1Spatiotemporal characteristics of GNSS-derived precipitable water vapor during heavy rainfall events in Guilin,China显示文摘Precipitable Water Vapor(PWV),as an important indicator of atmospheric water vapor,can be derived from Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)observations with the advantages of high precision and all-weather capacity.GNSS-derived PWV with a high spatiotemporal resolution has become an important source of observations in mete-orology,particularly for severe weather conditions,for water vapor is not well sampled in the current meteorological observing systems.In this study,an empirical atmospheric weighted mean temperature(Tm)model for Guilin is estab-lished using the radiosonde data from 2012 to 2017.Then,the observations at 11 GNSS stations in Guilin are used to investigate the spatiotemporal features of GNSS-derived PWV under the heavy rainfalls from June to July 2017.The results show that the new Tm model in Guilin has better performance with the mean bias and Root Mean Square(RMS)of−0.51 and 2.12 K,respectively,compared with other widely used models.Moreover,the GNSS PWV estimates are validated with the data at Guilin radiosonde station.Good agreements are found between GNSS-derived PWV and radiosonde-derived PWV with the mean bias and RMS of−0.9 and 3.53 mm,respectively.Finally,an investigation on the spatiotemporal characteristics of GNSS PWV during heavy rainfalls in Guilin is performed.It is shown that variations of PWV retrieved from GNSS have a direct relationship with the in situ rainfall measurements,and the PWV increases sharply before the arrival of a heavy rainfall and decreases to a stable state after the cease of the rainfall.It also reveals the moisture variation in several regions of Guilin during a heavy rainfall,which is significant for the moni-toring of rainfalls and weather forecast.Liangke Huang Zhixiang Mo Shaofeng Xie Lilong Liu Chuanli Kang Shitai Wang 2021Satellite Navigation2021,2,1:6

3Cloning of two plastid division ftsZ genes from Nicotiana tabacum and their expression in E. coli显示文摘Two cDNAs of plastid division gene NtFtsZ1-1 and NtFtsZ1-2 are isolated from Nicotiana tabacum by RT-PCR and rapid amplification cDNA ends (RACE) method. Analysis of the deduced amino acid sequences encoded by NtFtsZ1-1 and NtFtsZ1-2 indicate that these two proteins possess the typical conservative motifs and GTP binding sites existing in all FtsZ proteins. The existence of putative plastid transit peptide in their N-terminal suggests that there are at least two transit-peptide containing FtsZ proteins in higher plants. Phylogenetic analysis based on amino acid sequences of FtsZ proteins also supports this interference. These two NtFtsZ genes demonstrate a similar expression pattern during the plant development, detected by Northern blot. Expression of NtFtsZ1-1 and NtFtsZ1-2 in E.coli interrupts the normal division process of host cells. 4On the development mechanism of the lacustrine high-grade hydrocarbon source rocks of Chang 91 member in Ordos Basin显示文摘As revealed from recent drilling and organic geochemical testing and research, a series of lacustrine high-grade hydrocarbon source rocks was discovered in the upper section of the Chang 9 oil reservoir member of upper Triassic in Ordos Basin. The hydrocarbon source rocks show average TOC content as high as 5.03%, average bitumen 'A' content as high as 0.8603%, and good quality organic precursors, which are of the sapropelic type mainly derived from lower aquatic plants and have reached the thermal evolution stage featured by oil-producing climax. Generally the lacustrine high-grade hydrocarbon source rocks were developed in local depressions of a lake basin, and the Chang 91 member was particularly formed in a depositional environment characterized by fresh water to weakly saline water, weakly oxidizing to weakly reducing setting and semi-deep lake facies, as was demonstrated by a variety of organic to inorganic geochemical parameters. As a result, high productivity constitutes the principal controlling force for generation of this series of high-grade hydrocarbon source rocks. 5Study on Polyurethane/(vinyl ester resin) IPN Damping Materials显示文摘Polyurethane/(vinyl ester resin) interpenetrating polymer network (PU/VER IPN) materials with broad temperatureranges and excellent damping properties from Iow temperature to room temperature were prepared. The influenceof comonomers and component ratios on the compatibility and damping properties of IPN materials was studied byDMA which indicates that such properties are improved by introducing acrylic esters instead of polystyrene (PSt)into VER comonomer system. The detected results of microstructure by AFM show that the phase ranges of thedual-phase continuous IPN materials obtained are both in nanometer scale. 