduced in the formation of new criterion,as a consequence,the calculation efficiency is remarkably enhanced.A typical second-order delay system,a single-generator-infinite-bus system and the WSCC 3-generator-9-bus delay system are taken to validate the effectiveness and efficiency enhancement of the proposed criterion.The numerical results indicate that the criterion of this paper can generate the same stability margin with the former ones.Further,the numerical results also verify that the proposed criterion’s efficiency is substantially boosted and calculation time is greatly curtailed. | JIANG YiLang JIANG Tao JIA HongJie DONG ChaoYu | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,7: | 13 |

| 3 | Enhanced protective immunity against SARS-CoV-2 elicited by a VSV vector expressing a chimeric spike protein显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV are genetically related coronavirus and share the same cellular receptor ACE2.By replacing the VSV glycoprotein with the spikes(S)of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV,we generated two replication-competent recombinant viruses,rVSVSARS-CoV-2 and rVSV-SARS-CoV.Using wild-type and human ACE2(hACE2)knock-in mouse models,we found a single dose of rVSV-SARS-CoV could elicit strong humoral immune response via both intranasal(i.n.)and intramuscular(i.m.)routes.Despite the high genetic similarity between SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV,no obvious cross-neutralizing activity was observed in the immunized mice sera.In macaques,neutralizing antibody(NAb)titers induced by one i.n.dose of rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 were eight-fold higher than those by a single i.m.dose.Thus,our data indicates that rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 might be suitable for i.n.administration instead of the traditional i.m.immunization in human.Because rVSV-SARS-CoV elicited significantly stronger NAb responses than rVSV-SARS-CoV2 in a route-independent manner,we generated a chimeric antigen by replacing the receptor binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV S with that from the SARS-CoV-2.rVSV expressing the chimera(rVSV-SARS-CoV/2-RBD)induced significantly increased NAbs against SARS-CoV-2 in mice and macaques than rVSV-SARS-CoV-2,with a safe Th1-biased response.Serum immunized with rVSV-SARS-CoV/2-RBD showed no cross-reactivity with SARS-CoV.hACE2 mice receiving a single i.m.dose of either rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 or rVSV-SARSCoV/2-RBD were fully protected against SARS-CoV-2 challenge without obvious lesions in the lungs.Our results suggest that transplantation of SARS-CoV-2 RBD into the S protein of SARS-CoV might be a promising antigen design for COVID-19 vaccines. | Hongyue Li Yuhang Zhang Dong Li Yong-Qiang Deng Hongde Xu Chaoyue Zhao Jiandong Liu Dan Wen Jianguo Zhao Yongchun Li Yong Wu Shujun Liu Jiankai Liu Junfeng Hao Fei Yuan Shuguang Duo Cheng-Feng Qin Aihua Zheng | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12: | 1 |

| 6 | Chronic Nitrogen Fertilization Modulates Competitive Interactions Among Microbial Ammonia Oxidizers in a Loess Soil显示文摘Nitrogen(N) application may lead to niche segregation of soil ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA) and bacteria(AOB), thereby reducing the competitive interactions between AOA and AOB due to higher ammonium substrate availability. However, the adaptive mechanisms of AOA and AOB under N enrichment remain poorly understood. Stable isotope probing(SIP) microcosm incubation was employed to reveal community changes of active AOA and AOB in a loess soil from a field experiment growing potatoes that received no N(control, CK), low N(LN, 75 kg N ha^(-1)), and high N(HN, 375 kg N ha^(-1)). The results showed that the soil potential nitrification rate(PNR) was measured by culturing of the soil samples from the field experiment. Soil PNR was significantly increased in HN by87.5% and 67.5% compared with CK and LN, respectively. Compared with CK, the^(13)C-amoA genes of soil AOA and AOB in HN had 2.58 × 10~4 and 1.55 × 10~6 copies, representing 1.6-and 16.2-fold increase respectively. It was indicated that AOB dominated soil ammonia oxidation. A phylogenetic analysis of the^(13)C-amoA gene showed that N application significantly increased the proportion of54 d9-like AOA up to 90% in HN, while the Nitrososphaera gargensis-like and Nitrososphaera viennensis-like AOA were inhibited and completely disappeared. Nitrogen application also resulted in the community shift of