3Influence of electric field on the quenched-in vacancy and solute clustering during early stage ageing of Al-Cu alloy显示文摘The effects of electric field on the evolution of excess quenched-in vacancy as well as solute clustering in Al-4wt%Cu alloy, and on the vacancy migration and formation enthalpy of pure aluminum were investigated, using positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy, high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, hardness measurement and four-probe electrical resistivity measurement. The results showed that the electric field improved age hardening response obviously and postponed the decay of excess vacancies for 30 min during the early stage ageing of Al-4wt%Cu alloy. A large number of 2–4 nm GP zones with dense distribution were observed after 1 min ageing with an electric field applied. The electric field-assisted-aged sample owned a lower coarsening rate of GP zone, which was about three fifths of that in the aged sample without an electric field, from 1 min to 120 min ageing. The electric field contributed 8% increase of the vacancy migration enthalpy(0.663 ± 0.021 e V) of pure Al, comparing with that(0.611 ± 0.023 e V) of pure Al without an electric field. 4Optimization of Extraction Process and Antioxidant Activity of Polysaccharide in Embelia parviflora Wall.by RSM显示文摘[Objectives]To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide in Embelia parviflora Wall.by response surface methodology,and to study the antioxidant activity in vitro of polysaccharide in E.parviflora,so as to provide a basis for the further development and utilization of E.parviflora.[Methods]The solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times were used as single factors to investigate the effects.On this basis,the response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide in E.parviflora.DPPH and ABTS free radicals were used to investigate the antioxidant capacity of polysaccharide in E.parviflora.[Results]The optimal solid-to-liquid ratio for extraction of polysaccharide from E.parviflora was 32∶1(mL/g),extraction temperature was 77℃,and extraction time was 36 min.The IC50 values of DPPH and ABTS were 0.04 and 0.03 mg/mL,respectively.[Conclusions]The optimized extraction process of polysaccharide in E.parviflora is stable,the extraction rate is high,and has strong antioxidant activity.It is expected to provide a reference for the industrial extraction of polysaccharide from E.parviflora.Wenli LI Xianxian LIU Xiaolian LIANG Yong CHEN Danqing PANG Zhouyan HUANG Qian HAN Wenjun LIU Liangni CHEN 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,3:2
5Trophic relationships in the Changjiang River estuarine salt marshes: preliminary investigation from δ^(13)C and δ^(15)N analysis显示文摘To obtain information on food web structure in salt marshes of the Changjiang (Yangtze) River Estuary, the δ13C and δ15N values of primary producers and consumers were determined. The mean δ13C values of 31 dominant consumers ranged from -23.13‰ to -14.37‰. Except for several species (Eriocheir sinensis, Sinonovacula constricta and Potamocorbula ustulata), consumers had intermediate δ13C values between those of benthic microalgae and Spartina alterniflora. The mean δ15N values of 31 dominant consumers varied between 6.87‰ and 13.33‰, which indicate three trophic levels in salt marshes of the Changjiang River Estuary. A total of 18 macroinvertebrates species and four fish species represented primary consumers with trophic levels ranging from 2.0 to 2.7. Secondary consumers included two macroinvertebrates and seven fishes with trophic levels varying between 3.0 and 3.9. The consumers were divided into three trophic guilds, i.e., detritivorous/algae feeders, omnivores and carnivores. The detrital food chain was the main energy flow pathway in the salt marsh food web of the Changjiang River Estuary, and the marsh vascular plants were at least as equally important as microphytobenthos for secondary production. 14Drosophila homolog of the intellectual disability-related long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase 4 is required for neuroblast proliferation显示文摘Mutations in long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase 4 (ACSL4) are associated with non-syndromic X-linked intellectual disability (ID). However, the neural functions of ACSL4 and how loss of ACSL4 leads to ID remain largely unexplored. We report here that mutations in Acsl, the Drosophila ortholog of human ACSL3 and ACSL4, result in developmental defects of the mushroom body (MB), the center of olfactory learning and memory. Specifically, Acsl mutants show fewer MB neuroblasts (Nbs) due to reduced proliferation activity and premature differentiation. Consistently, these surviving Nbs show reduced expression of cyclin E, a key regulator of the G1-to S-phase cell cycle transition, and nuclear mislocalization of the transcriptional factor Prospero, which is known to repress self-renewal genes and activate differentiating genes. Furthermore, RNA-seq analysis reveals downregulated Nb-and cell-cyclerelated genes and upregulated neuronal differentiation genes in Acsl mutant Nbs. 16Construction of mini-Tn4001 transposon vector for Mycoplasma gallisepticum显示文摘The detailed genetic analysis of mycoplasmas has long been hampered by the lack of appropriate tools for genetic manipulation. In this study, the transposon vector, mini-Tn4001tetM, was constructed containing the tnp gene, encoding a transposase gene in Staphylococcus aureus, two copies of the IS256 inverted repeat sequence (inner and outer) and the tetM gene, from the Enterococcus faecalis Tn916 transposon, conferring resistance to tetracycline. This vector was electro-transformed into Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG). The recombinant cells were screened by tetracycline selection. 20BrΦnsted acid-promoted ‘on-water’ C(sp^3)-H functionalization fot the synthesis of isoindolinone/[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives targeting the SKP2-CKS1 interaction显示文摘The isoindolinone and biaryl scaffolds are prevalent in natural products and drug molecules,which have showed broad and interesting biological activities.The efficient construction of such hybridized molecules and biological evaluation are of great interest to medicinal chemistry community.In this communication,we report an efficient BrΦnsted acid-promoted C(sp^3)-H functionalization approach that enables the rapid construction of biologically important isoindolinone/[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine hybrids from 5-methyl-7-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine,2-formylbenzoic acid and various anilines.The title compounds were generated in high to excellent yields(up to 96%)regardless of the electronic nature and steric effects of the substituents.In this reaction,an isoindolinone scaffold,one C-C single bond,and two C-N bonds were formed simultaneously with high atom economy.In this work,we have envisioned that the methyl group linked to the electron-deficient Nheterocycles could be used as a new synthetic handle for late-state diversification and may have broad applications in the field of organic and medicinal chemistry.Besides,the title compounds have exhibited promising activity against the SKP2-CKS1 interaction.Shuo Yuan Sixi Wang Min Zhao Danqing Zhang Jinjie Chen Jian-Xin Li Jingya Zhang Yihui Song Jinyi Wang Bin Yu Hongmin Liu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,2:1
