1Roles of Helicobacter pylori infection and cyclooxygenase-2 expression in gastric carcinogenesis显示文摘AIM: Cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 is over expressed ingastrointestinal neoplasm. Helicobacter pylori ( H pylon)infection is causally linked to gastric cancer. However, theexpression of COX-2 in various stages of Hpylori-associatedgastric carcinogenesis pathway has not been elucidated.Therefore, the aim of this study was to clarify the role ofH pyloriinduced COX-2 expression during carcinogenesisin the stomach.METHODS: Gastric biopsies from 138 subjects [30 casesof chronic superficial gastritis (CSG), 28 cases of gastricglandular atrophy (GA), 45 cases of gastric mucosal intestinalmetaplasia (IM), 12 cases of moderate gastric epithelialdysplasia and 23 cases of gastric cancer] were enrolled.Hpyloriinfection was assessed by a rapid urease test andhistological examination (modified Giemsa staining). Theexpression of COX-1 and COX-2 in human gastric mucosawas detected by immunohistochemical staining.I^7~I_~: Hpyloriinfeddon rate was 64.3% in GA and 69.5%in gastric cancer, which was significantly higher than that(36.7%) in CSG (P<0.05). The positive expression rates ofCOX-2 were 10.0%, 35.7%, 37.8%, 41.7% and 69.5% inCSG, GA, IM, dysplasia and gastric cancer, respectively.From CSG to GA, IM, dysplasia and finally to gastric cancer,expression of COX-2 showed an ascending tendency, whereasCOX-1 expression did not change significantly in the gastricmucosa. 2Development of autonomous navigation system for rice transplanter显示文摘Rice transplanting requires the operator to manipulate the rice transplanter in straight trajectories.Various markers are proposed to help experienced drivers in keeping straightforward and parallel to the previous path,which are extremely boring in terms of large-scale fields.The objective of this research was to develop an autonomous navigation system that automatically guided a rice transplanter working along predetermined paths in the field.The rice transplanter used in this research was commercially available and originally manually-operated.An automatic manipulating system was developed instead of manual functions including steering,stop,going forward and reverse.A sensor fusion algorithm was adopted to integrate measurements of the Real-Time Kinematic Global Navigation Satellite System(RTK-GNSS)and Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU),and calculate the absolute moving direction under the UTM coordinate system.A headland turning control method was proposed to ensure a robust turning process considering that the rice transplanter featured a small turning radius and a relatively large slip rate at extreme steering angles.Experiments were designed and conducted to verify the performance of the newly developed autonomous navigation system.Results showed that both lateral and heading errors were less than 8 cm and 3 degrees,respectively,in terms of following straight paths.And headland turns were robustly executed according to the required pattern.Xiang Yin Juan Du Noboru Noguchi Tengxiang Yang Chengqian Jin 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6:6
3The radioactive abnormality characteristics of typical regions in Ordos Basin and its geological implications显示文摘There are many results of single mineral enrichment characteristic, such as oil, gas, coal and uranium, but little is known about the synergistic research of these important minerals and the study of uranium enrichment features in the deep basin. So, the study on the paragenesis regularity and coexisting relation of many minerals in the basin will promote the integrated forecast and cooperative exploitation of the basin. Based on the plentiful logging data and geological data, this paper studies the distributing feature of higher Gamma abnormality. The analysis on 33 core samples' test results indicates that the increasing of Gamma abnormality is due to the increasing of the uranium element, and the enrichment of uranium is a result of the activation and conglomeration of uranium. On the basis of the recognization of radioactive abnormality and the study about the reality of oil,gas,coal or uranium coexisting in a basin and its mechanism, the paper shows that there is a certain mutual promotion in oil, gas, coal and uranium in the basin, which provides an important theory basis for cooperative exploitation of energy resources.TAN ChengQian LIU ChiYang ZHAO JunLong ZHANG RongRong 2007Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2:6
4Development and evaluation of a low-cost precision seeding control system for a corn drill显示文摘Precision seeding requires that the corn drill drop seeds into the soil by a specific in-row spacing while its travelling speed fluctuates due to unevenness of the field ground.This paper presents a low-cost precision seeding control system for a conventional corn drill with mechanical metering devices of finger-pickup type.A median filtering method was implemented in the control system to process measurements from a rotary encoder in order to acquire stable values of the corn drill travelling speed.The metering unit was driven by an electric motor controlled by the metering ECU according to the actual travelling speed and the desired in-row spacing in real-time.A user interface was programmed to communicate with ECUs for configuring parameters and displaying operating information during working.The newly-developed precision seeding control system was first calibrated in terms of speed measurement and control for two ECUs.Experiments were conducted on a seeding test platform in the laboratory for evaluating its accuracy in dropping seeds by giving different in-row spacing under different travelling speeds of the conveyor sticky belt.Results showed that the average spacing error was less than 2 cm and the maximum RMS error was 0.78 cm for all spacing values including 25 cm,30 cm and 35 cm under the travelling speed of 1.0-8.0 km/h.These indicated that the low-cost precision seeding control system worked in a both accurate and stable way.Xiang Yin Noboru Noguchi Tengxiang Yang Chengqian Jin 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,5:3
