| 1 | Lift enhancement method by synthetic jet circulation control显示文摘A novel circulation control technique is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of blowing jet circulation control,which uses the synthetic jet as the actuator and avoids the limitation about air supply requirement.The effectiveness of synthetic jet circulation control to enhance lift of NCCR1510-7067N airfoil is confirmed by solving the 2-D unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations.The aerodynamic characteristics and the flow structure(especially close to the trailing edge) of NCCR1510-7067N airfoil at zero angle of attack are also presented to discuss the mechanism of lift enhancement of the airfoil with synthetic jet circulation control.The results indicate that the synthetic jet can effectively delay the separation point on the airfoil trailing edge and increase the circulation and lift of the airfoil by Coanda effect.The numerical simulation results demonstrate that the lift augmentation efficiency with synthetic jet circulation control reaches △CL/Cμ=114 in the present study,which is much higher than the value 12.1 in the case with steady blowing jet circulation control. | ZHANG PanFeng YAN Bo DAI ChenFeng | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9: | 7 |

| 11 | Preferential transport activity of Dk DTX5/MATE5 affects the formation of different astringency in persimmon显示文摘Proanthocyanidins(PAs) are specialized metabolites that infuence persimmon fruit quality.Normal astringent(A)-type and non-astringent(NA)-type mutants show significant variation in PA accumulation, but the infuencing mechanism remains unclear. In this study, among the six identified DTXs/MATEs proteins associated with PA accumulation, we observed that allelic variation and preferential transport by Dk DTX5/MATE5 induced variation in PA accumulation for A-type and NA-type fruit. The expression pattern of Dk DTX5/MATE5 was correlated with PA accumulation in NA-type fruit. Upregulation and downregulation of Dk DTX5/MATE5 promoted and inhibited PA accumulation, respectively, in the NA-type fruit. Interestingly, transporter assays of Xenopus laevis oocytes indicated that Dk DTX5/MATE5 preferentially transported the PA precursors catechin, epicatechin, and epicatechin gallate, resulting in their increased ratios relative to the total PAs, which was the main source of variation in PA accumulation between the A-type and NA-type. The allele lacking Ser-84 in Dk DTX5/MATE5 was identified as a dominantly expressed gene in the A-type and lost its transport function. Site-directed mutagenesis revealed that Dk DTX5/MATE5 binds to PA precursors via Ser-84. | 12 | Effects of the number of imidazoline ring and the length of alkyl group chain of imidazoline derivatives on corrosion inhibition of carbon steel in HCl solution:Molecular simulation and experimental validation显示文摘The effects of the number of imidazoline ring and the length of alkyl group chain of imidazoline derivatives were investigated using quantum chemical calculation,molecular dynamics simulation and experimental techniques.Three corrosion inhibitors including symmetrical lauric acid imidazoline(SAI),tetracyclic lauric acid imidazoline(LAI),and symmetric stearic acid imidazoline(SPI)were synthesized and their inhibition performance was evaluated using weight loss measurement,electrochemical techniques and surface characterization.The results show that SAI and LAI with the same length of alkyl group chain,LAI with more imidazoline rings could supply a better inhibition performance since the increase of active sites.The increase of active sites attached to the metal surface may also change the distribution of corrosion inhibitor,which could limit inhibition performance improvement.While,SAI and SPI with the same number of imidazoline rings,SPI with longer alkyl group chain shows a better inhibition efficiency due to the better hydrophobic performance of alkyl groups.Among the three inhibitors,SPI shows the best inhibition performance,indicating that the alkyl group chain length affects the inhibition performance more obvious than the number of the imidazoline rings. | Chenfeng Zhang Junying Hu Zhi Yang Ziqi Zheng Shuai Geng Xiankang Zhong | 2022 | Petroleum2022,8,4: | 0 |
