| 1 | A NEWε-GENERALIZED PROJECTION METHOD OF STRONGLY SUB-FEASIBLE DIRECTIONS FOR INEQUALITY CONSTRAINED OPTIMIZATION显示文摘In this paper,the nonlinear optimization problems with inequality constraints are discussed. | 2 | 洛铂联合依托泊苷与顺铂联合依托泊苷一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌随机对照临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Lobaplatin plus Etoposide (EL) and Cisplatin plus Etoposide (EP) regimens in chemonaive with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: Between July 2010 and July 2011, a total of 62 patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer who received initial treatment in our hospital and 309 hospital of PLA. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the EL Group: Lobaplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 30 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. Another 31 patients were assigned to the EP Group: Cisplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 75 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. We evaluated the efficacy, overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), the progression-free survival (PFS) and toxicity between the patients of the two groups. Results: All 62 patients were eligible. In the EL group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 20 (64.5%) patients had partial response, 5 (16.1%) patients had stable disease and 4 (12.9%) patients had progress disease. In the EP group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 22 (70.9%) patients had partial response, 4 (12.9%) patients had stable disease and 3 (9.7%) patients had progress disease. The ORR of EL and EP group were 70.9% and 77.4%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.562). The DCR of both groups were 87% and 90%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.688). Median PFS of patients with EL and EP regimens were 5.5 months and 5 months, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.637). Adverse events were observed in all 62 patients. Grade 1 to 4 anemia was higher in the EP group than in EL group, showing significant difference (P = 0.02). Grade 3 and 4 thrombocytopenia was seen in 4 patients (12.9%) in EL group and 1 patient (3.2%) in EP group. Although one patient had platelet transfusion owing to Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in EL group, no significant difference (P = 0.637) were shown. The incidence of nausea/vomiting was higher in the EP group than in the EL group (96.7% vs 51.6%, P = 0.00). | 3 | Molecular Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of TypeⅢSecretion System Effector Protein Va1686 Gene of Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘In this study,Va1686 gene was cloned from Vibrio alginolyticus. The total length of the gene is 1 164 bp,and it could encode 387 amino acids. The physicochemical properties,protein structure,genetic evolutionary relationship and antigenic characteristics of the effect protein Va1686 of V. alginolyticus HY9901 type Ⅲ secretion system were studied and analyzed by bioinformatics methods and tools. The results showed that Va1686 is a stable hydrophilic and acidic protein without a transmembrane region and a signal peptide,and secondary structure to α-helix. The evolutionary analysis showed that V. alginolyticus HY9901 and V.harveyi were clustered together,which indicated that the genetic relationship between the two species was the closest. Va1686 contains a Fic superfamily conserved domain associated with cell division. Bioinformatics analysis showed that the B-cell preponderant epitopes of Va1686 might be localized in the regions of 48-49,82-85,125-126,150-153,185-186,236-237 and so on. The 3D structure model of Va1686 subunit was simulated by SWISS-MODEL software and it was found that the vop S of V. parahaemolyticus was similar and the similarity was 89. 46%. | 5 | Carrier recombination suppression and transport enhancement enable high-performance self-powered broadband Sb_(2)Se_(3) photodetectors显示文摘Antimony selenide(Sb_(2)Se_(3))is a promising candidate for photodetector applications boasting unique material benefits and remarkable optoelectronic properties.Achieving high-performance self-powered Sb_(2)Se_(3)photodetector through a synergistic regulation of absorber layer and heterojunction interface demonstrates great potential and needs essential investigation.In this study,an effective two-step thermodynamic/kinetic deposition technique containing sputtered and selenized Sb precursor is implemented to induce self-assembled growth of Sb_(2)Se_(3)light absorbing thin film with large crystal grains and desirable[hk1]orientation,presenting considerable thin-film photodetector performance.Furthermore,aluminum(Al^(3+))cation dopant is introduced to modify the optoelectronic properties of CdS buffer layer,and further optimize the Sb_(2)Se_(3)/CdS(Al)heterojunction interface quality.Thanks to the suppressed carrier recombination and enhanced carrier transport kinetics,the champion Mo/Sb_(2)Se_(3)/CdS(Al)/ITO/Ag photodetector exhibits self-powered and broadband characteristics,accompanied by simultaneously high responsivity of 0.9 A W^(-1)(at 11 nW cm^(-2)),linear dynamic range of 120 dB,impressive ON/OFF switching ratio over 10^(6)and signal-to-noise ratio of 10^(9),record total noise determined realistic detectivity of 4.78×10^(12)Jones,and ultra-fast response speed with rise/decay time of 24/75 ns,representing the top level for Sb_(2)Se_(3)-based photodetectors.This intriguing work opens up an avenue for its selfpowered broadband photodetector applications. | Shuo Chen Yi Fu Muhammad Ishaq Chuanhao Li Donglou Ren Zhenghua Su Xvsheng Qiao Ping Fan Guangxing Liang Jiang Tang | 2023 | InfoMat2023,5,4: | 1 |