6CLM3-simulated soil moisture in East Asia and its possible response to global warming during 1979 through 2003显示文摘Hydrological processes related to soil moisture play an important role in determining regional and global climate. In this study, using a state-of-art Community Land Model (CLM) developed by the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), we simulated soil moisture in East Asia and its possible response to global warming through a long off-line experiment under 0.5° (longitude) × 0.5° (latitude) resolution and real atmospheric forcing of the National Center for Environmental Protection/ Department of Energy (NCEP/DOE) reanalysis during 1979 through 2003. The 25-year simulation is examined and compared with limited observations. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) Soil moisture takes time in response to the atmospheric forcing. The equilibration time depends on the depth of the soil and is as much as 20 years in deep layers (>1.5 m); (2) In comparison with observations, the CLM reasonably reproduces the seasonal and inter-annual variability, spatial structure, and vertical pattern of soil moisture in East Asia; (3) The soil tends to be drier in the past 25 years in northeastern Asia-including northern China north of 30°N-while wetter in the southern China and the Tibetan Plateau, especially in summer. 7Single machine stochastic JIT scheduling problem subject to machine breakdowns显示文摘In this paper we research the single machine stochastic JIT scheduling problem subject to the machine breakdowns for preemptive-resume and preemptive-repeat.The objective function of the problem is the sum of squared deviations of the job-expected completion times from the due date.For preemptive-resume,we show that the optimal sequence of the SSDE problem is V-shaped with respect to expected processing times.And a dynamic programming algorithm with the pseudopolynomial time complexity is given.We discuss the difference between the SSDE problem and the ESSD problem and show that the optimal solution of the SSDE problem is a good approximate optimal solution of the ESSD problem,and the optimal solution of the SSDE problem is an optimal solution of the ESSD problem under some conditions.For preemptive-repeat,the stochastic JIT scheduling problem has not been solved since the variances of the completion times cannot be computed.We replace the ESSD problem by the SSDE problem.We show that the optimal sequence of the SSDE problem is V-shaped with respect to the expected occupying times.And a dynamic programming algorithm with the pseudopolynomial time complexity is given.A new thought is advanced for the research of the preemptive-repeat stochastic JIT scheduling problem.TANG HengYong ZHAO ChuanLi CHENG CongDian 2008Science China Mathematics2008,51,2:2
8Scheduling jobs on a machine subject to stochastic breakdowns to minimize absolute early-tardy penalties显示文摘This article addresses the problem of scheduling n jobs with a common due date on a machine subject to stochastic breakdowns to minimize absolute early-tardy penalties.We investigate the problem under the conditions that the uptimes follow an exponential distribution,and the objective measure in detail is to minimize the expected sum of the absolute deviations of completion times from the common due date.We proceed to study in two versions (the downtime follows an exponential distribution or is a constant entailed for the repeat model job),one of which is the so-called preempt- resume version,the other of which is the preempt-repeat version.Three terms of work have been done.(i)Formulations and Preliminaries.A few of necessary definitions,relations and basic facts are established.In particular,the conclusion that the expectation of the absolute deviation of the completion time about a job with deterministic processing time t from a due date is a semi-V-shape function in t has been proved.(ii) Properties of Optimal Solutions.A few characteristics of optimal solutions are established.Most importantly,the conclusion that optimal solutions possess semi-V- shape property has been proved.(iii) Algorithm.Some computing problems on searching for optimal solutions are discussed.CHENG CongDian TANG HengYong ZHAO ChuanLi 2008Science China Mathematics2008,51,5:2
