| 2 | Selective hydrogenolysis of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural to 2,5-dimethylfuran over Co_3O_4 catalyst by controlled reduction显示文摘2,5-dimethyfuran(DMF), which is produced from 5-hydroxymethyfurfural(HMF) by hydrodeoxygenation(HDO), is a high quality fuel due to the high heating value, the high octane number and the suitable boiling point. Selective hydrogenation of HMF into liquid fuel DMF has been widely researched. In this paper, Co_3O_4 catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation and was reduced at different temperatures to form Co–CoO_x catalysts. The characterization of catalysts was tested by XRD, TEM, XPS, TPR, BET and NH3-TPD.Co–CoO_x possessed a high amount of Co metal and CoO_x acidic sites, wherein Co worked as the active hydrogenation sites and CoO_x acted as the acid promoter to facilitate the selective HDO of HMF to DMF.The synergistic effect of Co–CoO_x is the key for HDO of HMF, obtaining 83.3% of DMF yield at 170 °C, 12 h and the reduction temperature of 400 °C. | 3 | Acrolein Aggravates Secondary Brain Injury After Intracerebral Hemorrhage Through Drp1-Mediated Mitochondrial Oxidative Damage in Mice显示文摘Clinical advances in the treatment of intracranial hemorrhage(ICH)are restricted by the incomplete understanding of the molecular mechanisms contributing to secondary brain injury.Acrolein is a highly active unsaturated aldehyde which has been implicated in many nervous system diseases.Our results indicated a significant increase in the level of acrolein after ICH in mouse brain.In primary neurons,acrolein induced an increase in mitochondrial fragmentation,loss of mitochondrial membrane potential,generation of reactive oxidative species,and release of mitochondrial cytochrome c.Mechanistically,acrolein facilitated the translocation of dynaminrelated protein 1(Drpl)from the cytoplasm onto the mitochondrial membrane and led to excessive mitochondrial fission.Further studies found that treatment with hydralazine(an acrolein scavenger)significantly reversed Drpl translocation and the morphological damage of mitochondria after ICH.In parallel,the neural apoptosis,brain edema,and neurological functional deficits induced by ICH were also remarkably alleviated.In conclusion,our results identify acrolein as an important contributor to the secondary brain injury following ICH.Meanwhile,we uncovered a novel mechanism by which Drpl-mediated mitochondrial oxidative damage is involved in acroleininduced brain injury. | Xun Wu Wenxing Cui Wei Guo Haixiao Liu Jianing Luo Lei Zhao Hao Guo Longlong Zheng Hao Bai Dayun Feng Yan Qu | 2020 | Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,10: | 3 |
| 4 | In situ synthesis of biomass-derived Ni/C catalyst by self-reduction for the hydrogenation of levulinic acid to γ-valerolactone显示文摘Herein,we reported in situ synthesis of biomass-derived Ni/C catalyst by self-reduction with pomelo peel.Compared with the conventional method, which includes carbonization, activation, impregnation and reduction, the entire preparation process was simplified to two steps, which was more straightforward. This synthesis method was green as Ni/C can be prepared without any additional chemical and the self-reduction process was realized in N2, which can avoid using H2 thus averting some problems such as storage, transportation and safety of H2. | 5 | Analysis for magnetic field disturbance of hybrid DC circuit breaker during breaking显示文摘The high current of hybrid DC circuit breaker(HCB)in the process of breaking generates strong transient magnetic field(MF),which may interfere with the normal operation of driver control units(DCUs).Therefore,the analysis for transient MF disturbance is of great significance.Due to the large space scale of HCB,with the large number of power electronic devices,the numerical calculation method has the disadvantages of large consumption of resources and slow calculation speed in solving the transient MF inside the HCB.In this study,the current generation mechanism of a 500 kV HCB is analysed,and the equivalent current path is obtained by considering the skin effect.Combined with the temporal and spatial distribution of transient current,the multi-process transient equivalent model of transient MF calculation is established,and the model has the advantages of high precision and high speed.Then,the breaking experiment of HCB is carried out,and the transient MF near the DCU is measured.The experiment results verify the validity of the model.Furthermore,the disturbance of transient MF at the DCU of the transfer branch during breaking 25 kA current is analysed. | Sihang Wu Hong Shen Lei Qi Bei Zhang Xiang Cui Xiangyu Zhang Xiaoguang Wei Longlong Chen | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,3: | 1 |
