2Life Prediction Model of Machine Tool based on Deep Learning显示文摘In view of the shortage of traditional life prediction methods for machine tools,such as low accuracy of life prediction and few samples basis attributes,a life prediction model of machine tools combined with machine tool attributes is proposed.The life prediction model of machine tool adopts KL dispersion distribution theory,uses modal superposition method to carry out machine tool life analysis,calculates the theoretical life of machine tool,and then carries on the simulation,obtains the machine tool life prediction value.Compared with the traditional method of machine tool life prediction,the model is based on the application life fatigue damage model,which superimposes the service times and maintenance cycle of the machine tool,derives the influence factor of machine tool life,and obtains the linear relationship between the influence factor of machine tool life and the life of machine tool.The influence factor of machine tool life is introduced as the life prediction parameter of machine tool.The data transformation relationship of HT300 parts is constructed.The original part data is enhanced.The effective training set is obtained.The life prediction model of machine tool based on deep learning is completed.The quantitative analysis of machine tool life is carried out.The experiment of machine tool life prediction using training data set proves the validity of the model.Regression test was carried out on the training data set to reflect the robustness of the model.The prediction accuracy of the model is further verified by Weibull test.HE Jiawei ZHAO Chendi GAO Ruiyu LIU Xuehui WANG Xue 2021International Journal of Plant Engineering and Management2021,26,1:2
3Adaptive controller design for satellite attached by non-cooperative object显示文摘When non-cooperative body attachment occurs in space, the inertia of the new combination and the change of the system's momentum are unknown.This uncertainty may lead to the instability of the spacecraft's attitude control.In order to solve this problem, we propose an adaptive control scheme based on the inertia estimation of the new, combined system of non-cooperative body and satellite.This method can allow the new combination of different situations to reach a stable state with a high level of precision and speed.In this paper, the stability of the adaptive control scheme is proven by constructing a Lyapunov function.A simulation environment in which a non-cooperative body attaches to a satellite attaches to is constructed.The simulation shows that the attitude error converges to a small field when using the control scheme, regardless of unfavorable cases, including unknown inertia parameters, added momentum.In addition, the simulation results show the strong robustness of the control scheme for the new combination.Guohua KANG Jiaqi WU Chendi JIN Xuefen CHEN 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3:2

13CSELM-QE:A Composite Semi-supervised Extreme Learning Machine with Unlabeled RSS Quality Estimation for Radio Map Construction显示文摘Wireless local area network(WLAN)fingerprint-based localization has become the most attractive and popular approach for indoor localization.However,the primary concern for its practical implementation is the laborious manual effort of calibrating sufficient location-labeled fingerprints.The Semi-supervised extreme learning machine(SELM)performs well in reducing calibration effort.Traditional SELM methods only use Received signal strength(RSS)information to construct the neighbor graph and ignores location information,which helps recognizing prior information for manifold alignments.We propose Composite SELM(CSELM)method by using both RSS signals and location information to construct composite graph.Besides,the issue of unlabeled RSS data quality has not been solved.We propose a novel approach called Composite semisupervised extreme learning machine with unlabeled RSS Quality estimation(CSELM-QE)that takes into account the quality of unlabeled RSS data and combines the composite neighbor graph,which considers location information in the semi-supervised extreme learning machine.Experimental results show that the CSELM-QE could construct a precise localization model,reduce the calibration effort for radio map construction and improve localization accuracy.Our quality estimation method can be applied to other methods that need to retain high quality unlabeled Received signal strength data to improve model accuracy.ZHAO Jianli WANG Wei SUN Qiuxia HUO Huan SUN Guoqiang GAO Xiang ZHU Chendi 2020Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,6:0
14Replacement of inner cell mass in mouse显示文摘The intra- or inter-strain reconstitutedblastocysts were produced by replacing the inner cell mass of Kunming mouse blastocysts with that of Kunming orC57BL/6 mouse strain blastocysts. A total of 192 intra-strain reconstituted blastocysts were transferred into 17pseudopregnant Kunming mice, and 2 reconstituted embryos were developed into term; while 115 inter-strain reconstituted blastocysts were produced, analysis of thereconstituted blastocysts showed that the morphology andcytoskeleton srtucture of the blastocysts were not differentfrom those of normal blastocysts, however, no viableoffspring was obtained after embryo transfer for these inter-strain reconstituted blastocysts. The resultsdemonstrated that the intra-strain reconstituted blastocystscould normally develop into term, whereas the inter-strain reconstituted blastocysts possessed less developmental potential as the intra-strain reconstituted blastocysts. 15Vibration suppression of composite panel with variable angle tow design and inerter-based nonlinear energy sink显示文摘This study investigates the vibration transmission and suppression of a laminated composite panel with variable angle tow(VAT)designs and an attached inerter-based passive nonlinear energy sink.Based on analytical and numerical methodologies,the substructure technique is used to obtain a steady-state dynamic response and the results are verified by experimental and analytical methods.It is demonstrated that fiber orientation has a significant impact on the natural frequencies.The dynamic responses and energy transmission path characteristics are determined and evaluated by forced vibration analysis.The main vibration transmission paths inside the structure are displayed using power flow density vectors.It is demonstrated that the dynamic responses of the plate can be changed considerably by using various fiber placement schemes and passive suppression devices.In addition,it is indicated that the vibration transmission paths are significantly influenced by the tailored fiber angles for improved dynamic performance.Our investigation enhances the understanding of enhanced vibration suppression designs of variable-stiffness composite plates with attached passive devices.Chen ZHOU Jian YANG Yingdan ZHU Chendi ZHU 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2023,24,8:0
