| 1 | Identification and mapping of genes for improving yield from Chinese common wild rice (O.rufipogon Griff.) using advanced backcross QTL analysis显示文摘To identify useful genes from wild rice which have been lost or weakened in cultivated rice has become more and more important for modern breeding strategy. In this study, a BC4 population derived from 94W1, an accession of common wild rice (Oryza rufipogon Griff.) from Dongxiang in Jiangxi Province of China, as the donor, and a high-yielding Indica cultivar (O. sativa L.), 'Guichao 2', as the recipient, was used to identify quantitative trait loci (QTL) associated with yield and its components. Based on the analysis for the genotype of BC4F1 population with 87 SSR markers distributed throughout the genome and investigation of the plant height, yield and yield components of BC4F2, a total of 52 QTLs, were detected. Of 7 QTLs associated with grain yield per plant, 2 QTLs on chromosome 2 and chromosome 11 for grain yield, explaining 16% and 11% of the phenotypic variance respectively, were identified. | 4 | Prussian blue and collagen loaded chitosan nanofibers with NIR-controlled NO release and photothermal activities for wound healing显示文摘Nitric oxide(NO)has emerged as a potential wound therapeutic agent due to its pivotal role in the wound healing processes.Nevertheless,NO-based therapy for clinical applications is still restricted due to its gaseous state and short half-life.Here we exploited a wound dressing by incorporating sodium nitroprusside doped prussian blue nanoparticals and Type I collagen into the chitosan/poly(vinyl alcohol)nanofibers through the electrospinning method.This hybrid nanofibrous scaffold possess the excellent abilities of NIR controlled NO release,photothermal therapy,and imitation of extra-cellular matrix-like architecture.These synergistic effects could enhance their anti-bactericidal effects in vitro and furthermore accelerate wound healing in vivo when compared to control groups.Histological analysis demonstrated the scaffold could promote fibroblast growth and accelerate epithelialization.Moreover,no apparent histological toxicology and negligible damage to major organs were observed,which provided sufficient biosafety for in vivo application.These data indicate the fabricated hybrid nanofibrous scaffold could be used as an ideal candidate for accelerating wound healing and treating chronic wounds. | Wenyu Wang Dejun Ding Kunpeng Zhou Man Zhang Weifen Zhang Fang Yan Ni Cheng | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,34: | 1 |

| 9 | Numerical Calculation Methods for Wavemaking Response Induced by Explosion in Harbour显示文摘Using the axial symmetry results of marker and cell (MAC) method as initial value in this paper, two numerical calculating methods are presented for the late wavemaking response induced by explosion in harbour. One of the methods is the superposition method of the vibration mode based on fluid slosh in container. Another one is the joining method of the MAC results with the shallow wave theory calculation in time domain. As a practical example, it is conducted to the numerical calculation about 1000 ton TNT equivalent explosion within touch of water surface. The results show that it can be rationally described with the methods to the wavemaking progress and character. The numerical results are identical with the observed scene on the spot experiment. | 10 | Experimental research on vibrating objects and its radiation field by using nearfield acoustic holography显示文摘In this paper, the nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) imaging system for airborne sound constructed in our own laboratory is presented. Using the system we have measured the mode of vibration and radiation field of a single loudspeaker, two loudspeakers and an unbaffled disk, and gotten interesting results.
