1LUBRICATION FILM FORMATION MECHANISM OF SLIPPER PAIRS IN LOW SPEED HIGH TORQUE HYDRAULIC MOTORS显示文摘Pressure-flow analytical formulas of lubrication film of slipper pairs on camshaft connect- ing rod type low speed high torque (LSHT) hydraulic motors are put forward. The bottom surface of slipper pairs is rectangle, and the effect of squeeze flow and pressure differential flow is considered. The dynamic process of lubrication film formation through squeezing is numerically studied by com- puter simulation. Effects of supply pressure, initial lubrication film thickness, velocity damping coef- ficient, loading impact and gravity, etc are studied. 2Modal Analysis of Thread off Failure of Oil Round Thread Casing Connection显示文摘The dynamic modal model analysis of the oil casing connection is done by finite element method (FEM), and the first nature frequency, the second nature frequency, the vibration mode shape and the time domain of the node displacement and the element stress variation in the thread connection are gotten. The Von.Mises stresses of the connection in the static and dynamic state are also studied. The results of calculation and analysis show: (1) because the maximum of static stress is at the coupling thread end of connection, the connection begins to thread off at the coupling thread end, which is in accord with the results of the thread off experiment in laboratory; (2) because the first nature frequency is very high, the probability of casing connection to be damaged from vibration is little; (3) the sho- ck dynamic load makes casing connection begin to thread off at the tube thread end.LiWang, Yong Zang, Zhaoneng Chen, Dechun Tong, Jiaxiang Zou 1) Shanahai Jiaotong University Shanghai 200030 China 2) Mechanical Engineering School. 11A novel methodology for complex part motion planning显示文摘A motion planning strategy for the assembly task of inserting a dissymmetrical T-shaped part into a C-shaped slot is presented. The coarse motion planning strategy is expounded by geometric reasoning. A medial axis diagram decreases the unnecessary configuration states and optimizes the planning strategy. Due to the uncertainties, force sensing and force control is indispensable for motion planning.