16Methane-air explosion pressures in cylindrical interconnected containers with different dimensions显示文摘The characteristics of methane-air explosion in interconnected containers with different dimensions are studied in this paper,and the prediction models are established.The explosion apparatus consists of two cylindrical containers and a connecting pipe,and three structure parameters are selected as influencing factors for the experiments.The explosion pressure,the maximum rate of pressure rise and pressure growth index under different conditions are compared by changing the volume ratio(V_(1)/V_(2)),the length of the pipe,and the inner diameter of the pipe.During the experiment,the combustion and explosion of gas developed from the main container to the auxiliary container.Under different size effect conditions,the maximum explosion pressure in the secondary container was always higher than the maximum explosion pressure in the primary container.The maximum explosion pressure and the maximum rate of pressure rise in the primary and secondary containers both increase with increasing pipe length.With an increase in the pipe diameter,the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum rate of pressure rise both decrease gradually.When the volume ratio changes,the parameters such as the maximum explosion pressure are also affected by the volume changes of the containers at both ends.Therefore,the explosion parameters in both connected containers do not show a single development trend with the increase of the volume ratio.For practical application,in order to reduce the explosion intensity and protect the device,largediameter pipes should be used and the volume ratio should be reduced.Chendi Lin Chuipeng Liu Kai Zhang Zhirong Wang 2022Emergency Management Science and Technology2022,2,1:0
17Structural insights into mechanisms of Argonaute proteinassociatedNADase activation in bacterial immunity显示文摘Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD^(+)) is a central metabolite in cellular processes. Depletion of NAD^(+) has been demonstratedto be a prevalent theme in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic immune responses. Short prokaryotic Argonaute proteins (Agos) areassociated with NADase domain-containing proteins (TIR-APAZ or SIR2-APAZ) encoded in the same operon. They confer immunityagainst mobile genetic elements, such as bacteriophages and plasmids, by inducing NAD^(+) depletion upon recognition of targetnucleic acids. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the activation of such prokaryotic NADase/Ago immune systemsremain unknown. Here, we report multiple cryo-EM structures of NADase/Ago complexes from two distinct systems (TIR-APAZ/Agoand SIR2-APAZ/Ago). Target DNA binding triggers tetramerization of the TIR-APAZ/Ago complex by a cooperative self-assemblymechanism, while the heterodimeric SIR2-APAZ/Ago complex does not assemble into higher-order oligomers upon target DNAbinding. However, the NADase activities of these two systems are unleashed via a similar closed-to-open transition of the catalyticpocket, albeit by different mechanisms. Furthermore, a functionally conserved sensor loop is employed to inspect the guideRNA–target DNA base pairing and facilitate the conformational rearrangement of Ago proteins required for the activation of thesetwo systems. 18Guaranteeing the response deadline for general aggregation trees显示文摘It is essential to provide responses to queries within time deadlines,even if not exact and complete.To reduce the query latency,systems usually partition large-scale data computations as a series of tasks over many processes and aggregate them to reduce the response time by using aggregation trees.An obstacle is that the involved processes of a query usually differ in their speeds,thus not all processes can complete their tasks in time.This would directly degrade the response quality(the number of outputs received by the root of an aggregation tree).In this paper,we propose a general aggregation tree model,Tarot,to maximize the response quality by systematically addressing the following challenging issues:(1)fine-grained partition of the query deadline along the multi-level aggregation tree;(2)learning the distribution of durations at each level in the aggregation tree to optimize the wait durations at aggregators;(3)adaptively reassigning tasks over processes according to their status;(4)performing periodic aggregation of received outputs from the low level to avoid missing the deadline.The prior model does not consider the four aspects simultaneously.Extensive evaluations indicate that Tarot can adapt to multi-level trees and considerably improve the response quality compared to prior work while guaranteeing the query deadline.Jiangfan LI Chendie YAO Junxu XIA Deke GUO 2020Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,6:0

20Dynamic mechanical characteristics of deep Jinping marble in complex stress environments显示文摘To reveal the dynamic mechanical characteristics of deep rocks,a series of impact tests under triaxial static stress states corresponding to depths of 300-2400 m were conducted.The results showed that both the strain rates and the stress environments in depth significantly affect the mechanical characteristics of rocks.The sensitivity of strain rate to the dynamic strength and deformation modulus shows a negative correlation with depth,indicating that producing penetrative cracks in deep environments is more difficult when damage occurs.The dynamic strength shows a tendency to decrease and then increase slightly,but decreases sharply finally.Transmissivity demonstrates a similar trend as that of strength,whereas reflectivity indicates the opposite trend.Furthermore,two critical depths with high dynamically induced hazard possibilities based on the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)were proposed for deep engineering.The first critical depth is 600-900 m,beyond which the sensitivity of rock dynamic characteristics to the strain rate and restraint of circumferential stress decrease,causing instability of surrounding rocks under axial stress condition.The second one lies at 1500-1800 m,where the wave impedance and dynamic strength of deep surrounding rocks drop sharply,and the dissipation energy presents a negative value.It suggests that the dynamic instability of deep surrounding rocks can be divided into dynamic load dominant and dynamic load induced types,depending on the second critical depth.Chendi Lou Heping Xie Ru Zhang Hai Ren Hao Luo Kun Xiao Yuan Peng Qiang Tan Li Ren 2024Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2024,16,2:0