| 8 | CDK6 inhibits lymphoid cell infiltration and represents a prognostic marker in HPV+ squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck显示文摘Objective:We investigated the correlations between cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6(CDK4/6)levels and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection state in head and neck squamous cell cancer(HNSCC).The aim was to explore the potential value of CDK4/6 inhibitors in the treatment of HNSCC.Methods:Multiomic sequencing data for HNSCC were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),and the mRNA levels and copy number variations(CNVs)of CDK4 and CDK6 were strictly analyzed.Overall survival(OS)curves were produced using the Kaplan-Meier method,and survival differences between groups were assessed by the log-rank test.Next,gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)was applied to interrogate CDK4/6-associated molecular pathways in HPV-positive(HPV+)and HPV-negative(HPV-)HNSCC.Last,lymphoid cell infiltrates in each type of HNSCC were explored,and the correlations between CDK4/6 expression and lymphoid infiltrates were explored by Tumor Immune Estimation Resource(TIMER)analysis.Results:Overexpression of either CDK6 or CDK4 was not a relevant factor for OS in HPV-HNSCC(CDK6:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.885;CDK4:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.267).In HPV+HNSCC,CDK6 but not CDK4 was a relevant factor for OS(CDK6:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.002;CDK4:top 40%vs.bottom 40%,P=0.452).GSEA found that overexpressed CDK6 in HPV+HNSCC inhibited pathways involved in the tumor immune response,suggesting its roles in antitumor immunity.TIMER analysis results revealed that CDK6 but not CDK4 accumulation was negatively correlated with the number of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes specific for HPV+HNSCC,which led to tumor response suppression.Conclusions:CDK6,but not CDK4,is a poor prognostic marker specific in HPV+HNSCC patients.Overexpressed CDK6 might stimulate tumor progression by suppressing lymphocytes infiltration independent of its kinase activity.Only abrogating its kinase activity using current CDK4/6 inhibitors was not enough to block its tumor promotion function. | Chuanhao Tang Li Lin Wei Zhou Xiang Liu Yali Fu Lingling Zhang Li Li Xiangyi Wang Libo Zhao Jun Liang Libo Zhao Jun Liang | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6: | 1 |

| 17 | Fabrication and Investigation on Double-Hollow Shell CoFe Oxide@TiO_(2) Nanocube with Superior Electromagnetic Properties显示文摘Electromagnetic wave absorbing materials are urgently required in the fields of medicine,communication,and military.However,the thickness,weight,narrow effective bandwidth,and weak absorbing ability of the materials restrict their further application.In this work,a double-layer hollow nanocube with a dielectric titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))shell and a magnetic CoFe oxide inner shell is prepared.Prussian blue(PB)is prepared by the hydrothermal method,and used as the template to prepare PB@CoFe PB analogue(PBA).After selective etching and further calcination,hollow CoFe oxide particles are obtained.The obtained particles are then coated with SiO_(2)and TiO_(2),respectively,and the intermediate layer is dislodged to obtain the final CoFe oxide@TiO_(2)with the hollow double shell structure.The obtained double-layer hollow structure can effectively capture the incident electromagnetic waves,and increase the propagation path.Moreover,the obvious enhancement of interface polarization and the improvement of impedance matching enhance the wave absorbing ability of the material.The analysis results show that,the structure is stable and the dispersion is good.The maximum reflection loss(RL)at 10 GHz is as high as-46.1 dB with the sample thickness of 1.6 mm.The light-weight and high-efficiency CoFe oxide@TiO_(2)absorber is promised to be used in commercial and military aerospace fields. | NI Xinyao TANG Chuanhao HUA Jiasong CHEN Yi ZHUANG Qixin | 2022 | 上海航天(中英文)2022,39,1: | 0 |
| 18 | Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of pepck Gene in Vibrio alginolyticus显示文摘[Objectives]To clone the pepck gene of Vibrio alginolyticus strain HY9901 and analyze its sequence by bioinformatics.[Methods]According to the complete gene sequence of V.alginolyticus on GenBank,specific primers were designed to amplify the target gene pepck by PCR.The sequence of the pepck gene was analyzed using bioinformatics.The phylogenic tree of pepck gene and the corresponding single-subunit three-dimensional structure were constructed.[Results]The pepck gene of V.alginolyticus strain HY9901 has a full length of 1629 bp,with theoretical molecular weight of 60.12 kD.The prediction results show that there is no signal peptide or transmembrane region at the N-terminus of the sequence,the amino acid sequence contains 11 phosphorylation sites of casein kinase II.The prediction results of protein subcellular localization indicate that PEPEK protein is localized in the cytoplasm.The protein is stable and hydrophobic.The tertiary structure of the PEPCK protein of V.alginolyticus is similar to that of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.It is predicted that PEPCK has a major functional domain PEPCK_ATP.In the secondary structure,alpha helix,random coil,and extended strand accounted for 21.96%,52.03%and 26.01%,respectively.The PEPCK homology between V.alginolyticus and Vibrio diabolicus is as high as 99%.[Conclusions]This study lays the foundation for further understanding the function of pepck gene in V.alginolyticus. | Fuyuan ZENG Yin ZHAO Shihui ZHOU Chuanhao PAN Miao XIE Huanying PANG | 2020 | Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,8: | 0 |