5Highway Planning and Design in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau of China: A Cost–Safety Balance Perspective显示文摘Engineering designs for mountainous highways emphasize compliance checking to ensure safety. However, relying solely on compliance checking may lead designers to minimize costs at the expense of high risk indicators, since the overall risk level of the highway design is unknown to the designers. This paper describes a method for the simultaneous consideration of traffic safety risks and the associated cost burden related to the appropriate planning and design of a mountainous highway. The method can be carried out in four steps: First, the highway design is represented by a new parametric framework to extract the key design variables that affect not only the life-cycle cost but also the operational safety. Second, the relationship between the life-cycle cost and the operational safety risk factors is established in the cost-estimation functions. Third, a fault tree analysis (FTA) is introduced to identify the traffic risk factors from the design variables. The safety performance of the design solutions is also assessed by the generalized linear-regression model. Fourth, a theory of acceptable risk analysis is introduced to the traffic safety assessment, and a computing algorithm is proposed to solve for a cost-efficient optimal solution within the range of acceptable risk, in order to help decision-makers. This approach was applied and examined in the Sichuan–Tibet Highway engineering project, which is located in a complex area with a large elevation gradient and a wide range of mountains. 6Applications of Deep Learning to MRI Images:A Survey显示文摘Deep learning provides exciting solutions in many fields, such as image analysis, natural language processing, and expert system, and is seen as a key method for various future applications. On account of its non-invasive and good soft tissue contrast, in recent years, Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) has been attracting increasing attention. With the development of deep learning, many innovative deep learning methods have been proposed to improve MRI image processing and analysis performance. The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive overview of deep learning-based MRI image processing and analysis. First, a brief introduction of deep learning and imaging modalities of MRI images is given. Then, common deep learning architectures are introduced. Next, deep learning applications of MRI images, such as image detection, image registration, image segmentation, and image classification are discussed. 7Recent advances in metal-organic frameworks for catalytic CO_(2) hydrogenation to diverse products显示文摘Selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) to high value-added chemicals,not only gives an effective way to reduce the concentration of CO_(2),but also provides the precursors to advance the industrial manufacturing of chemicals and fuels.With the well-defined reticular frameworks and flexible modifiability,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)can be the ideal platform to construct the enabled catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation,because they have shown the great potential for the enhancement of catalytic activity,the precise control of selectivity,and the excellent stability.In this review,we systematically summarize the recent advances in MOFs based catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation towards diverse products.Firstly,synthesis strategies for different kinds of MOFs based catalysts are described.Secondly,selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) towards CO and methane is discussed over various metal nanoparticles/MOFs composites.Thirdly,heterogenization and isolation of molecular catalysts by MOFs are elaborated for producing formic acid.Fourthly,selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) toward methanol is discussed in terms of interface structures of Cu,Zn,and metal nodes of MOFs,the synergy between auxiliary sites and noble metal,and tandem catalytic systems of molecular catalysts and Lewis acid sites.Subsequently,the integration of multiple metal sites,promoters,and cocatalysts into MOFs is described for the selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) to C2+products.After those,the key issue about the stability of MOFs based catalysts for CO_(2) hydrogenation reaction is discussed.Finally,the summary and perspective about MOFs based catalysts for selective CO_(2) hydrogenation and mechanism research are proposed.Shengxian Shao Chengqian Cui Zhiyong Tang Guodong Li 2022Nano Research2022,15,12:2

