| 1 | Online Decision-Making and Control of Power System Stability Based on Super-Real-Time Simulation显示文摘During power grid cascading failure,the operating point changes frequently,resulting in a mismatch or inaccuracy of online pre-decision making emergency control strategy.To solve this problem,an online power system stability decisionmaking and control method based on super-real-time simulation is presented in this paper.A decision-making and control system is developed in which the three main operation modes,offline pre-decision-making,online pre-decision-making,and real-time control,are all coordinated.To verify the method,ADPSS(advanced digital power system simulator)is used to simulate a digital power grid with about 20,000 buses.The closed-loop operation of the digital power grid and the online decisionmaking and control system are implemented.Test results show that when online pre-decision making control strategies are mismatched,aided real-time control works well and can prevent power grid stability loss. | Fang Tian Xing Zhang Zhihong Yu Weijiang Qiu Dongyu Shi Jian Qiu Min Liu Yalou Li Xiaoxin Zhou | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,1: | 2 |

| 3 | CDK7-YAP-LDHD axis promotes D-lactate elimination and ferroptosis defense to support cancer stem cell-like properties显示文摘Reprogrammed cellular metabolism is essential for maintaining cancer stem cells(CSCs)state.Here,we report that mitochondrial D-lactate catabolism is a necessary initiating oncogenic event during tumorigenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).We discover that cyclin-dependent kinase 7(CDK7)phosphorylates nuclear Yes-associated protein 1(YAP)at S127 and S397 sites and enhances its transcription function,which promotes D-lactate dehydrogenase(LDHD)protein expression.Moreover,LDHD is enriched significantly in ESCC-CSCs rather than differentiated tumor cells and high LDHD status is connected with poor prognosis in ESCC patients.Mechanistically,the CDK7-YAP-LDHD axis helps ESCC-CSCs escape from ferroptosis induced by D-lactate and generates pyruvate to satisfy energetic demands for their elevated self-renewal potential.Hence,we conclude that esophageal CSCs adopt a D-lactate elimination and pyruvate accumulation mode dependent on CDK7-YAP-LDHD axis,which drives stemness-associated hallmarks of ESCC-CSCs.Reasonably,targeting metabolic checkpoints may serve as an effective strategy for ESCC therapy. | Mengzhu Lv Ying Gong Xuesong Liu Yan Wang Qingnan Wu Jie Chen Qingjie Min Dongyu Zhao Xianfeng Li Dongshao Chen Di Yang Danna Yeerken Rui Liu Jinting Li Weimin Zhang Qimin Zhan | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9: | 1 |

| 7 | Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction protects against ovalbumin-induced allergic rhinitis by inhibiting type 2 innate lymphoid cells in mice显示文摘Objective:As a traditional herbal formula,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction(MXFD)has been used to treat allergic rhinitis(AR).It regulates the transcription factor GATA3 in T cells,blocks Th2 skewing and rebalances the Th1/Th2 immunity.Type 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)are closely associated with GATA3.However,it remains unknown whether ILC2s could be one mechanism through which MXFD acts.We sought to elucidate the efficacy and mechanism of action of this decoction in AR treatment.Methods:Forty C57BL/6J female mice were equally divided into control,model,loratadine-and MXFDtreated groups in random.AR was induced by ovalbumin(OVA),and then treatment with loratadine or MXFD was administered.AR scores were evaluated and compared before and after treatment.Pathological changes in the nasal mucosa and lung were observed using hematoxylin-eosin staining of tissue samples.Activation of ILC2 in nasal mucosa was assessed by immunofluorescence and quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis.ILC2 cell count in lungs was measured by flow cytometry and levels of interleukin-(IL)4,IL-5 and IL-13 in serum were detected by ELISA.Results:The decoction alleviated the symptoms of AR in mice,improved vascular congestion and expansion,glandular hyperplasia and inflammatory cell infiltration in mouse nasal mucosa and slowly improved the interstitial pneumonia and lesions.Meanwhile,MXFD reduced the number and percentage of ILC2s in the nasal mucosa and lungs,downregulated the expression of GATA3 mRNA and RORa mRNA,and reduced the related inflammatory cytokine levels,including IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13.Conclusion:These data suggest that inhibition of ILC2s by MXFD may be an important means by which to treat AR. | Hong Ren Wenting Ji Xue Yu Dongyu Ge Ruijuan Dong Qingguo Wang Min Liu | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2019,6,4: | 0 |
