1Parametrization of woods-saxon potential for heavy-ion systems显示文摘Several elastic scattering angular distributions of ^(12)C from target nuclei of A ≥39 are analyzed to extract the Woods-Saxon potential parameters with the fixed imaginary potential and Coulomb radius parameters.Using the best fitted diffuseness parameters, the correlations of the real part parameters with A_1^(1/3)+ A_2^(1/3) and incident energy are revealed, and the systematic Woods-Saxon potential parameters are presented for nucleus-nucleus interaction. The proposed potential parameters can reproduce not only the elastic scattering angular distributions induced by ^(12)C,but also many elastic scattering angular distributions induced by the projectiles other than ^(12)C,thus providing important inputs for the study of nuclear reactions of heavy-ion systems.Lin Gan ZhiHong Li HuiBin Sun DanYang Pang Bing Guo YunJu Li Jun Su ShengQuan Yan ErTao Li YouBao Wang Gang Lian ZhiYu Han XinYue Li DongHui Li TianLi Ma ChangJin Pei YangPing Shen Yi Su Sheng Zeng Yong Zhou WeiPing Liu 2017Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2017,60,8:2
2What kind of optical model potentials should be used for deuteron stripping reactions?显示文摘This paper presents the results of a study that compares CTOM, a microscopic optical model potential(OMP), which is an optical model co-created by the China Nuclear Data Center & Tuebingen University, to CH89, which is a typical phenomenological OMP.The respective OMPs were tested by applying them to the modelling of nucleon elastic scattering and(d,p) transfer reactions involving14C,36S, and58Ni targets at both low and relatively high energies. The results demonstrated that although both potentials successfully accounted for the angular distributions of both the elastic scattering and transfer cross sections, the absolute values of the transfer cross sections calculated using CTOM were approximately 25% larger than those calculated using CH89. This increased transfer cross sections allowed CTOM to produce single particle strength reduction factors for the three reactions that were consistent with those extracted from(e,e′p) reactions as well as with more recent(p,2p) and(p,pn) reactions. Notch tests suggested that nucleon elastic scattering and transfer reactions are sensitive to different regions of the OMP;accordingly, phenomenological OMPs, which are constrained only by elastic scattering cross sections, may not be sufficient for nucleon transfer reactions. Therefore, we suggest that microscopic OMPs, which reflect more theoretical considerations, should be preferred over phenomenological ones in calculations of direct nuclear reactions.XiaoYan Yun DanYang Pang YiPing Xu Zhi Zhang RuiRui Xu ZhongYu Ma CenXi Yuan 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,2:2
32-22 Elastic Scattering Studies of Light Proton-rich显示文摘The elastic scattering is an important probe to study the properties of a nucleus. An accurate measurement ofthe elastic scattering differential cross section is very important to determine the optical potential parameters andthe so-called one quarter angle (q1=4). Also, the optical potential parameters of stable nuclei and unstable nucleiare found to be different. 8B, the binding energy of the last proton is only 0.137 MeV, is a well-known protonhalonucleus even there are still some arguments. Many investigations have been done for 8B by measuring thetotal reaction cross sections, breakup cross section and inelastic scattering differential cross section. However, theexperimental data of elastic scattering of 8B and other light proton-rich nuclei on heavy target are few. Therefore, aseries of experiments have been carried out for such nuclei at the Radioactive Ion Beam Line in Lanzhou (RIBLL).Wang Jiansong Yang Yanyun Wang Qi Pang Danyang Ma Junbing Huang Meirong Ma Peng Jin Shilun Han Jianlong Bai Zhen Ma Weihu Zhou Yuanjie Chen Jie Jin Lei Chen Jiangbo Hu Qiang R. 4Analysis of total reaction cross sections for deuterons on 1p-shell-nuclei显示文摘This study aims to analyze the differential cross sections(DCSs) of elastic scattering and total reaction cross sections(TRCSs) of the loosely-bound deuteron projectile impinging on 1 p-shell nuclei, such as9 Be,12 C, and16 O, at incident energies ranging between10.6 and 171 MeV using the continuum discretized coupled channel(CDCC) method. By fitting the experimental data for the DCSs and TRCSs, energy-dependent renormalization factors for the real and imaginary parts of the nucleon-nucleus opticalmodel potentials deduced from the studies proposed by Koning and Delaroche(KD02) and by Watson, Singh, and Segel(WSS),are obtained. It is found that with the WSS potential, which was obtained specifically for 1 p-shell nuclei, the CDCC calculations can simultaneously reproduce both the DCSs and the TRCSs. The results show that it is important to choose appropriate optical potentials to describe deuteron-induced reactions.YiDi Chen Yun Zhang JianLing Lou DanYang Pang YanLin Ye Wei Liu Ying Jiang Gen Li 2018Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,11:0
5Enhanced monopole transition strength from the cluster decay of ^(13)C显示文摘The inelastic excitations and cluster decay of ^(13)C have been measured using the reaction,9Be(^(13)C, ^(13)C* →~9Be + α)~9Be. We observe strong excitation to the 14.3-MeV(1/2-) resonant state from the cluster-decay channel, leading to an enhanced monopole matrix element of(6.3 ± 0.6) fm^2. This large cluster-related monopole strength is a clear indication of the cluster-structure domination of this state and is consistent with the recent prediction of the orthogonality condition model(OCM). It would be interesting to further explore the three-center molecular rotational band that is initiated from the observed band-head.Jun Feng YanLin Ye Biao Yang ChengJian Lin HuiMin Jia DanYang Pang ZhiHuan Li JianLing Lou QiTe Li XiaoFei Yang Jing Li HongLiang Zang Qiang Liu Wei Jiang ChenGuang Li Yang Liu ZhiQiang Chen HongYi Wu ChunGuang Wang Wei Liu Xiang Wang JingJing Li DiWen Luo Ying Jiang ShiWei Bai JinYan Xu NanRu Ma LiJie Sun DongXi Wang 2019Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,1:0

