1Responses of plant community to the linkages in plant-soil C:N:P stoichiometry during secondary succession of abandoned farmlands,China显示文摘Succession is one of the central themes of ecology;however,the relationship between aboveground plant communities and underground soils during secondary succession remains unclear.In this study,we investigated the composition of plant community,plant-soil C:N:P stoichiometry and their relationships during secondary succession after the abandonment of farmlands for 0,10,20,30,40 and 50 a in China,2016.Results showed that the composition of plant communities was most diverse in the farmlands after secondary succession for 20 and 50 a.Soil organic carbon and total nitrogen contents slightly decreased after secondary succession for 30 a,but both were significantly higher than those of control farmland(31.21%-139.10%and 24.24%-121.21%,respectively).Moreover,C:N ratios of soil and microbe greatly contributed to the changes in plant community composition during secondary succession of abandoned farmlands,explaining 35.70%of the total variation.Particularly,soil C:N ratio was significantly and positively related with the Shannon-Wiener index.This study provides the evidence of synchronous evolution between plant community and soil during secondary succession and C:N ratio is an important linkage between them.LIU Weichao FU Shuyue YAN Shengji REN Chengjie WU Shaojun DENG Jian LI Boyong HAN Xinhui YANG Gaihe 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,2:5
2Slag-Resistance of MgAlON Spinel显示文摘The slag-resistance and microstructural changes after the slag tests of MgAlON spinel containing different amount of nitrogenwere studied by means of crucible slag-resistant experiment, SEM and EDS in the work. The results show that the slag-resistance ofMgAlON is dependent on the nitrogen content, and the optimum amount is 2.88%. The strUcture is not changed although the grains havebeen permeated by some silicon, calcium and iron. 3Experimental study on multi-point autoignition characteristics and influence factors of diesel spray in a controllable active thermo-atmosphere显示文摘Auto-ignition characteristics of high-pressure diesel spray in the controllable active thermo-atmos-phere (CATA) were studied with a high-speed camera video system. Multi-point autoignition phe-nomenon of diesel spray in the CATA was observed and the influence factors of the autoignition were analyzed. The stabilization mechanisms of the spray flame in different coflow temperatures were also discussed. The stabilization of the flames was controlled by different factors: autoignition phenomenon in low coflow temperature and flame spread in high coflow temperature. The test results also show that the autoignition delay depends strongly on the coflow temperature and has nonlinear relationship with the temperature. Autoignition delay decreases by almost 10 ms from 16.9 to 7.1 ms when the coflow temperature increases from 996 to 1048 K and only 4 ms from 1048 to 1101 K. The injection parameters in terms of nozzle diameter, injection pressure and pump speed, have some effects on autoignition delay while these effects depend on the coflow temperature. The significant effect lies in low coflow temperature. 8Fabrication of A1/Al_2O_3 Composites and FGM显示文摘Al/Al2O3 composites of different ratios were hot-press sintered at 575~640℃ under a pressure of 30 MPa for 2 h in a vacuum furnace. It was found that the relative density of the Al/Al2O3composites could be increased evidently with the rise of sinter temperature. No reaction occurred between Al and Al2O3 at the sinter temperatures. 9Effect of Al on Al_4SiC_4-Al_4O_4C Composite Synthesized from Kaolinite Grog显示文摘The Al4SiC4-Al4O4C composites were synthesized using 1∶6.5∶2.6 of molar ratio of kaolinite grog powder, carbon black, and aluminum powder as basic formulation, fixing the additions of kaolinite grog powder and carbon black, varying aluminum powder addition to make its proportion from 2.6 to 3.9, 5.5, 7.0, 8.6, and 10.4, respectively, adding phenolic resin as binder and absolute alcohol as dispersant, mixing well, pressing, drying, and firing at 1 700 ℃ for 2 h in a corundum tubular furnace in flowing argon. The effect of Al addition on phase composition and microstructure of Al4SiC4-Al4O4C composites was investigated by DTA-TG, XRD, and SEM. The results show that:(1) in a certain degree, more Al4SiC4 forms with Al powder addition increasing; (2) the formed Al4SiC4 has two morphologies, namely, sheet and block, and their particle sizes are 5-15 μm and 10-20 μm, respectively; (3) the Al powder addition increase has little effect on the grain shape and size of Al4SiC4; (4) the formed Al4O4C mainly distributes on the surface of the Al4SiC4 grains with irregular shape and particle size below 1 μm, and some of them bond together.DENG Chengji YU Chao ZHU Hongxi KUANG Jianlei YUAN Wenjie 2012China's Refractories2012,21,3:1
