1Current developments in pharmacological therapeutics for chronic constipation显示文摘Chronic constipation is a common gastrointestinal disease severely affecting the patient's quality of life. The traditional treatment of constipation is the use of laxatives. Recently, several new drugs including lubiprostone, linaclotide and prucalopride have been approved for treatment of chronic constipation. However, a significant unmet medical need still remains, particularly among those patients achieving poor results by current therapies. The 5-HT4 receptor modulators velusetrag and naronapride,the guanylate cyclase C agonist plecanatide and the ileal bile acid transporter inhibitor elobixibat are recognized as the most promising drugs under investigation. 2Tuneable red,green,and blue single-mode lasing in heterogeneously coupled organic spherical microcavities显示文摘Tuneable microlasers that span the full visible spectrum,particularly red,green,and blue(RGB)colors,are of crucial importance for various optical devices.However,RGB microlasers usually operate in multimode because the mode selection strategy cannot be applied to the entire visible spectrum simultaneously,which has severely restricted their applications in on-chip optical processing and communication.Here,an approach for the generation of tuneable multicolor single-mode lasers in heterogeneously coupled microresonators composed of distinct spherical microcavities is proposed.With each microcavity serving as both a whispering-gallery-mode(WGM)resonator and a modulator for the other microcavities,a single-mode laser has been achieved.The colors of the single-mode lasers can be freely designed by changing the optical gain in coupled cavities owing to the flexibility of the organic materials.Benefiting from the excellent compatibility,distinct color-emissive microspheres can be integrated to form a heterogeneously coupled system,where tuneable RGB single-mode lasing is realized owing to the capability for optical coupling between multiple resonators.Our findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the lasing modulation that might lead to innovation in structure designs for photonic integration.Yuxiang Du Chang-Ling Zou Chunhuan Zhang Kang Wang Chan Qiao Jiannian Yao Yong Sheng Zhao 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:4

6An Optically Reconfigurable Förster Resonance Energy Transfer Process for Broadband Switchable Organic Single-Mode Microlasers显示文摘Miniaturized lasers with multicolor output and high spectral purity are indispensable for various ultracompact photonic devices.Here,we propose an optically reconfigurable Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)process to realize broadband switchable single-mode lasing based on in situ activation of acceptors.The stoichiometric ratio of the donor and acceptor in the ready-made microstructures could be modulated readily by precisely activating the acceptors through a photoisomerization process,leading to a reconstructed FRET process to achieve dynamically switchable lasing.Furthermore,dual-color switchable single-mode lasing was realized by selectively constructing the FRET process in an identical coupled microdisks system.These results advance a comprehensive understanding of excited-state dynamics in organic composite material systems,thereby providing new ideas for the rational design of miniaturized photonic materials and devices with desired performances.Chan Qiao Chunhuan Zhang Zhonghao Zhou Jiannian Yao Yong Sheng Zhao 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,1:1

11SERS monitoring of photoinduced-enhanced oxidative stress amplifier on Au@carbon dots for tumor catalytic therapy显示文摘Currently,artificial enzymes-based photodynamic therapy(PDT)is attractive due to its efficient capacity to change the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME).It is of great significance to study the therapeutic mechanism of novel artificial enzymes in TME through a monitoring strategy and improve the therapeutic effect.In this study,Au@carbon dots(Au@CDs)nanohybrids with a core-shell structure are synthesized,which not only exhibit tunable enzyme-mimicking activity under near-infrared(NIR)light,but also excellent surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)properties.Therefore,Au@CDs show a good capability for monitoring NIR-photoinduced peroxidase-like catalytic processes via a SERS strategy in tumor.Moreover,the Au@CDs deplete glutathione with the cascade catalyzed reactions,thus elevating intratumor oxidative stress amplifying the reactive oxygen species damage based on the NIR-photoinduced enhanced peroxidase and glutathione oxidase-like activities,showing excellent and fast PDT therapeutic effect promoted by photothermal property in 3 min,finally leading to apoptosis in cancer cells.Through SERS monitoring,it is further found that after removing the NIR light source for 33 min,the reactive oxygen species(ROS)activity of the TME is counteracted and eliminated due to the presence of glutathione.This work presents a guidance to rationally design of artificial enzyme for ROS-involved therapeutic strategies and a new spectroscopic tool to evaluate the tumor catalytic therapy.Linjia Li Jin Yang Jiahui Wei Chunhuan Jiang Zhuo Liu Bai Yang Bing Zhao Wei Song 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,10:0

15Improving electrochemical activity of PtRu/SnO_2/C catalyst by reduction treatment and alkaline etching显示文摘PtRu/SnO_2/C catalyst was prepared in a polyol process, followed by reduction treatment and alkaline etching. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope with energy dispersive spectrometer and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the morphology, structure and composition of the catalysts. CO and methanol electro-oxidation activities of the catalysts were evaluated by CO stripping voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry measurements. Reduction treatment of the prepared PtRuSnO_2/C catalyst in a polyol process induced the enrichment of Sn on the surface, inhibiting methanol dissolution and CO adsorption on Pt.
