| 1 | 计算机导航下颌无牙颌不翻瓣种植手术和即刻负重显示文摘当今,尽量减少种植手术中的创伤已经成为了一条金标准,于是计算机导航手术技术开始逐渐兴起。尽管不翻瓣的种植手术有很多临床上的优势,但是由于不是在直视下操作,不翻瓣手术仅局限于一些简单的没有皮质骨板穿通危险的病例。本文结合下颌无牙颌病例,阐述了在计算机导航下采用的不翻瓣种植手术的治疗方案。同时介绍了图像引导种植系统(IGI,DenX Advanced Dental System)。IGI系统可以实时地显示钻针的图像,使得整个不翻瓣种植手术的过程都在监控之下。有术中准确的导航系统的保证,可以精确的实施术前制定的治疗计划,这对于牙弓缺乏参照标志的无牙颌来讲尤其具有价值。根据术前数字化治疗计划.种植体植入的位置可以十分精确,因此可以在术前制作固定的临时修复体并进行即刻负重。这种全新的手术方法使得在完全监控下行不翻瓣种植手术成为了可能,同时减小了种植修复的难度。 | Nardy Casap Eyal Tarazi Alon Wexler Uri Sonnenfeld Joshua Lustmann 朱一博(译) 林野(校) | 2005 | 中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2005，8，4： | 12 |
| 2 | Etiology and long-term outcome of extrahepatic portal vein obstruction in children显示文摘AIM:To study the management and outcome of children with extrahepatic portal vein obstruction(EHPVO) in a whole country population.METHODS:A nationwide multicenter retrospective case series of children with EHPVO was conducted.Data on demographics,radiographic studies,laboratory workup,endoscopic and surgical procedures,growth and development,were extracted from the patients' charts.Characteristics of clinical presentation,etiology of EHPVO,management and outcome were analyzed.RESULTS:Thirty patients,13 males and 17 females,19(63.3%) Israeli and 11(36.7%) Palestinians,were included in the analysis.Age at presentation was 4.8± 4.6 years,and mean follow-up was 4.9±4.3 years.Associated anomalies were found in 4 patients.The incidence of EHPVO in Israeli children aged 0-14 years was 0.72/million.Risk factors for EHPVO were detected in 13(43.3%)patients,including 9 patients(30%) with perinatal risk factors,and 4 patients(13.3%) with prothrombotic states:two had low levels of protein S and C,one had lupus anticoagulant,and one was homozygous for methyltetrahydrofolate reductase mutations.In 56.6% of patients,no predisposing factors were found.The most common presenting symptoms were an incidental finding of splenomegaly(43.3%),and upper gastrointestinal bleeding(40%).No differences were found between Israeli and Palestinian children with regard to age at presentation,etiology and clinical symptoms.Bleeding occurred in 18 patients(60%),at a median age of 3 years.Sclerotherapy or esophageal banding was performed in 20 patients.No sclerotherapy complications were reported.Portosystemic shunts were performed in 11 patients(36.6%),at a median age of 11(range 3-17)years:splenorenal in 9,mesocaval in 1,and a meso-Rex shunt in 1 patient.One patient underwent splenectomy due to severe pancytopenia.Patients were followed up for a median of 3(range 0.5-15)years.One patient died aged 3 years due to mucopolysaccharidase deficiency type Ⅲ.None of the patients died due to gastrointestinal bleeding.CONCLUSION:EHPVO is a rare disorder.The etiological factors are still mostly unknown,and the endoscopic and surgical treatment options ensure a good long-term prognosis. | Batia Weiss Eyal Shteyer Asaf Vivante Drora Berkowitz Shimon Reif Zvi Weizman Yoram Bujanover Rivka Shapiro | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010，16，39： | 6 |

| 4 | Framework of behavioral indicators evaluating TB health promotion outcomes: a modified Delphi study of TB policymakers and health workers显示文摘Background:Although TB health promotion directed at policy makers and healthcare workers(HCWs)is considered important to tuberculosis(TB)control,no indicators currently assess the impact of such promotional activities.This article is the second in a series of papers that seek to establish a framework of behavioral indicators for outcome evaluation of TB health promotion,using the Delphi method.In the first article,we sought to establish a framework of behavioral indicators for outcome evaluation of TB health promotion among TB suspects and patients.The objective of this second article is to present an indicator framework that can be used to assess behavioral outcomes of TB health promotion directed at policy makers and HCWs.Methods:A two-round,modified Delphi method was used to establish the indicators.Sixteen experts who were knowledgeable and experienced in the field of TB control were consulted in Delphi surveys.A questionnaire was developed following 4 steps,and involved ranking indicators on a five-point Likert scale.The consensus level was 70%.Median,mode,and Coefficient of variation(CV)were used to describe expert responses.An authority coefficient(Cr)was used to assess the degree of each expert’s authority.Results:Consensus was achieved following the two survey rounds and several iterations among the experts.For