1Collagen type Ⅱ suppresses articular chondrocyte hypertrophy and osteoarthritis progression by promoting integrin β1-SMAD1 interaction显示文摘Hypertrophic differentiation is not only the terminal process of endochondral ossification in the growth plate but is also an important pathological change in osteoarthritic cartilage.Collagen type II(COL2A1)was previously considered to be only a structural component of the cartilage matrix,but recently,it has been revealed to be an extracellular signaling molecule that can significantly suppress chondrocyte hypertrophy.However,the mechanisms by which COL2A1 regulates hypertrophic differentiation remain unclear.In our study,a Col2a1 p.Gly1170Ser mutant mouse model was constructed,and Col2a1 loss was demonstrated in homozygotes.Loss of Col2a1 was found to accelerate chondrocyte hypertrophy through the bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)-SMAD1 pathway.Upon interacting with COL2A1,integrinβ1(ITGB1),the major receptor for COL2A1,competed with BMP receptors for binding to SMAD1 and then inhibited SMAD1 activation and nuclear import.COL2A1 could also activate ITGB1-induced ERK1/2 phosphorylation and,through ERK1/2-SMAD1 interaction,it further repressed SMAD1 activation,thus inhibiting BMP-SMAD1-mediated chondrocyte hypertrophy.Moreover,COL2A1 expression was downregulated,while chondrocyte hypertrophic markers and BMP-SMAD1 signaling activity were upregulated in degenerative human articular cartilage.Our study reveals novel mechanisms for the inhibition of chondrocyte hypertrophy by COL2A1 and suggests that the degradation and decrease in COL2A1 might initiate and promote osteoarthritis progression.Chengjie Lian Xudong Wang Xianjian Qiu Zizhao Wu Bo Gao Lei Liu Guoyan Liang Hang Zhou Xiaoming Yang Yan Peng Anjing Liang Caixia Xu Dongsheng Huang Peiqiang Su 2019Bone Research2019,7,1:17
2Influence of Temperature on the Protectiveness and Morphological Characteristics of Calcareous Deposits Polarized by Galvanostatic Mode显示文摘The influence of temperature on calcareous deposits formed under galvanostatic polarization mode was studied.The deposition was monitored by electrochemical impedance spectrum,and a supplementary loop in Nyquist diagram at high frequency was found to be an indicator of deposits precipitation with sufficient protection at above 20 ℃.An exponential increase of protectiveness with temperature was observed,which was quantified by linear polarization resistance technique.Observation by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction analyses demonstrated that the critical temperature of calcium carbonate crystal form transition ranged from 15 to 20 ℃.Calcite formed below 15 ℃,while aragonite precipitated at above 20 ℃.Chengjie Li Min Du Jing Qiu Jing Zhang Congjie Gao 2014Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,1:3
3Effects of investor sentiment on stock volatility:new evidences from multi-source data in China’s green stock markets显示文摘The effect of investor sentiment on stock volatility is a highly attractive research question in both the academic field and the real financial industry.With the proposal of China’s'dual carbon'target,green stocks have gradually become an essential branch of Chinese stock markets.Focusing on 106 stocks from the new energy,environmental protection,and carbon–neutral sectors,we construct two investor sentiment proxies using Internet text and stock trading data,respectively.The Internet sentiment is based on posts from Eastmoney Guba,and the trading sentiment comes from a variety of trading indicators.In addition,we divide the realized volatility into continuous and jump parts,and then investigate the effects of investor sentiment on different types of volatilities.Our empirical findings show that both sentiment indices impose significant positive impacts on realized,continuous,and jump volatilities,where trading sentiment is the main factor.We further explore the mediating effect of information asymmetry,measured by the volume-synchronized probability of informed trading(VPIN),on the path of investor sentiment affecting stock volatility.It is evidenced that investor sentiments are positively correlated with the VPIN,and they can affect volatilities through the VPIN.We then divide the total sample around the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.The empirical results reveal that the market volatility after the COVID-19 pandemic is more susceptible to investor sentiments,especially to Internet sentiment.Our study is of great significance for maintaining the stability of green stock markets and reducing market volatility.Yang Gao Chengjie Zhao Bianxia Sun Wandi Zhao 2022Financial Innovation2022,8,1:2
