| 1 | Efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 therapeutic antibody RC48 in patients with HER2-overexpressing,locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a single-arm phase II study显示文摘Background:Current treatment options for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-overexpressing gastric cancer at third-line have shown limited clinical benefit.Further,there is no specific treatment for HER2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)2+and fluorescence in-situ hybridization-negative patients.Here,we report the efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 antibody RC48 for patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-overexpressing(IHC 2+or 3+),locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who were under at least second-line therapy were eligible and received RC482.5 mg/kg alone every 2 weeks.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR)assessed by an independent review committee.Secondary endpoints included progressionfree survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),duration of response,time to progression,disease control rate,and safety.Results:Of 179 patients screened,125 were eligible and received RC48 treatment.The ORR was 24.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:17.5%-33.3%).The median PFS and OS were 4.1 months(95%CI:3.7-4.9 months)and 7.9 months(95%CI:6.7-9.9 months),respectively.The most frequently reported adverse events were decreased white blood cell count(53.6%),asthenia(53.6%),hair loss(53.6%),decreased neutrophil count(52.0%),anemia(49.6%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(43.2%).Serious adverse events(SAEs)occurred in 45(36.0%)patients,and RC48-related SAEs were mainly decreased neutrophil count(3.2%).Seven patients had adverse events that led to death were not RC48-related.Conclusions:RC48 showed promising activity with manageable safety,suggesting potential application in patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who have previously received at least two lines of chemotherapy. | Zhi Peng Tianshu Liu Jia Wei Airong Wang Yifu He Liuzhong Yang Xizhi Zhang Nanfeng Fan Suxia Luo Zhen Li Kangsheng Gu Jianwei Lu Jianming Xu Qingxia Fan Ruihua Xu Liangming Zhang Enxiao Li Yuping Sun Guohua Yu Chunmei Bai Yong Liu Jiangzheng Zeng Jieer Ying Xinjun Liang Nong Xu Chao Gao Yongqian Shu Dong Ma Guanghai Dai Shengmian Li Ting Deng Yuehong Cui Jianmin Fang Yi Ba Lin Shen | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,11: | 29 |
| 2 | Association of biochar properties with changes in soil bacterial,fungal and fauna communities and nutrient cycling processes显示文摘Soil microorganisms play crucial roles in soil nutrient cycling,carbon sequestration,fertility maintenance and crop health and production.To date,the responses of microorganisms,such as microbial activity,diversity,community structure and nutrient cycling processes,to biochar addition have been widely reported.However,the relationships between soil microbial groups(bacteria,fungi and microscopic fauna)and biochar physicochemical properties have not been summarized.In this review,we conclude that biochar affects soil microbial growth,diversity and community compositions by directly provid-ing growth promoters for soil biota or indirectly changing soil basic properties.The porous structure,labile C,high pH and electrochemical properties of biochar play an important role in determining soil microbial abundance and communities,and their mediated N and P cycling processes,while the effects and underlying mechanisms vary with biochar types that are affected by pyrolysis temperature and feedstock type.Finally,we highlight some issues related to research methodology and subjects that are still poorly understood or controversial,and the perspectives for further research in microbial responses to biochar addition. | Zhongmin Dai Xinquan Xiong Hang Zhu Haojie Xu Peng Leng Jihui Li CTang Jianming Xu | 2021 | Biochar2021,3,3: | 12 |

| 4 | Magnetic and microwave absorption properties of Ni_(1-x)Zn_xFe_2O_4 nanocrystalline synthesized by sol-gel method显示文摘Ni1-xZnxFe2O4(0≤x≤1,in steps of 0.1) nanocrystallines were synthesized by sol-gel route.The doping effects of zinc on structural,magnetic and microwave absorption properties were investigated in detail.X-ray diffraction(XRD) results show that all the samples are single-phase spinel structure.The magnetic and microwave absorption properties are strongly dependent on the zinc content,which can be understood in terms of the cations redistribution in spinel tetrahedral and octahedral sites with the increase of zinc content.The magnetic measurement shows the antiferromagnetic nature of the samples for x=0.9 and x=1.0.The saturation magnetization reaches the maximum of 3.35μB/f.u.at x=0.5.The optimal reflection loss(RL) of-29.6 dB is found at 6.5 GHz for an absorber thickness of 5 mm.The RL values exceeding 10 dB are obtained for the absorber in the range of 3.9-8.9 GHz.These Ni1-xZnxFe2O4 nanocrystallines may be attractive candidates for electromagnetic wave absorption materials. | ZHANG Min LIU QiangChun ZI ZhenFa DAI YuQiang ZHU XueBin SUN YuPing DAI JianMing | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,1: | 4 |
