1Specific grinding energy and surface roughness of nanoparticle jet minimum quantity lubrication in grinding显示文摘Nanoparticles with the anti-wear and friction reducing features were applied as cooling lubricant in the grinding fluid. Dry grinding, flood grinding, minimal quantity of lubrication(MQL), and nanoparticle jet MQL were used in the grinding experiments. The specific grinding energy of dry grinding, flood grinding and MQL were 84, 29.8, 45.5 J/mm^3, respectively. The specific grinding energy significantly decreased to 32.7 J/mm^3 in nanoparticle MQL. Compared with dry grinding, the surface roughness values of flood grinding, MQL, and nanoparticle jet MQL were significantly reduced with the surface topography profile values reduced by 11%, 2.5%, and 10%,respectively, and the ten point height of microcosmic unflatness values reduced by 1.5%, 0.5%,and 1.3%, respectively. These results verified the satisfactory lubrication effects of nanoparticle MQL. MoS_2, carbon nanotube(CNT), and ZrO_2 nanoparticles were also added in the grinding fluid of nanoparticle jet MQL to analyze their grinding surface lubrication effects. The specific grinding energy of MoS_2 nanoparticle was only 32.7 J/mm^3, which was 8.22% and 10.39% lower than those of the other two nanoparticles. Moreover, the surface roughness of workpiece was also smaller with MoS_2 nanoparticle, which indicated its remarkable lubrication effects. Furthermore,the role of MoS_2 particles in the grinding surface lubrication at different nanoparticle volume concentrations was analyzed. MoS_2 volume concentrations of 1%, 2%, and 3% were used.Experimental results revealed that the specific grinding energy and the workpiece surface roughness initially increased and then decreased as MoS_2 nanoparticle volume concentration increased.Satisfactory grinding surface lubrication effects were obtained with 2% MoS_2 nanoparticle volume concentration.Zhang Dongkun Li Changhe Jia Dongzhou Zhang Yanbin Zhang Xiaowei 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,2:10
2Comparative Study on the Efficacies of 11 Chemical Agents against Taro Soft Rot Caused by Pectobacterium aroidearum显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to screen the effective agents for effectively controlling the occurrence and prevalence of taro soft rot.[Method]The fungicidal effects of 11 fungicides on taro soft rot were determined by inhibition zone method.[Result]0.3%Tetramycin,25%bromothalonil,3%Zhongshengmycin and 30%zinc thiazole had better antifungal effect on Pectobacterium aroidearum at recommended concentration.The indoor toxicity of four fungicides showed that the EC50 of 0.3%tetramycin AS was the smallest of 0.6μg/mL,indicating that tetramycin had the largest toxicity and the best inhibitory effect against P.aroidearum;followed by 25%bromothalonil EC and 3%Zhongshengmycin WP,with the EC_(50) of 2.57 and 97.72μg/mL,respectively;the inhibitory effect of 30%zinc thiazole SC against P.aroidearum was the poorest.[Conclusion]The study provides a reference for screening out new and efficient chemical agents against taro soft rot.Dongkun Wang Xiuting Ji Huaixu Zhan Chengpeng Zheng Hao Zong Xiaolei Tan Xiuchun Du Weimin Wang Jingjing Wu Fenglong Wang Xiaoqiang Wang 2021Plant Diseases and Pests2021,12,2:2

20Modeling optimal oil production paths under risk service contracts显示文摘Due to the rigorous fiscal terms and huge potential risk of risk service contracts,optimizing oil production paths is one of the main challenges in designing oilfield development plans.In this paper,an oil production path optimization model is developed to maximize economic benefits within constraints of technology factors and oil contracts.This analysis describes the effects of risk service contract terms on parameters of inputs and outputs and quantifies the relationships between production and production time,revenues,investment and costs.An oil service development and production project is illustrated in which the optimal production path under its own geological conditions and contract terms is calculated.The influences of oil price,service fees per barrel and operating costs on the optimal production have been examined by sensitivity analysis.The results show that the oil price has the largest impact on the optimal production,which is negatively related to oil price and positively related to service fees per barrel and operating costs.Luo Dongkun Zhao Xu 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,4:1
