| 1 | Ultrasound-Guided Transmuscular Quadratus Lumbar Block Reduces Opioid Consumption after Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy显示文摘Objectives Transmuscular quadratus lumborum block(TQLB)may provide postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing intraperitoneal surgeries.The purpose of this study was to examine the potential efficacy of TQLB among patients undergoing retroperitoneal procedures,such as the laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(LPN).Methods This prospective,randomized,controlled study was conducted from August 2017 to November 2018 at Peking Union Medical College Hospital(Beijing,China).Patients who were scheduled for a LPN,aged 18・70 years old with an ASA physical status score of I-II were randomly assigned to receive either TQLB with 0.6 ml/kg of 0.5%ropivacaine plus general anesthesia(TQLB group)or general anesthesia alone(control group).Patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with morphine was initiated immediately upon surgery completion.The primary outcome was the cumulative consumption of morphine within 8 h after surgery.The secondary outcome included postoperative consump廿ons of morphine at other time points,pain score at rest and during activity,postoperative nausa and vomitting(PONV),and recovery related parameters.Results Totally 30 patients per group were recruited in the study.The 8 h consumption of morphine was lower in theTQLB group than in the control group(median,0.023 mg/kg vs.0.068 mg/kg,U=207.5,P<0.001).No significant differences were observed in postoperative pain scores between the two groups.Patients in the TQLB group had fewer episodes of PONV(20%vs.47%,χ2=4.&P=0.028)in the first 24 h after surgery and higher scores for quality of recovery(mean,13&6 vs.131.9,t=-2.164,P=0.035)120 h after surgery than the controls.Conclusions TQLB resulted in an opioid-sparing effect during the early postoperative period following LPN,as well as a lower incidence of PONV and improved quality of recovery. | Xulei Cui Xu Li Minna Li Yuelun Zhang Yi Xie Weigang Yan Yushi Zhang Zhigang Ji Yuguang Huang | 2020 | Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,4: | 10 |
| 2 | Chemical Characteristics and Environmental Records of a Snow-Pit at the Glacier No.12 in the Laohugou Valley, Qilian Mountains显示文摘In June 2006, samples were collected from a 90 cm snow-pit at an elevation of 5 040 m a.s.l. in the northern branch firn basin of the Glacier No. 12, Laohugou Valley, in the western part of Qilian Mountain, China. Oxygen isotopes(δ18O) and major soluble ions were measured. Results showed that Ca2+ is the dominant cation, and SO42- is the dominant anion. All major ions have close positive correlations with eachother except NO3- and NH4+. δ18O show positive correlation with air temperature. The method of correlation analysis, sea-salt ion tracer and trend analysis were used to determine the source of the chemical components. | 4 | Hydrological Characteristics of the Rongbuk Glacier Catchment in Mt.Qomolangma Region in the Central Himalayas,China显示文摘From 8 April to 11 October in 2005,hydrological observation of the Rongbuk Glacier catchment was carried out in the Mt.Qomolangma (Everest) region in the central Himalayas,China.The results demonstrated that due to its large area with glacier lakes at the tongue of the Rongbuk Glacier,a large amount of stream flow was found at night,which indicates the strong storage characteristic of the Rongbuk Glacier catchment.There was a time lag ranging from 8 to 14 hours between daily discharge peaks and maximum melting (maximum temperature).As melting went on the time lag got shorter.A high correlation was found between the hydrological process and daily temperature during the ablation period.The runoff from April to October was about 80% of the total in the observation period.Compared with the discharge data in 1959,the runoff in 2005 was much more,and the runoff in June,July and August increased by 69%,35% and 14%,respectively.The rising of temperature is a major factor causing the increase in runoff.The discharges from precipitation and snow and ice melting are separated.The discharge induced by precipitation accounts for about 20% of the total runoff,while snow and ice melting for about 80%. | LIU Weigang REN Jiawen QIN Xiang LIU Jingshi LIU Qiang CUI Xiaoqing WANG Yetang | 2010 | Journal of Mountain Science2010,7,2: | 2 |
| 5 | Mechanical,corrosion and magnetic behavior of a CoFeMn_(1.2)NiGa_(0.8) high entropy alloy显示文摘In this study,a magnetic high entropy alloy(HEA)of CoFeMn_(1.2)NiGa_(0.8)was designed and prepared by arc melting in order to investigate its mechanical,corrosion and magnetic behavior.The results show that the alloy mainly possesses body-centered cubic(BCC)phase and face-centered cubic(FCC)phase.A high compressive strength of 1450 MPa,a strain of 18.5%and a relatively low yield strength of 303MPa in as-cast condition at room temperature can be achieved in the present alloy.In-situ high-energy X-ray diffraction technique was employed to reveal the deformation mechanism of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)under uniaxial compression and the results show that the competition between BCC phase and FCC phase plays a significant role during the compressive process.The corrosion behavior of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)was investigated in 3.5 wt%Na Cl solution and it turned out that the alloy possessed good corrosion resistance.At last,the magnetic behavior of the Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)alloy was studied and it can present a high saturation magnetization of 94.5 emu/g and a coercivity of 26.4 Oe at 4 K.This work indicates that the present Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)HEA has promising applications as future magnetic functional materials. | Xiaoming Sun Lingzhong Du Hao Lan Jingyi Cui Liang Wang Runguang Li Zhiang Liu Junpeng Liu Weigang Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14: | 2 |
