| 1 | Heterogeneous lamellar-edged Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2)nanoarray for efficient and stable seawater oxidation显示文摘Development of efficient non-precious catalysts for seawater electrolysis is of great significance but challenging due to the sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and the impairment of chlorine electrochemistry at anode.Herein,we report a heterostructure of Ni_(3)S_(2)nanoarray with secondary Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)lamellar edges that exposes abundant active sites towards seawater oxidation.The resultant Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2)nanoarray works directly as a free-standing anodic electrode in alkaline artificial seawater.It only requires an overpotential of 269 mV to afford a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)and the Tafel slope is as low as 46 m V·dec^(-1).The 27-hour chronopotentiometry operated at high current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2)shows negligible deterioration,suggesting good stability of the Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2)@NF electrode.Faraday efficiency for oxygen evolution is up to〜95%,revealing decent selectivity of the catalyst in saline water.Such desirable catalytic performance could be benefitted from the introduction of Fe activator and the heterostructure that offers massive active and selective sites.The density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicate that the OER has lower theoretical overpotential than Cl_(2) evolution reaction in Fe sites,which is contrary to that of Ni sites.The experimental and theoretical study provides a strong support for the rational design of high-performance Fe-based electrodes for industrial seawater electrolysis. | Baihua Cui Zheng Hu Chang Liu Siliang Liu Fangshuai Chen Shi Hu Jinfeng Zhang Wei Zhou Yida Deng Zhenbo Qin Zhong Wu Yanan Chen Lifeng Cui Wenbin Hu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,4: | 7 |
| 2 | Tailoring Nitrogen Terminals on MXene Enables Fast Charging and Stable Cycling Na-Ion Batteries at Low Temperature显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries stand a chance of enabling fast charging ability and long lifespan while operating at low temperature(low-T).However,sluggish kinetics and aggravated dendrites present two major challenges for anodes to achieve the goal at low-T.Herein,we propose an interlayer confined strategy for tailoring nitrogen terminals on Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2)-N_(funct)) to address these issues.The introduction of nitrogen terminals endows Ti_(3)C_(2)-N_(funct) with large interlayer space and charge redistribution,improved conductivity and sufficient adsorption sites for Na^(+),which improves the possibility of Ti_(3)C_(2) for accommodating more Na atoms,further enhancing the Na^(+) storage capability of Ti_(3)C_(2).As revealed,Ti_(3)C_(2)-N_(funct) not only possesses a lower Na-ion diffusion energy barrier and charge trans-fer activation energy,but also exhibits Na^(+)-solvent co-intercalation behavior to circumvent a high de-solvation energy barrier at low-T.Besides,the solid electrolyte interface dominated by inorganic com-pounds is more beneficial for the Na^(+)transfer at the electrode/electrolyte interface.Compared with of the unmodified sample,Ti_(3)C_(2)-Nfunct exhibits a twofold capacity(201 mAh g^(-1)),fast-charging ability(18 min at 80% capacity retention),and great superiority in cycle life(80.9%@5000 cycles)at -25℃.When coupling with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)F_(3) cathode,the Ti_(3)C_(2)-N_(funct)//NVPF exhibits high energy density and cycle stability at -25℃. | Yang Xia Lanfang Que Fuda Yu Liang Deng Zhenjin Liang Yunshan Jiang Meiyan Sun Lei Zhao Zhenbo Wang | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,9: | 3 |
| 3 | Pure and stable white organic light-emitting device with an ultra-thin layer显示文摘An ultra-thin (3 nm) hole blocking layer, 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP) was inserted between the electron-transport layer of 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq3) and 4-(dicyan- omethylene)-2-t-butyl-6(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9- enyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTB) doped poly-vinylcarbazole (PVK) layer. The device structure was ITO/PVK: DCJTB(0.25 wt%)/BCP(3 nm)/Alq3(8 nm)/Al. Because the thickness of BCP was on the scale of Forster energy transfer critical radius, incomplete energy transfer would occur from PVK to Alq3 and then from Alq3 back to DCJTB through BCP layer. Furthermore, BCP can block a hole from migrating ahead, and thus confine excitons formed in the emission layer. The optimized device gives pure and voltage-independent emission. | 5 | A stochastic policy search model for matching behavior显示文摘The matching law is one of the basic empirical laws in decision theory,and it states that a subject’s preference to optional targets depends on which choices are reinforced.In this paper,we study the possible mechanisms that explain why subjects’ decisions often obey this law.On the basis of reinforcement learning theory,we put forward a decision-making model in which the policy is updated by a policy parameter,and the model might be implemented in the brain through the prefrontal cortex and the basal ganglia neural circuit.Based on this model,an algorithm that satisfies the matching law is derived under some simple assumptions.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the decision behavior achieved by the algorithm obeys the matching law.In addition,the matching behaviors in two classical experiments are reproduced using the algorithm.Our results provide a reasonable strategy for the matching law and a useful computational tool for rewarded decision-making tasks. | CHENG ZhenBo ZHANG Yu DENG ZhiDong | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,7: | 1 |

| 15 | Graded interface engineering of 3D/2D halide perovskite solar cells through ultrathin(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4) nanosheets显示文摘2D halide perovskites have emerged as promising materials because of their stability and passivation effect in perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the introduction of bulky organic ammonium cations from 2D halide perovskites would decrease the device performance generally compared to the traditional 3D MAPbI_(3).Incorporation of ultrathin 2D halide perovskite nanosheets(NSs)with 3D MAPbI_(3)could address this issue.Herein,we re port a rationally designed PSCs with dimensional graded 3D/2D MAPbI_(3)/(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4)heterojunction,in which 2D(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4)NSs were synthesized and incorporated between 3D MAPbI_(3)and hole-transporting layer.Besides the significantly improved stability,a notable increasement in power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20%was obtained for the 3D/2D perovskite solar cells due to the favourable band alignment among(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4)NSs and the other components.The graded structure of MAPbI_(3)/(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4)would upshift the energy level continuously,which enhances the hole extraction efficiency thus reduces the interface charge recombination,leading to the increasements of VOC from1.04 V to 1.07 V,Jsc from 21.81 mA/cm^(2) to 23.15 mA/cm^(2) and the fill factor from 67.89% to 74.78%,and therefore an overall PCE of 18.53%. | Lijie Zhu Qipeng Lu Chunhai Li Yue Wang Zhenbo Deng | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,7: | 0 |
