2Clinical study on the related markers of blood coagulation in the patients with ANFH after SARS显示文摘The aim of this research was to investigate the blood coagulation function in the patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH)after severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).The expression of CD31,CD61,CD62p,CD63 and PAC-1 on platelet membrane was measured respectively by flowcytometry,and the plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(Fbg)were mea-sured by blood clotting instrument in 26 patients with ANFH after SARS and in 17 healthy adults.The expression of CD31,CD61,CD 62p,CD63 and PAC-1 on platelet membrane in 26 patients was all lower than that in 17 healthy subjects(P<0.01).The levels of PT,APTT,TT and Fbg in 26 patients were all normal.There is no significant difference(P>0.05)in those markers between patients and 17 healthy adults.The blood may not be in hypercoagulable state in patients with ANFH after SARS.WU Lianhua GAO Chunjin WANG Guozhong YANG Lin HOU Xiaomin GE Huan XIA Chengqing QI Man 2007Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,4:2
3Ecological wetland paradigm drives water source improvement in the stream network of Yangtze River Delta显示文摘Jiaxing created a precedent using bypass riparian marshes to purify micro-polluted water sources in China.Pond-wetland complex with constructed root channel technology becomes a paradigm which can be analogized as'human-body wetland model'based on bionics or biomimetics.Heterogeneous plant-bed/ditch system with highly active land/water ecotone interfaces,especially meandering boundaries,breeds many biochemical reactions'living areas'.Optimization of hydraulic regulation promotes redox environment alternations and wetland treatment efficiency.Here we reported a series of upgrades and performances in Guanjinggang wetland after the Shijiuyang prototype.Morphological reform of plant-bed/ditch system played a vital role.Spatially root channel zone was main force of wetland purification,and temporally the treatment effect was higher in low-temperature seasons indicating non-temperature dependent mechanisms worked.Water pollution comprehensive index improved steadily from IV to III,and comprehensive pollution load was reduced by ca.40%–60%.Comprehensive evaluation function value further showed the gradients purification effect of the upgraded wetland.Ecological wetlands ameliorated source water quality,and reduced drinking water treatment reagents,thereby bringing about economic benefits.Through wetlands operation,people can see how the micro-polluted surface water becomes clear and clean,so promoting a significant social benefit.As a viable component of urban green space,wetlands could beautify regional eco-environment,freshen the air,increase urban ecological taste,and enhance the eco-environmental protection publicity.Thus,the multifunctional service values and indirect benefits are substantial.Jiaxing ecological wetlands provide a typical paradigm for water pollution remediation in developing countries and plays a leading role in technology engineering radiation effect.Weidong Wang Ting Yang Weibing Guan Weixi Peng Ping Wu Bin Zhong Chundong Zhou Qinghua Chen Rongbin Zhang Kewen Xu Chengqing Yin 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,12:1

6Transformer: A General Framework from Machine Translation to Others显示文摘Machine translation is an important and challenging task that aims at automatically translating natural language sentences from one language into another.Recently,Transformer-based neural machine translation(NMT)has achieved great break-throughs and has become a new mainstream method in both methodology and applications.In this article,we conduct an overview of Transformer-based NMT and its extension to other tasks.Specifically,we first introduce the framework of Transformer,discuss the main challenges in NMT and list the representative methods for each challenge.Then,the public resources and toolkits in NMT are listed.Meanwhile,the extensions of Transformer in other tasks,including the other natural language processing tasks,computer vision tasks,audio tasks and multi-modal tasks,are briefly presented.Finally,possible future research directions are suggested.Yang Zhao Jiajun Zhang Chengqing Zong 2023Machine Intelligence Research2023,20,4:0
7CNN-Based Broad Learning for Cross-Domain Emotion Classification显示文摘Cross-domain emotion classification aims to leverage useful information in a source domain to help predict emotion polarity in a target domain in a unsupervised or semi-supervised manner.Due to the domain discrepancy,an emotion classifier trained on source domain may not work well on target domain.Many researchers have focused on traditional cross-domain sentiment classification,which is coarse-grained emotion classification.However,the problem of emotion classification for cross-domain is rarely involved.In this paper,we propose a method,called convolutional neural network(CNN)based broad learning,for cross-domain emotion classification by combining the strength of CNN and broad learning.We first utilized CNN to extract domain-invariant and domain-specific features simultaneously,so as to train two more efficient classifiers by employing broad learning.Then,to take advantage of these two classifiers,we designed a co-training model to boost together for them.Finally,we conducted comparative experiments on four datasets for verifying the effectiveness of our proposed method.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the performance of emotion classification more effectively than those baseline methods.Rong Zeng Hongzhan Liu Sancheng Peng Lihong Cao Aimin Yang Chengqing Zong Guodong Zhou 2023Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,2:0
8Different levels of facial expression recognition in patients with firstepisode schizophrenia:A functional MRI study显示文摘Background The impairment of facial expression recognition has become a biomarker for early identification of first-episode schizophrenia, and this kind of research is increasing.Aims To explore the differences in brain area activation using different degrees of disgusted facial expression recognition in antipsychotic-na?ve patients with firstepisode schizophrenia and healthy controls.Methods In this study, facial expression recognition tests were performed on 30 first-episode, antipsychoticna?ve patients with schizophrenia(treatment group) and 30 healthy subjects(control group) with matched age, educational attainment and gender. Functional MRI was used for comparing the differences of the brain areas of activation between the two groups.Results The average response time difference between the patient group and the control group in the ‘high degree of disgust' facial expression recognition task was statistically significant(1.359(0.408)/2.193(0.625), F=26.65, p<0.001), and the correct recognition rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(41.05(22.25)/59.84(13.91, F=19.81, p<0.001). Compared with the control group, the left thalamus, right lingual gyrus and right middle temporal gyrus were negatively activated in the patients with first-episode schizophrenia in the ‘high degree of disgust' emotion recognition, and there was a significant activation in the left and right middle temporal gyrus and the right caudate nucleus.