10Microstructural regulation and properties enhancement of MgO-CaO ceramics by doping Y_(2)O_(3)显示文摘MgO-CaO ceramics with enhanced microhardness and hydration resistance were successfully prepared by doping Y_(2)O_(3) in this work.The effects of introducing Y_(2)O_(3) on the microstructure and properties of MgO-CaO ceramics were investigated.The microstructural regulation effects of Y_(2)O_(3) additive on MgO,CaO,and MgO-CaO ceramics were analyzed comparatively.The results show that Y_(2)O_(3) dissolves into the CaO lattice to form solid solution in CaO ceramics,and no obvious intergranular phase forms.While the Y_(2)O_(3) additive leads to the micro structural reconstruction in MgO and MgO-CaO ceramics.By adding Y_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2) impurity from magnesium source reacts with CaO to form the silicate phases containing Y^(3+)ions in MgO-CaO ceramics.The increase in the MgO/CaO interface and the microstructural reconstruction synergistically improves the microhardness and hydration resistance of MgO-CaO ceramics markedly.Nian Yi Yan Ma Zhoufu Wang Hao Liu Xitang Wang Yunjie Dong Zhongfeng Xia Yuxuan Zhu Chengji Deng 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,11:1
11High-temperature performance study of chromium-containing stuffing sand for ladles显示文摘High-temperature performance tests of chromium-containing stuffing sand for a steel ladle w ith different ratios w ere performed. A high-temperature simulation test furnace w as used to analyze the influence of the composition ratio of ladle filler sand and sintering time on the high-temperature compression resistance of chromium-containing stuffing sand in the temperature range of 1 500- 1 600 ℃. The results show that the refractoriness of ladle filler sand w as the low est( only 1 610 ℃) w hen the composition ratio of chromite sand and silica sand w as 6∶ 4. M oreover,the high-temperature compression resistance w as high w hen the content of chromite sand w as at 70%; the resistance increased w ith increasing sintering time. 15Synthesis of Al_2OC Compound by Carbothermal Reduction Process with Boron Oxide Additive显示文摘The synthesis method of Al2 OC by adding B2O3 was studied to modulate the traditional synthesis process. The mixtures of active carbon,alumina and boron oxide with different carbon contents were heated at 1 700 ℃ for 2 h in flowing argon atmosphere to get the Al2 OC product.The results indicate that the addition of B2O3 promotes the formation of Al2 OC,which is dependent on the addition of B2O3,and the Al2 OC content in the products increases with the increase of carbon. 16Effect of ZrC Modified Graphite on Structure and Properties of Low-carbon Al_(2)O_(3)-C Refractories显示文摘To address the issues of reduced performance and shortened lifespan during the low-carbonizating process of Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories,nano-crystalline ZrC modified graphite was prepared using Zr powder and flake graphite as raw materials,with NaCl and NaF mixed salt serving as the medium.The flake graphite was gradually replaced by ZrC modified graphite in the preparation of Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories,and its impact on the material’s structure and properties was investigated.The results indicate that,compared to samples with only flake graphite,the introduction of 1 mass%to 5 mass%nano-crystalline ZrC modified graphite can significantly enhance the mechanical performance of low-carbon Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories.When 5 mass%ZrC modified graphite is added,the mechanical properties of the samples are optimal,with the cold modulus of rupture and elastic modulus reaching 22.5 MPa and 65.0 GPa,respectively.HU Chen WANG Xing LIU Zhenglong DING Jun YU Chao DENG Chengji 2024China's Refractories2024,33,1:0
17Fractal Analysis of Fracture Surfaces in Refractories显示文摘Fractal analysis of fracture surfaces in different kinds of refractories including magnesia- carbon and magnesia- chrome refractories was investigated. The fractal dimensions of fracture surfaces for three points bending test were determined by slit island method. 18Effect of Al Source and Starting Materials Additions on Synthesis of Al_8B_4C_7显示文摘Hexagon plate-like Al8B4C7 powders were successfully synthesized using a mixture of diboron trioxide,activated carbon and aluminum or alumina by a carbothermal reduction process. The effect of Al source and starting materials additions on synthesis of Al8B4C7was investigated. The phase composition and microstructure of Al8B4C7 powder were characterized by means of XRD,SEM and EDS. The main phase compositions of the products synthesized from Al,B2O3 and activated carbon are Al8B4C7 and Al2OC. Al2O3 can replace Al to synthesize Al8B4C7. 19Effect of Ferric Nitrate Loading Mode on Properties of Si_(3)N_(4) Composite MgO-C Refractories Prepared by Nitridation显示文摘In order to investigate the effect of the catalyst loading mode on the mechanical properties of Si_(3)N_(4) composite MgO-C refractories prepared by nitridation,fused magnesia,flake graphite,silicon powder,and phenolic resin were used as the main raw materials,and ferric nitrate as the catalyst to prepare refractories by nitriding at 1350℃.The effects of different catalyst supports(silicon powder,silicon powder+phenolic resin)on the formation of Si_(3)N_(4) in MgO-C refractories and the properties of refractories were studied.The results show that the silicon powder+resin catalyst support promotes the participation ofα-Si_(3)N_(4) in the reaction to generateβ-Si_(3)N_(4) and MgSiN_(2),and generates more SiC.However,this loading mode causes more gas to escape from the refractories and loosens the material structure,which reduces the mechanical properties.On the contrary,MgO-C refractories prepared by nitridation with silicon powder-supported catalysts under the same conditions show higher density and better mechanical properties.CHEN Yang DENG Chengji DING Jun YU Chao LOU Xiaoming 2023China's Refractories2023,32,3:0