active AOB-dominant group from Nitrosospira briensis-like to Nitrosospira sp. TCH711-like. | 7 | Pancreatic steatosis and its correlation with clinicopathological features in patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms显示文摘Background and objective:The incidence of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(pNENs)has been increasing year by year,and pancreatic steatosis has been paid more and more attention to by clinicians.Our study aims to reveal the correlation between pancreatic steatosis,clinicopathological parameters,and the prognosis of patients with pNENs.Methods:The clinicopathological data of patients with pNENs who underwent surgical resections in our institution from January 2013 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The mean computed tomography(CT)values of the pancreas and spleen were used to assess the severity of the pancreatic steatosis.Pearson Chi-square test,T test,Mann Whitney U test,Univariate Cox re-gression,and Multivariate Cox regression were used to explore the relationship between pancreatic steatosis and age,sex,body mass index,tumor type,tumor location,tumor stage,blood lipid,prognosis,and other factors.Results:A total of 122 patients were included in our study,and 19.67%have pancreatic steatosis.The incidence of pancreatic steatosis was significantly higher in patients with fatty liver than in patients without fatty liver(36.8%vs 16.5%,P=.04).In insu-linoma,the incidence of pancreatic steatosis in elderly patients was significantly higher than in young and middle-aged patients(41.7%vs 9.3%,P=.025).There was no significant difference in lipid levels between the pancreatic steatosis group and the non-pancreatic steatosis group(P>.05).Kaplan-Meier curves show that the prognosis of stage III/IV patients was significantly worse than that of stage I/II patients(P<.001).However,there was no significant difference in prognosis between patients with and without pancreatic steatosis(P=.404).Conclusion:The incidence of pancreatic steatosis was significantly higher in those with fatty liver than those without fatty liver.There is a high incidence of pancreatic steatosis in elderly patients with insulinoma.American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)stage,but not pancreatic steatosis,significantly affected the prognosis of patients with pNENs. | Yongzheng Li Jian Yang Zhiyao Fan Peng Dong Jingjuan Hu Shujie Liu Yufan Meng Changhao Gao Xin Gao Chaoyu Pang Hanxiang Zhan | 2023 | Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,2: | 0 |
| 8 | Design of ZnSe-CoSe heterostructure decorated in hollow N-doped carbon nanocage with generous adsorption and catalysis sites for the reversibly fast kinetics of polysulfide conversion显示文摘Although lithium-sulfur batteries(Li SBs)are regarded as one of the most promising candidates for the next-generation energy storage system,the actual industrial application is hindered by the sluggish solid–liquid phase conversion kinetics,severe shuttle effect,and low sulfur loadings.Herein,a zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)derived heterogeneous ZnSe-CoSe nanoparticles encapsulated in hollow N-doped carbon nanocage(ZnSe-CoSe-HNC)was designed by etching with tannic acid as a multifunctional electrocatalyst to boost the polysulfide conversion kinetics in LiSBs.The hollow structure in ZIF ensures large inner voids for sulfur and buffering volume expansions.Abundant exposed ZnSe-CoSe heterogeneous interfaces serve as bifunctional adsorption-catalytic centers to accelerate the conversion kinetics and alleviate the shuttle effect.Together with the highly conductive framework,the ZnSe-CoSeHNC/S cathode exhibits a high initial reversible capacity of 1305.3 m A h g-1at 0.2 C,high-rate capability,and reliable cycling stability under high sulfur loading and lean electrolyte(maintaining at 745 m A h g-1after 200 cycles with a high sulfur loading of 6.4 mg cm-2and a low electrolyte/sulfur ratio of 6μL mg^(-1)).Theoretical calculations have demonstrated the heterostructures of ZnSe-CoSe offer higher binding energy to lithium polysulfides than that of ZnSe or CoSe,facilitating the electron transfer to lithium polysulfides.This work provides a novel heterostructure with superior catalytic ability and hollow conductive architecture,paving the way for the practical application of functional sulfur electrodes. | Junan Feng Chuan Shi Hanghang Dong Chaoyue Zhang Wendong Liu Yu Liu Tianyi Wang Xiaoxian Zhao Shuangqiang Chen Jianjun Song | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11: | 0 |