4Influence of Dissolved Oxygen on the Protectiveness and Morphological Characteristics of Calcareous Deposits with Galvanostatic Polarization显示文摘The influence of dissolved oxygen on calcareous deposits formed under galvanostatic polarization mode was studied.When the dissolved oxygen concentration was less than 7 mg L^(-1),the cathodic protection potential showed a plateau at the initial polarization,and then quickly shifted negatively.While the dissolved oxygen was more than 9 mg L^(-1),the potential shifted negatively in a linear form.After 168 h of polarization,the final protection potential shifted negatively with the decreasing dissolved oxygen concentration.The deposition progress was monitored by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and only one single loop was found in Nyquist diagram,indicating deposits of ineffective protectiveness precipitation under the experimental conditions.The protection factor of deposits increased with the decreasing dissolved oxygen concentration which was detected by linear polarization resistance technique.The cathodic electrochemical reaction could change very shortly from oxygen reduction to hydrogen evolution after cathodic protection under very low dissolved oxygen concentration,such as 1 mg L^(-1),resulting in the hydrogen bubbling from the metallic surface and the decrease of deposits protection factor.Observation by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrated that the deposits were mainly of calcite under the experimental conditions,and that dissolved oxygen had no effect on the crystalline types of calcium carbonate.LI Chengjie DU Min GAO Rongjie 2017Journal of Ocean University of China2017,16,2:2
5Origin of High Efficiency and Long-Term Stability in Ionic Liquid Perovskite Photovoltaic显示文摘Environment-friendly protic amine carboxylic acid ionic liquids(ILs)as solvents is a significant breakthrough with respect to traditional highly coordinating and toxic solvents in achieving efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simple one-step air processing and without an antisolvent treatment approach.However,it remains mysterious for the improved efficiency and stability of PSCs without any passivation strategy.Here,we unambiguously demonstrate that the three functions of solvents,additive,and passivation are present for protic amine carboxylic acid ILs.We found that the ILs have the capability to dissolve a series of perovskite precursors,induce oriented crystallization,and chemically passivate the grain boundaries.This is attributed to the unique molecular structure of ILs with carbonyl and amine groups,allowing for strong interaction with perovskite precursors by forming C=O…Pb chelate bonds and N-H…I hydrogen bonds in both solution and film.This finding is generic in nature with extension to a wide range of IL-based perovskite optoelectronics.Lingfeng Chao Tingting Niu Hao Gu Yingguo Yang Qi Wei Yingdong Xia Wei Hui Shouwei Zuo Zhaohua Zhu Chengjie Pei Xiaodong Li Jing Zhang Junfeng Fang Guichuan Xing Hai Li Xiao Huang Xingyu Gao Chenxin Ran Lin Song Li Fu Yonghua Chen Wei Huang 2020Research2020,,1:2

7Scalable synthesized high-performance TiO_(2)-Si-C hybrid anode for lithium batteries显示文摘At present,developing a simple strategy to effectively solve the shackles of volume expansion,poor conductivity and interface compatibility faced by Si-C anode in lithium batteries(LIBs)is the key to its commercialization.Here,low-cost nano-Si powders were prepared from Si-waste of solar-cells by sanding treatment,which can effectively reduce the commercialization cost for Si-C anode.Furthermore,micro-nano structured Gr@Si/C/TiO_(2) anode materials with graphite(Gr)as the inner core,TiO_(2)-doped and carbon-coated Si as the outer coating-layer,were synthesized at kilogram-scale per milling batch.Comprehensive characterization results indicate that TiO_(2)-doped carbon layer can improve the interface compatibility with the electrolyte,further promote the reduction of electrode polarization,and finally enhance the battery performance for the Gr@Si/C/TiO_(2) anodes.Accordingly,Gr@Si/C/TiO_(2) composites can output excellent LIB performance,especially with high initial coulombic efficiency(ICE)of 82.51%and large average reversible capacity of~810 mA h g^(-1) at 0.8 A g^(-1) after 1000 cycles.Moreover,Gr@Si/C/TiO_(2)‖NCM811 pouch full cells deliver impressive performance especially with high energy density of~489.3 W h kg^(-1) based on the total weight of active materials,suggesting its promising application in the high performance LIBs.Liao Shen Chengjie Xu Jingguo Gao Jianming Tao Qiaobao Zhang Yue Chen Yingbin Lin Zhigao Huang Jiaxin Li 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:0
8Fracture behaviors of columnar jointed rock mass using interface mechanics theorem显示文摘For a special geological structure of columnar jointed rock mass(CJRM),its mechanical properties are strongly affected by the columnar joints.To describe the fracture behaviors of CJRM using the basic theories of interface mechanics for composite materials,the interface stresses of the vertical and horizontal joints,which are the two primary joints in the CJRM under triaxial compression,are studied,and their mathematical expressions are derived based on the superposition principle.Based on the obtained interface stresses of the vertical and horizontal joints in the CJRM,the crack initiation of the joint interface in the CJRM is studied using the maximum circumferential stress theory in fracture mechanics.Moreover,based on this investigation,the fracture behaviors of CJRM are analyzed.According to the results of similar material physical model tests for the CJRM,the theoretical study is verified.Finally,the influence of the mechanical parameters of the CJRM on the joint interface stress is discussed comprehensively.Wei Gao Shuangshuang Ge Chengjie Hu 2023Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,11:0
