The crystal system is mono-clinic, space group is P21/c, Z = 4, a = 1.3741(1) nm, b = 2.6737(1) nm, c = 1.6690(1) nm, β=101.278(1)°. The steric congestion between the neighbouring butoxyl groups causes the distortion of the ring core of phthalocyanine (Pc) into a saddle shape conformation. | 3 | Vorolanib,an oral VEGFR/PDGFR dual tyrosine kinase inhibitor for treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors:An open-label,phaseⅠdose escalation and dose expansion trial显示文摘Objective:This study evaluated the safety and preliminary efficacy of vorolanib,a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor,for treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors.Methods:During dose escalation,patients received increasing doses of oral vorolanib(50-250 mg once daily)in cycles of four weeks for up to one year.During dose expansion,patients received recommended doses(100 and 200 mg)in 4-week cycles.The primary endpoint was to determine the safety and maximum tolerated dose and/or the recommended phase II dose(RP2 D).The severity and type of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)were assessed using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events version 4.0.The second endpoint was preliminary efficacy in terms of objective response and progression-free survival(PFS).Results:No dose-limiting toxicity occurred during dose escalation(50-250 mg).Five(26.3%)patients in the escalation cohort(n=19)and 12(48.0%)in the expansion cohort(n=25)experienced grade 3 ADRs.The most common ADRs were hair color changes,fatigue,portal hypertension,hypertriglyceridemia,and proteinuria.During dose expansion,the patients treated with 200 mg and 100 mg(once daily)showed an objective response rate of 22.2%and 5.9%,respectively;the disease control rate was 88.9%and 73.3%,respectively;the median PFS was9.9[95%confidence interval(95%CI):7.4-not reached]months and 3.8(95%CI:1.9-not reached)months,respectively.Conclusions:Oral vorolanib at a dose of 200 mg(once daily)exhibited an acceptable safety profile and favorable clinical benefit for patients with advanced solid tumors.The RP2 D for vorolanib was determined to be 200 mg as a daily regimen. | Yan Song Jinwan Wang Xiubao Ren Jie Jin Li Mao Chris Liang Lieming Ding Lin Yang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021，33，1： | 2 |

| 14 | Advanced duodenal carcinoma:Chemotherapy efficacy and analysis of prognostic factors显示文摘Objective This study aimed to determine the efficacy of chemotherapy and to identify potential chemotherapy agents to treat advanced primary duodenal carcinoma(PDC). Methods Seventy-three patients with advanced PDC were included in the study. Response rate(RR), disease control rate(DCR), progression-free survival(PFS), overall survival(OS) and prognosis were compared among patients using the Cox proportional hazards model. Results The overall RR and DCR of 52 patients were 21.15% and 69.23%, respectively. The median PFS and OS times were 4.51 and 11.47 months, respectively. Palliative chemotherapy improved the OS of patients with advanced PDC compared with patients who did not receive chemotherapy(14.28 months vs. 5.20 months, HR = 0.205, 95% CI: 0.077 to 0.547, P = 0.0016). Multivariate analysis indicated mucinous histology and liver metastasis as factors predictive of poor prognosis in patients with advanced PDC. Conclusion Palliative chemotherapy may improve the OS of patients with advanced PDC. | 17 | Solid-phase molecular self-assembly facilitated supramolecular films with alternative hydrophobic/hydrophilic domains for skin moisture detection显示文摘Human skin moisture is closely related to health and personal care issues.Many creams were developed to claim capable of skin moisturizing.However,people can hardly check their skin moisture status and the moisturizing effect of various creams conveniently,since currently all the skin moisturizing detection rely on large equipment requiring power supply.Herein,we report a power-supply independent supramolecular film that is able to directly report the moisturizing status of the skin.With the strategy of solid-phase molecular self-assembly(SPMSA),the aqueous precipitates formed by commercially available polyelectrolyte and oppositely charged surfactant would transform into a supramolecular film under a mild mechanical pressure,where the hydrophobic surfactant domains bridged by polyelectrolyte merge into hydrophobic mesophases to reduce interfacial energy.The hydrophobic mesophase will greatly retard water diffusion inside the film,so that a humidity gradient is generated as the film is exposed to a humid environment.The film will bend upward automatically in touch with moisture skin,and the bending degree is proportional to the skin moisture status.Therefore,the film can be used as portable smart power-free skin moisture sensor. | Jinwan Qi Tongyue Wu Wenkai Wang Hongjun Jin Shuitao Gao Shasha Jiang Jianbin Huang Yun Yan | 2022 | Aggregate2022，3，2： | 0 |