| 5 | Overwhelming low ammonia escape and low temperature denitration efficiency via MnOx-decorated two-dimensional MgAl layered double oxides显示文摘Low temperature catalysts are attracting increasing attention in the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO with NH3.Mn Ox-decorated Mg Al layered double oxide(Mn/Mg Al-LDO)was synthesized via a facile fast pour assisted co-precipitation(FP-CP)process.Compared to the Mn/Mg Al-LDO obtained via slow drop assisted coprecipitation(SD-CP)method,the Mn/Mg Al-LDO(FP-CP)has excellent activity.The Mn/Mg Al-LDO(FP-CP)catalyst was shown to possess a high NO conversion rate of 76%-100%from 25 to 150℃,which is much better than the control Mn/Mg Al-LDO(SD-CP)(29.4%-75.8%).In addition,the Mn/Mg Al-LDO(FP-CP)offered an enhanced NO conversion rate of 97%and a N2selectivity of 97.3%at 100℃;the NO conversion rate was 100%and the N2selectivity was 90%at 150℃with a GHSV of 60,000 h^-1.The Mn/Mg Al-LDO(FP-CP)catalyst exhibited a smaller fragment nano-sheet structure(sheet thickness of 7.23 nm).An apparent lattice disorder was observed in the HRTEM image confirming the presence of many defects.The H2-TPR curves show that the Mn/Mg Al-LDO(FP-CP)catalyst has abundant reducing substances.Furthermore,the enhanced surface acidity makes the NH3concentration of the Mn/Mg Al-LDO(FP-CP)catalyst lower than 100 ml·m^-3after the reaction from 25 to 400℃.This can effectively reduce the ammonia escape rate in the SCR reaction.Thus,the Mn/Mg Al-LDO(FP-CP)catalyst has potential applications in stationary industrial installations for environmentally friendly ultra-low temperature SCR. | Junqi Tian Yanqin Li Xia Zhou Yongbin Yao DenghaoWang Jianming Dan Bin Dai Qiang Wang Feng Yu | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,7: | 4 |
| 6 | Enhanced selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3 via porous micro-spherical aggregates of Mn–Ce–Fe–Ti mixed oxide nanoparticles显示文摘We rationally designed a high performance denitration(De-NOx) catalyst based on a micrometer-sized spherical Mn–Ce–Fe–Ti(CP-SD)catalyst for selective catalytic reduction(SCR). This was prepared by a co-precipitation and spray drying(CP-SD) method. The catalyst was systematically characterized, and its morphological structure and surface properties were identified. Compare with conventional Mn–Ce–Fe–Ti(CP) catalysts, the Mn–Ce–Fe–Ti(CP-SD) catalyst had superior surface-adsorbed oxygen leading to enhanced 'fast NH3-SCR' reaction. The asobtained Mn–Ce–Fe–Ti(CP-SD) catalyst offered excellent NO conversion and N2 selectivity of 100.0% and 84.8% at 250℃, respectively, with a gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) of 40,000 h-1. The porous micro-spherical structure provides a larger surface area and more active sites to adsorb and activate the reaction gases. In addition, the uniform distribution and strong interaction of manganese, iron, cerium, and titanium oxide species improved H2O and SO2 resistance. | 8 | Compatibility Evaluation between Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue and Bitumen显示文摘The compatibility between direct coal liquefaction residue(DCLR) and five kinds of pure bitumen(Shell-90,SK-90, ZSY-70, DM-70 and KLMY-50) was evaluated in this study. The rheological characteristics, glass transition temperatures(T_g), solubility parameters(SP) and SARA(saturates, aromatics, resins, and asphaltenes) fractions of DCLR,five kinds of pure bitumen and their blends(named as DCLR modified bitumen) were measured using the dynamic shear rheometer(DSR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), viscosity, and SARA tests, respectively. And the compatibility between DCLR and pure bitumen was characterized with three approaches, viz. the Cole-Cole plot,T_g, and the solubility parameter difference(SPD) method. Since each method has its own working mechanism, the compatibility ranking for the DCLR and five kinds of pure bitumen is slightly different according to the three approaches. However, the difference is pretty close and sometimes can be ignored. The general compatibility ranking decreases in the following order: Shell-90≈SK-90>DM-70≈ZSY-70>KLMY-50, which is affected by the asphaltenes content and the colloid index(I_c) value in the pure bitumen. | 9 | Application of Computer in the Design of Process Thermal Cycle of Steel显示文摘The heat transfer theory is used to set up the mathematical model to calculate the process thermal cycle of steel ingot, steel slab and steel piece. The finite difference method is used to set up difference equation to calculate the heat transfer process. Using initial condition and boundary condition during thermal cycle, the iteration method is used to calculate the difference equation The varying law of temperature distribution with furnace temperature and heating time are obtained in the heating process of steel ingot, steel slab and in the annealing process of steel piece. The heating process of GCr15 steel ingot, M2 steel slab in re-heating furnace and the annealing process of H13 steel piece in the roller bottom furnace are designed. The new process is already used in production. Comparing with old process, practice has proved that the new process is scientific and reasonable, and meets the requirements of production. The new process can save energy and raise the productivity.
