1肠道菌群在功能性便秘中的作用显示文摘功能性便秘非常常见,但其发病机制尚不明了。越来越多的证据显示,功能性便秘与肠道微生态失调有关,而肠道微生态与肠道转运之间很可能存在相互影响。本文对功能性便秘发生过程中肠道微生态所发挥作用的证据进行了总结。肠道微生态通过胆酸、短链脂肪酸、5-羟色胺和甲烷等相关微生物代谢活动调控结肠动力、结肠黏膜分泌和吸收,进而促使功能性便秘的发生。作为肠道微生态影响功能性便秘的证据支持,用益生菌、益生元、合生元和中药治疗功能性便秘时,常可观察到患者肠道微生态在菌种组成和功能上的改变。深入研究功能性便秘的病理发生,阐明微生态制剂治疗功能性便秘的药理机制,将为功能性便秘的新型治疗方法提供理论基础。Shengsheng Zhang Ruixin Wang Danyan Li Luqing Zhao Lixin Zhu 2021Gastroenterology Report2021,9,5:13
2Numerical simulation of seepage flow field in groundwater source heat pump system and its influence on temperature field显示文摘Energy utilization in the aquifers is a new technology closely related to development of heat pump technique. It is significant for the flow distribution to be predicted in the aquifer surrounding the Groundwater Source Heat Pump System (GSHPS). The authors presented a new concept of 'flow transfixion' by analyzing general features of aquifers, and then discussed interaction of the flow transfixion with the heat transfixion, which has practical significance to projects. A numerical model of groundwater flow was established based on the basic tenets of water-heat transferring in the aquifer. On this basis the flow field and the temperature field of GSHPS for a site in Shenyang City were numerically simulated. The basis of the flow transfixion was obtained; it was discussed for the influence of the flow transfixion on the heat transfixion. 4Metasurface-enabled augmented reality display: a review显示文摘Augmented reality(AR)display,which superimposes virtual images on ambient scene,can visually blend the physical world and the digital world and thus opens a new vista for human–machine interaction.AR display is considered as one of the next-generation display technologies and has been drawing huge attention from both academia and industry.Current AR display systems operate based on a combination of various refractive,reflective,and diffractive optical elements,such as lenses,prisms,mirrors,and gratings.Constrained by the underlying physical mechanisms,these conventional elements only provide limited light-field modulation capability and suffer from issues such as bulky volume and considerable dispersion,resulting in large size,severe chromatic aberration,and narrow field of view of the composed AR display system.Recent years have witnessed the emerging of a new type of optical elements—metasurfaces,which are planar arrays of subwavelength electromagnetic structures that feature an ultracompact footprint and flexible light-field modulation capability,and are widely believed to be an enabling tool for overcoming the limitations faced by current AR displays.Here,we aim to provide a comprehensive review on the recent development of metasurface-enabled AR display technology.We first familiarize readers with the fundamentals of AR display,covering its basic working principle,existing conventional-optics-based solutions,as well as the associated pros and cons.We then introduce the concept of optical metasurfaces,emphasizing typical operating mechanisms,and representative phase modulation methods.We elaborate on three kinds of metasurface devices,namely,metalenses,metacouplers,and metaholograms,which have empowered different forms of AR displays.Their physical principles,device designs,and the performance improvement of the associated AR displays are explained in details.In the end,we discuss the existing challenges of metasurface optics for AR display applications and provide our perspective on future research endeavors.Zeyang Liu Danyan Wang Hao Gao Moxin Li Huixian Zhou Cheng Zhang 2023Advanced Photonics2023,5,3:2

6Phylogenomic Insights into Deep Phylogeny of Angiosperms Based on Broad Nuclear Gene Sampling显示文摘Angiosperms(flowering plants)are the most diverse and species-rich group of plants.The vast majority(99.95%)of angiosperms form a clade called Mesangiospermae,which is subdivided into five major groups:eudicots,monocots,magnoliids,Chloranthales,and Ceratophyllales.The relationships among these Mesangiospermae groups have been the subject of long debate.In this study,we assembled a phylogenomic dataset of 1594 genes from 151 angiosperm taxa,including representatives of all five lineages,to investigate the phylogeny of major angiosperm lineages under both coalescent-and concatenationbased methods.We dissected the phylogenetic signal and found that more than half of the genes lack phylogenetic information for the backbone of angiosperm phylogeny.We further removed the genes with weak phylogenetic signal and showed that eudicots,Ceratophyllales,and Chloranthales form a clade,with magnoliids and monocots being the next successive sister lineages.Similar frequencies of gene tree conflict are suggestive of incomplete lineage sorting along the backbone of the angiosperm phylogeny.Our analyses suggest that a fully bifurcating species tree may not be the best way to represent the early radiation of angiosperms.Meanwhile,we inferred that the crown-group angiosperms originated approximately between 255.1 and 222.2 million years ago,and Mesangiospermae diversified into the five extant groups in a short time span(27 million years)at the Early to Late Jurassic.Lingxiao Yang Danyan Su Xin Chang Charles SPFoster Linhua Sun Chien-Hsun Huang Xiaofan Zhou Liping Zeng Hong Ma Bojian Zhong 2020Plant Communications2020,1,2:2
7Graphdiyne-based metal atomic catalysts for synthesizing ammonia显示文摘Development of novel catalysts for nitrogen reduction at ambient pressures and temperatures with ultrahigh ammonia(NH_(3))yield and selectivity is challenging.In this work,an atomic catalyst with separated Pd atoms on graphdiyne(Pd-GDY)was synthesized,which shows fascinating electrocatalytic properties for nitrogen reduction.The catalyst has the highest average NH_(3)yield of 4.45±0.30 mgNH_(3)mg Pd^(-1)h^(-1),almost tens of orders larger than for previously reported catalysts,and 100%reaction selectivity in neutral media.Pd-GDY exhibits almost no decreases in NH_(3)yield and Faradaic efficiency.Density functional theory calculations show that the reaction pathway prefers to perform at the(Pd,C1,C2)active area because of the strongly coupled(Pd,C1,C2),which elevates the selectivity via enhanced electron transfer.By adjusting the p–d coupling accurately,reduction of self-activated nitrogen is promoted by anchoring atom selection,and side effects are minimized.Huidi Yu Yurui Xue Lan Hui Chao Zhang Yan Fang Yuxin Liu Xi Chen Danyan Zhang Bolong Huang Yuliang Li 2021National Science Review2021,8,8:2

18Low-temperature utilization of CO_2 and CH_4 by combining partial oxidation with reforming of methane over Ru-based catalysts显示文摘Combination of partial oxidation of methane (POM) with carbon dioxide reforming of methane (CRM) has been studied over Ru-based catalysts at 550℃.POM,CRM and combined reaction were performed over 8wt%Ru/γ-Al2O 3 and the results show that both POM and CRM contribute to the combined reaction,between which POM plays a more important role.Moreover,the addition of Ce to Ru-based catalyst results in an improvement in the activity and CO selectivity under the adopted reaction conditions.The Ce-doped catalyst was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,XRD,TPR,XPS and in situ DRIFTS.The mechanism has been studied by in situ DRIFTS together with the temperature distribution of catalyst bed.The mechanism of the combined reaction is more complicated and it is the combination of POM and CRM mechanisms in nature.The present paper provides a new catalytic system to activate CH4 and CO2 at a rather low temperature.Hongbing Ji Danyan Feng Yunbing He 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,6:1