TB health-promotion activities directed at policymakers,the experts reached consensus on 2 domains(“Resource inputs”and“Policymaking and monitoring behaviors”),4 subdomains(“Human resources”among others),and 13 indicators(“Human resources per 100,000 person”among others).For TB health-promotion activities directed at HCWs,the experts reached consensus on 5 domains(“Self-protective behaviors”among others),6 sub-domains(“Preventing infection”among others),and 15 indicators(“Average hours of daily workplace disinfection by ultraviolet radiation”among others).Conclusions:This study identified a conceptual framework of core behavioral indicators to evaluate TB health-promotion activities directed at policymakers and HCWs involved in TB control.Validation in other parts of the world could lead to global consensus on behavioral indicators to evaluate TB health promotion targeted at policymakers and HCWs. | Ying Li John Ehiri Daiyu Hu Eyal Oren Jia Cao | 2015 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2015，4，1： | 4 |
| 5 | Platelets:A possible glance into brain biological processes in schizophrenia显示文摘Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder, characterized by behavioral, emotional and cognitive disturbances,which commonly follows a chronic course. Diagnostic accuracy, management plans, treatment evaluation and prognosis are dependent on relatively subjective assessments. Despite extensive research and improvement in imaging technology, as well as modern genetic and molecular methodologies, the biological basis of this disease is still unclear. Therefore, there is a need for objective and valid biological markers. Platelets have often been used as a model in neurobiological research. The accessibility of platelets and their similarities with neurons turns them into an attractive candidate to search for biological markers for diagnosis and for unraveling pathophysiological processes relevant to the etiology of brain disorders, including schizophrenia.The present review addresses the main changes in platelet physiology observed in schizophrenia and its response to antipsychotic medication. We summarize numerous studies demonstrating impaired metabolism,uptake and receptor kinetics of schizophrenia-relevantneurotransmitters, abnormalities in membrane derived phospholipids and polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as dysfunctions in the mitochondria. These changes fit with the various hypotheses raised for the etiology of schizophrenia, including the dopamine-glutamate hypothesis, the autoimmune hypothesis, the polyunsaturated fatty acid hypothesis and the impaired energy metabolism hypothesis. Despite extensive research in platelets, no conclusive reliable biomarker has been identified yet. This review suggests that the clinical heterogeneity and the biological complexity of schizophrenia lead to the inevitable conclusion that biomarkers will be identified only for subgroups characterized according to the different diagnostic criteria. | 12 | Removing Moisture Effect on Soil Reflectance Properties: A Case Study of Clay Content Prediction显示文摘Visible, near-infrared and shortwave-infrared(VNIR-SWIR) spectroscopy is an efficient approach for predicting soil properties because it reduces the time and cost of analyses. However, its advantages are hampered by the presence of soil moisture, which masks the major spectral absorptions of the soil and distorts the overall spectral shape. Hence, developing a procedure that skips the drying process for soil properties assessment directly from wet soil samples could save invaluable time. The goal of this study was twofold:proposing two approaches, partial least squares(PLS) and nearest neighbor spectral correction(NNSC), for dry spectral prediction and utilizing those spectra to demonstrate the ability to predict soil clay content. For these purposes, we measured 830 samples taken from eight common soil types in Israel that were sampled at 66 different locations. The dry spectrum accuracy was measured using the spectral angle mapper(SAM) and the average sum of deviations squared(ASDS), which resulted in low prediction errors of less than 8% and 14%, respectively. Later, our hypothesis was tested using the predicted dry soil spectra to predict the clay content, which resulted in R^2 of 0.69 and 0.58 in the PLS and NNSC methods, respectively. Finally, our results were compared to those obtained by external parameter orthogonalization(EPO) and direct standardization(DS).
