| 1 | Rapid intelligent evaluation method and technology for determining engineering rock mass quality显示文摘The evaluation of engineering rock mass quality is fundamental work for the engineering activities of rock mass.The increasing scale of rock mass engineering necessitates higher intelligence,timeliness,and accuracy in engineering rock mass quality evaluation.As the core aspects of engineering rock mass quality evaluation,the structural characteristics,mechanical characteristics,and quality classification of rock mass have been innovated in recent years.The non-contact measurement technology for rock mass structure and rapid interpretation of rock mass structure information enables the intelligent extraction and analysis of rock mass structure parameters.The modular backpack laboratory system of rock mechanics provides an effective means to acquire rock mechanical parameters on-site conveniently.The theory of statistical mechanics of rock mass(SMRM)integrates various factors such as the rock mass properties,geological environment,and engineering disturbance,providing a theoretical basis for accurately evaluating the weakening and anisotropy of rock mass.The cloud computing platform established based on SMRM can provide technical support for the rapid calculation of rock mass parameters and instant evaluation of the rock mass quality.The development of intelligent evaluation method and technology is altering the conventional technical state of qualitative and semi-quantitative evaluation of engineering rock mass quality,supporting the realization of rock mass engineering construction with intellectualization and informatization. | Faquan Wu Jie Wu Han Bao Zhongxi Bai Lei Qiao Fang Zhang Bo Li Fuan Si Lei Yu Shenggong Guan Peng Sha Deheng Kong Zhenzhong Dai Kun Chen Yun Tian Changqing Liu | 2023 | Rock Mechanics Bulletin2023,2,2: | 3 |

| 12 | Construction of a Stimuli-Responsive DNAzyme-Braked DNA Nanomachine for the Amplified Imaging of miRNAs in Living Cells and Mice显示文摘Synthetic DNA motors have spurred considerable research interest as a way to interrogate biochemical processes that can further facilitate disease diagnosis.However,current direct sense-on-demand DNA motors are hampered by undesired signal leakage originating from their nonspecific stimulation prior to their arrival at target sites.Herein,we propose a DNAzyme-guided DNA amplification motor through the facile built-in of a stimuli-responsive DNAzyme brake to facilitate the in vivo sensitive imaging of biomarkers by minimizing the off-site signal leakage in living systems.To realize the on-site activation,the inactive DNAzyme DNA motor was encapsulated into the folate(FA)-modified zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)/poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA)nanovesicles.The FA interaction-promoted tumor-cell-selective delivery and the pH-responsive disassembly of ZIF-8/PLGA permitted sufficient release of DNAzyme cofactors to achieve on-site stimulation of DNAzyme for restoring the temporally caged DNA amplification motor in tumor cells where the endogenous miRNA target was thus specifically and sensitively analyzed.By integration of the cellselective delivery and the site-specific stimulation,our DNAzyme-guided DNA motor can realize the reliable imaging of tumor cells and provide a new toolbox for disease diagnosis. | Yingying Chen Mingzhu Yan Yushi Wang Jinhua Shang Shizhen He Yuhui Gao Chen Hong Xiaoqing Liu Fuan Wang | 2023 | CCS Chemistry2023,5,7: | 0 |