9Determination of astrophysical ^7Be(p, γ)8B reaction rates from the ^7Li(d, p)^8Li reaction显示文摘The7Be(p,γ)8B reaction plays a central role not only in the evaluation of solar neutrino fluxes but also in the evolution of the first stars.Study of this reaction requires the asymptotic normalization coefficient(ANC) for the virtual decay8 Bg.s.→7Be + p.By using the charge symmetry relation,we obtain this proton ANC with the single neutron ANC of8 Lig.s.→7Li + n,which is determined with the distorted wave Born approximation(DWBA) and adiabatic distorted wave approximation(ADWA) analysis of the7Li(d,p)8Li angular distribution. The astrophysical S-factors and reaction rates of the direct capture process in the7Be(p,γ)8B reaction are further deduced at energies of astrophysical relevance. The astrophysical S-factor at zero energy for direct capture,S17(0),is derived to be(19.9±3.5) e V b in good agreement with the most recent recommended value. The contributions of the1+and 3+resonances to the S-factor and reaction rate are also evaluated. The present result demonstrates that the direct capture dominates the7Be(p,γ)8B reaction in the whole temperature range. This work provides an independent examination to the current results of the7Be(p,γ)8B reaction.DU XianChao GUO Bing LI ZhiHong PANG DanYang LI ErTao LIU WeiPing 2015Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2015,58,6:0
10Exploring the anti-aging effects of chlorogenic acid and the underlying mechanisms based on a Caenorhabditis elegans model显示文摘Objective:To explore the anti-aging effects of chlorogenic acid(CGA)and the underlying mechanisms based on a Caenorhabditis elegans(C.elegans)model.Methods:The anti-agingactivityofCGAwasstudied basedon thebodylength, exercisebehavior, lipofuscin content, antioxidative stress ability, swallowing frequency,body-bending frequency, and head-swinging ability of C.elegans.Through DAF-16 nuclear translocation and SOD-3-GFP fluorescence experiments, the effects of CGA on ROS levels, antioxidant enzyme activities,MDA content,mutant-strain lifespan, and anti-aging molecular signaling pathways were explored,as well as the underlying mechanisms. Results:CGA improved multiple indices of the nematode:body length was increased(all P<0.001),head-swing frequency and body-bending frequency were increased(all P<0.05),nematode longevity was prolonged(P=0.0021),lipofuscin deposition in nematodes was slowed down(all P<0.001),the chemotaxis index was improved(P=0.0012),ROS levels were reduced(all P<.001),and SOD activity and MDA content were reduced(SOD:P=0.0017 between the low-concentration group and the control group,P<.001 between the high-concentration and medium-concentration groups and the control group;MDA:P=0.0135 between the low-concentration group and the control group, and P<0.001 between the high-concentration and medium-concentration groups and the control group). In addition,CGA also activated the DAF-16 transcription factor, promoted DAF-16 nuclear translocation under oxidative stress conditions(both P<0.001 between the high-concentration and medium-concentration groups and the control group),and increased SOD-3 gene expression in nematodes(all P<0.001).Conclusion:CGA plays an anti-aging role in C.elegans.The underlying mechanisms include activation of the insulin/IGF-1 signaling pathway and enhancement of DAF-16 activity. This study lays a foundation for further research into the anti-aging effects of CGA.Yuqian Yang Xu Chen Danyang Ye Chuanyu Wei Xinxin Pang Chuchu Kong Yongsheng Fang Hongliu Yang Yuanyuan Zhang Yonggang Liu 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,2:0
11Tu-Xian Decoction ameliorates diabetic cognitive impairment by inhibiting DAPK-1显示文摘Tu-Xian decoction(TXD),a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula, has been frequently administered to manage diabetic cognitive impairment(DCI).Despite its widespread use,the mechanisms underlying TXD’s protective effects on DCI have yet to be fully elucidated. As a significant regulator in neurodegenerative conditions,death-associated protein kinase-1(DAPK-1)serves as a focus for understanding the action of TXD.This study was designed to whether TXD mediates its beneficial outcomes by inhibiting DAPK-1.To this end,a diabetic model was established using Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats through a high-fat,high-sugar(HFHS)diet regimen, followed by streptozotocin(STZ)injection. The experimental cohort was stratified into six groups:Control,Diabetic,TC-DAPK6,high-dose TXD,medium-dose TXD,and low-dose TXD groups.Following a 12-week treatment period, various assessments—including blood glucose levels, body weight measurements,Morris water maze(MWM)testing for cognitive function, brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and histological analyses using hematoxylin-eosin(H&E),and Nissl staining—were conducted.Protein expression in the hippocampus was quantified through Western blotting analysis. The results revealed that TXD significantly improved spatial learning and memory abilities, and preserved hippocampal structure in diabetic rats.Importantly,TXD administration led to a down-regulation of proteins indicative of neurological damage and suppressed DAPK-1 activity within the hippocampal region. These results underscore TXD's potential in mitigating DCI via DAPK-1 inhibition, positioning it as a viable therapeutic candidate for addressing this condition.Further investigation into TXD's molecular mechanisms may elucidate new pathways for the treatment of DCI.WANG Danyang YAN Bin WANG An SUN Qing PANG Junyi CUI Yangming TIAN Guoqing 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,12:0