9A germline variant N375S in MET and gastric cancer susceptibility in a Chinese population显示文摘MET tyrosine kinase and its ligand,hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),play a pivotal role in the activties of tumor cells.A germline missense variant in exon 2 of the MET gene,N375S(rs33917957 A>G),may alter the binding affinity of MET for HGF and thus modify the risk of tumorigenesis.In this study,we performed a case-control study to assess the association between N375S and gastric cancer risk in 1,681 gastric cancer cases and 1,858 cancer-free controls.Logistic regression analysis was applied to estimate crude and adjusted odds ratios(ORs) and 95% confidence intervals(CIs) for the associations between genotypes and gastric cancer risk.We found that MET N375S variant genotypes(NS/SS) were associated with a significantly decreased risk of gastric cancer(OR = 0.78,95% CI = 0.63-0.96,P = 0.021) compared with the wildtype homozygote(NN).The finding indicates that this germline variant in MET may decrease gastric cancer susceptibility in Han Chinese.Yao Liu Qin Zhang Chuanli Ren Yanbing Drag Guangfu Jin Zhibin Hu Yaochu Xu Hongbing Shen 2012The Journal of Biomedical Research2012,26,5:2

12Effect of interleukin-2 on neurogliocyte and neuron apoptosis in rat models of acute spinal cord injury显示文摘BACKGROUND:Interleukin-2 (IL-2) may influence the growth and survival of nerve cells following spi-nal cord injury and resuscitate the proliferation and maturation of oligodendrocytes. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of IL-2 on neuronal apoptosis of neurogliocytes at different times fol-lowing acute spinal cord injury in rats. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING: A randomized grouping trial based on cellular morphology was per-formed at the Institute of Traumatic Orthopedics of Shandong Province between October 2004 and January 2006. MATERIALS: A total of 72 adult,male,Sprague Dawley rats were included in this study and were divided into a control group and an IL-2 group. The Bcl-2 monoclonal antibody and TUNEL kit were purchased from Wunan Boster Biological Technology Corporation. METHODS: Spinal cord injury was induced in all the rats by dropping a weight from a height of 25 cm onto the exposed spinal cord at vertebral levels T7-11,thus producing a mild lesion. Immediately following the modeling,the rats were injected with daily IL-2 (10 μL) intramuscularly (the IL-2 group). Other rats re-ceived an injection of physiological saline 0.5 mL/d (the control group). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Bcl-2 immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the Bcl-protein and positive cell expression. The TUNEL method was used to count the number of apoptotic cells. RESULTS: The expression level of Bcl-2 proteins increased significantly in spinal cord tissues during the first day after acute spinal cord injury,reaching a peak on days 3 and days 8 in the control and IL-2 groups,respectively. They were more prevalent in neurogliocytes than in neurocytes,and then began to decrease on day 14. From then until day 21,less expression was detected (P < 0.05). In the control group,many apoptotic cells existed after 24 hours,and most of them were gliocytes; apoptotic cells reached a peak after 3-8 days. They then decreased gradually until day 21,when a small number of cells were still available. In the IL-2 group,the number of positive cells was significantly lower than in the control group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of Bcl-2 and the number of apoptotic cells in neurogliocytes undergo simi-lar changes with time after acute spinal cord injury. 17Bird nest-like zinc oxide nanostructures for sensitive electrochemical glucose biosensor显示文摘In this research,a novel bird nest-like zinc oxide(BN-ZnO)nanostructures were prepared by a simple solvothermal method.A sensitive electrochemical glucose biosensor was for the first time developed based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase(GOx)on nanostructured BN-ZnO modified electrode.The BN-ZnO nanostructure and the resultant biosensor were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.BN-ZnO nanostructures have large specific surface area and can load large amounts of GOx molecules.Meanwhile,BN-ZnO provides an excellent microenvironment to retain the native bioactivity of enzymes and to promote direct electron transfer between GOx and electrode surface.The proposed biosensor shows a wide linear range of 0.005–1.6 mmol/L,high sensitivity of15.6 mA L mol^(-1)cm^(-2)with a low detection limit of 0.004 mmol/L.The resulting biosensor also shows excellent selectivity,acceptable stability and reproducibility,and can be successfully applied in the detection of glucose in human serum samples at-0.37 V.Feng Shi Jinming Xu Zhongfang Hu Chuanli Ren Yadong Xue Yongcai Zhang Juan Li Chengyin Wang Zhanjun Yang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:1