13Formulation and in vitro characterization of long-acting PLGA injectable microspheres encapsulating a peptide analog of LHRH显示文摘The present study aimed to formulate triptorelin acetate(TA)into poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic)acid(PLGA)based injectable sustained-release microspheres(TA-PLGA-MS)by usingdouble emulsion solvent extraction/evaporation(DESE)technique and investigate the effects of various material attributes and process parameters on the quality attributes such as size,shape,surface morphology,encapsulation efficiency(EE)and in vitro release behavior of these microspheres.Variable compositions of the outer water phase,type of the organic solvents,volume ratios of inner water phase to oil phase,PLGA concentrations,and the powers for emulsification in the preparation of the microspheres showed an influence on their quality attributes.An optimal formulation(F-2)obtained from this univariate approach possess an excellent EE value of 63.5%±3.4%and an average volumetric particle size of 35.3±1.8μm.This formulation was further accomplished with different solidification rates assisted by variable incubation temperatures,which exhibited an impact on the shape/surface and inner morphology of the microspheres.The resultant microspheres also displayed different in vitro release patterns.The matrices processed with a high incubation temperature conferred the fastest and the most complete drug release profile over the period of 63 days.Thus,the solidification rate could be identified as one of the critical process parameters that affected the quality of the PLGA based injectable microspheres specifically designed for the prolonged delivery of TA.Chengqian Zhang Lan Wu Anjin Tao Hriday Bera Xing Tang Dongmei Cun Mingshi Yang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,4:1
14Restoration of the pre-Jurassic paleogeomorphology and its control on hydrocarbon distribution in western Ordos Basin显示文摘In recent years,the discovery of the Jurassic oil reservoirs in the Western Thrust Belt of the Ordos Basin reveals that the Jurassic formation in this area has huge oil and gas potential.The pre-Jurassic paleo-geomorphology plays a vital role in the formation of the Jurassic oil reservoirs.In this paper,the impression method is applied to restore the pre-Jurassic paleogeomorphology of the Hongde area in the western Ordos Basin,using a large number of drilling,logging,well testing and the latest 3D seismic data.The pre-Jurassic paleogeomorphological units in the study area can be categorized into five groups,including ancient channel valley,ancient terrace,slope,interchannel mound,and low residual mound facies.The oil reservoirs are mainly distributed in highland areas such as slope belts and low residual mounds,the main areas where hydrocarbons accumulate.In addition,the branch ditches in the study area are developed to the southeast and merged into the Ganshan ancient channel.The sandstone in the confluence area of the branch gully is well sorted and connected under frequent scouring by the river.The sand bodies of good connectivity therefore form a drainage system for long-term hydrocarbon migration.The formation of the Jurassic reservoirs in the study area is mainly affected by sedimentary facies,deposition location,and hydrocarbon migration pathway(or fault)of pre-Jurassic paleo-morphology.The results from this study can be useful for the prediction of the Jurassic sweet spots in the western margin of the Ordos Basin.Hui Yuan Shuai Yin Li Dong Chengqian Tan 2022Energy Geoscience2022,3,4:1

16Development of autonomous navigation controller for agricultural vehicles显示文摘Agricultural vehicles are adopted to undertake farming tasks by traversing along crop rows in the field.Working quality depends significantly on the driving skills of the operator.Automatic guidance has been introduced into agriculture to achieve high-accuracy path tracking during the last decades,which contributes considerably to straight-line navigation.The objective of this research was to develop an autonomous navigation controller that allowed movement autonomy for various agricultural vehicles.Three wheel-type vehicles were used as the test platform featuring automatic steering,hydrostatic transmission and speed control,which included a rice transplanter,a high-clearance sprayer and a tractor.A dual-antenna RTK-GNSS receiver was attached to the vehicles to provide spatial information on both positioning and heading by using the RTX service from Trimble.A path planning method was proposed to create a straight-line reference path by giving two points,and the target path was determined according to the vehicle initial status and working assignment.Headland turning was comprehensively taken into account by listing different turn patterns in order to realize autonomous navigation at the headland.The navigation controller hardware was fabricated for program execution,data processing and information communication with peripherals.A human-machine interface was designed for the operator to complete basic setting,path planning and navigation control by providing controls.Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance and versatility of the newly developed autonomous navigation controller in guiding agricultural vehicles to follow straight paths and turn at the headland.Results showed that an appropriate turn pattern was automatically executed when finishing straight-line navigation.The lateral error in straight-line tracking was no more than 6 cm,6 cm and 5 cm for the rice transplanter,the high-clearance sprayer and the tractor,respectively.And the maximum lateral RMS error was 3.10 cm,4.75 cm,2.21 cm in terms of straight-line tracking,which indicated that the newly developed autonomous navigation controller was versatile and of high robustness in guiding various agricultural vehicles.Xiang Yin Yanxin Wang Yulong Chen Chengqian Jin Juan Du 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,4:1
