| 1 | Surrounding rock control mechanism of deep coal roadways and its application显示文摘Aiming at the surrounding rock control problem of mining and preparation entries in Xingdong mine with large mining depth, and the comprehensive control countermeasures including high pre-stress cable truss system, this study put forward powerful anchor support system and anchor cable adaption technology to surrounding rock deformation. Furthermore, the control measures possess the supporting performance with ‘‘primary rigid-following flexible-new rigid, and primary resistance-following yield-new resistance'', which suits deep roadway surrounding rock control. The mechanical model of truss anchor supporting roof beams was established, and the inverted arch deflection produced by the cable pre-stress with stress increment effect and roof beam deflection were obtained. And then the system working mechanism was illustrated. Finally, the surrounding rock support parameters were determined by means of comprehensive methods, and put into practice. The results show that surrounding rock deformation realized secondary stability after three months. The roadway sides convergence value was less than 245mm, and roof subsidence was less than 124mm. | 2 | Structure and magnetism of a porous three-dimensional metal-organic framework based on planar tetranuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster units显示文摘A porous three-dimensional copper(Ⅱ) metal-organic framework (MOF) {[Cu2(tci)(OH)(pip)0.5(H2O)]·6H2O}n (1) [tci = tris (2-carboxyethyl)isocyanurate, pip = piperazine] has been generated under hydrothermal conditions at 120 °C. Single crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the polymer exhibits a novel three-dimensional framework based on planar tetranuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster units. The variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data in the range 2-280 K show antiferromagnetic spin-spin coupling in the tetranuclear unit in complex 1. | 10 | Air-SAGD technology for super-heavy oil reservoirs显示文摘The air oxidation of super-heavy oil at low temperature was studied in laboratory and its influences on oil viscosity, component and steam sweep efficiency before and after air-injection were analyzed. The feasibility, operation mode and air flooding effect at the late stage of steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD) were investigated by numerical simulation. The experimental results show for vertical-horizontal well pair SAGD test area of Xing VI Formation in Block Du 84 of Liaohe Oilfield, the low temperature oxidation occurred between 150-250 ?C(steam chamber temperature), the oil viscosity increased greatly after low temperature oxidation, consequently, the oil displacement efficiency dropped sharply. Three development methods in the late stage of SAGD were simulated, i.e., steam + air low temperature oxidation, only air low temperature oxidation and only air high temperature oxidation. | 12 | HSPA8 acts as an amyloidase to suppress necroptosis by inhibiting and reversing functional amyloid formation显示文摘Ultra-stable fibrous structure is a hallmark of amyloids.In contrast to canonical disease-related amyloids,emerging research indicates that a significant number of cellular amyloids,termed‘functional amyloids’,contribute to signal transduction as temporal signaling hubs in humans.However,it is unclear how these functional amyloids are effectively disassembled to terminate signal transduction.RHIM motif-containing amyloids,the largest functional amyloid family discovered thus far,play an important role in mediating necroptosis signal transduction in mammalian cells.Here,we identify heat shock protein family A member 8(HSPA8)as a new type of enzyme—which we name as‘amyloidase’—that directly disassembles RHIM-amyloids to inhibit necroptosis signaling in cells and mice.Different from its role in chaperone-mediated autophagy where it selects substrates containing a KFERQ-like motif,HSPA8 specifically recognizes RHIM-containing proteins through a hydrophobic hexapeptide motif N(X_(1))φ(X_(3)).The SBD domain of HSPA8 interacts with RHIM-containing proteins,preventing proximate RHIM monomers from stacking into functional fibrils;furthermore,with the NBD domain supplying energy via ATP hydrolysis,HSPA8 breaks down pre-formed RHIM-amyloids into non-functional monomers.Notably,HSPA8’s amyloidase activity in disassembling functional RHIM-amyloids does not require its co-chaperone system.Using this amyloidase activity,HSPA8 reverses the initiator RHIM-amyloids(formed by RIP1,ZBP1,and TRIF)to prevent necroptosis initiation,and reverses RIP3-amyloid to prevent necroptosis execution,thus eliminating multi-level RHIM-amyloids to effectively prevent spontaneous necroptosis activation.The discovery that HSPA8 acts as an amyloidase dismantling functional amyloids provides a fundamental understanding of the reversibility nature of functional amyloids,a property distinguishing them from disease-related amyloids that are unbreakable in vivo. | Erpeng Wu Wenyan He Chenlu Wu Zhangcheng Chen Shijie Zhou Xialian Wu Zhiheng Hu Kelong Jia Jiasong Pan Limin Wang Jie Qin Dan Liu Junxia Lu Huayi Wang Jixi Li Sheng Wang Liming Sun | 2023 | Cell Research2023,33,11: | 0 |
| 13 | Efficient p-i-n structured perovskite solar cells employing low-cost and highly reproducible oligomers as hole transporting materials显示文摘The development of p-i-n structured perovskite solar cells(PSCs) requires more extensive explorations on seeking efficient, low cost and stable hole transporting materials(HTMs). Small molecular HTMs are superior to polymeric ones in terms of synthetic reproducibility as well as purity. However, thin films composed of small molecules are usually labile during the solution-based perovskite deposition. Herein, we propose a molecular engineering strategy of incorporating oligothiophene as conjugation bridge to develop robust oligomer HTMs for p-i-n type PSCs. Upon increasing the oligothiophene chain length from α-bithiophene to α-quaterthiophene and α-hexathiophene, their HOMO energy levels remain unchanged, but their solubility in common organic solvents decreased remarkably, thus greatly enhancing their tolerance to the perovskite deposition. The rational design of oligothiophene chain length can effectively tune their optoelectronic properties as well as thin film stability under polar solvent soaking. The best performance is achieved by an α-quaterthiophene based HTM(QT), showing a high efficiency of 17.69% with fill factor of 0.81, which are comparable to those of a commercially available benchmark polymer HTM(poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4-dimethylphenyl) amine], PTAA) based devices fabricated under the same conditions.
