| 2 | Risk Factors of Chronic Kidney Disease in Chronic Hepatitis B:A Hospital-based Case-control Study from China显示文摘Background and Aims:Chronic kidney disease(CKD)usually occurs during the chronic infection of hepatitis B virus(HBV).However,the risk factors of CKD in an HBV population have not been completely demonstrated.Our present study aimed to investigate the risk factors of CKD in chronic HBV infection using a hospital based cross-sectional study in the northern area of China.Methods:During January 2013 to December 2017,a total of 94 patients with CKD complicated by chronic HBV infection were consecutively enrolled in the study,as well as 548 age-and sex-matched hepatitis B patients without CKD who were enrolled as controls.Univariate and multivariate regression analyses were used to determine the effects of each variable after adjusting for cofounding factors.Results:Multivariate analysis showed that HBeAg-positive status(odds ratio[OR]=2.099,95%CI 1.128-3.907),dyslipidemia(OR:3.025,95%CI 1.747-5.239),and hypertension(OR:12.523,95%CI 6.283-24.958)were independently associ-ated with the incidence of CKD,while duration of HBV in-fection(≥240 months)(OR:0.401,95%CI 0.179-0.894),Log10 HBsAg(OR:0.514,95%CI 0.336-0.786),and coro-nary heart disease(OR:0.078,95%CI 0.008-0.768)were protective factors for the incidence of CKD.Duration of HBV infection,Log10 HBsAg,HBeAg-positive status and dyslipidemia remained the risk factors for CKD after adjusting for diabetes mellitus,hypertension,and coronary heart disease.Conclusions:Duration of HBV infection,Log10 HB-sAg,HBeAg-positive status and dyslipidemia contributed to the incidence of CKD during chronic HBV infection in a Chinese population. | Yunqi Liu Ximei Wang Fuping Xu Dengren Li Huimin Yang Nan Sun Yu-Chen Fan Xiangdong Yang | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022，10，2： | 0 |

| 4 | Dissecting the novel abilities of aripiprazole: The generation of anti-colorectal cancer effects by targeting Gαq via HTR2B显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a type of malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health and life,and its treatment has always been a difficulty and hotspot in research.Herein,this study for the first time reports that antipsychotic aripiprazole(Ari)against the proliferation of CRC cells both in vitro and in vivo,but with less damage in normal colon cells.Mechanistically,the results showed that5-hydroxytryptamine 2B receptor(HTR2B)and its coupling protein G protein subunit alpha q(Gaq)were highly distributed in CRC cells.Ari had a strong affinity with HTR2B and inhibited HTR2B downstream signaling.Blockade of HTR2B signaling suppressed the growth of CRC cells,but HTR2B was not found to have independent anticancer activity.Interestingly,the binding of Gaq to HTR2B was decreased after Ari treatment.Knockdown of Gaq not only restricted CRC cell growth,but also directly affected the antiCRC efficacy of Ari.Moreover,an interaction between Ari and Gaq was found in that the mutation at amino acid 190 of Gaq reduced the efficacy of Ari.Thus,these results confirm that Gaq coupled to HTR2B was a potential target of Ari in mediating CRC proliferation.Collectively,this study provides a novel effective strategy for CRC therapy and favorable evidence for promoting Ari as an anticancer agent. | Haowei Liu Qiuming Huang Yunqi Fan Bo Li Xuemei Liu Changhua Hu | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023，13，8： | 0 |
| 5 | Six new coumarins from the roots of Toddalia asiatica and their anti-inflammatory activities显示文摘We reported the discovery of six novel coumarins, toddasirins A–F ( 1 – 6 ), each endowed with modified isoprenyl or geranyl side chains, derived from the roots of Toddalia asiatica. Comprehensive structural elucidation was achieved through multispectroscopic analyses, single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments, and advanced quantum mechanical electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. Furthermore, the anti-inflammatory activity of these compounds was assessed.
