| 1 | Preparation of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 thin films for solar cells via Vapor Transfer Method显示文摘Organometal halide perovskite based solar cells have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for low-cost and high-efficiency solar cell technologies.Here a Vapor Transfer Method(VTM)is used to fabricate high quality perovskite thin films in a balanced vacuum capsule.By adjusting the reaction temperature,CH_3NH_3I saturated vapor which then reacts with PbI_2films can be controlled and the formation process of CH_3NH_3PbI_3perovskite films can be further influenced.Prepared perovskite films which exhibit pure phase,smooth surface and high crystallinity are assembled into planar heterojunction inverted solar cells.The whole fabrication process of solar cell devices is organic solution free.Finally,the champion cell achieved power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 13.08%with negligible current–voltage hysteresis under fully open-air conditions.The photovoltaic performance could be further enhanced by optimizing perovskite composition and the device structure. | Kejie Feng Yitong Liu Yuancheng Zhang Yujie Liu Xiaoliang Mo | 2018 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5: | 1 |
| 2 | Three-dimensional multiphase modeling of a proton exchange membrane electrolysis cell with a new interdigitated-jet hole flow field显示文摘The flow field structure on the bipolar plate significantly affects the performance of the proton exchange membrane electrolysis cell(PEMEC).This paper proposes a new interdigitated-jet hole flow field(JHFF)design to improve the uniformities of liquid saturation,temperature,and current density distributions.The common single-path serpentine flow field(SSFF)and interdigitated flow field(IFF)are used as comparative references to constitute three PEMEC cases.An advanced numerical model has been established to simulate the performance of the PEMEC using CFD software.The results show that,due to the perpendicular mainstream and the pressure difference,the JHFF enhances the mass and heat transfer inside the porous electrode by introducing strong forced convection,which promotes gas removal underneath the ribs and cooling.Compared with the comparative flow fields,the uniformities of liquid saturation,temperature,and current density distributions by using the JHFF at the anode side are increased by 19.1%,53.2%,and 40.4%,respectively.Further,mainly owing to the largest conductive area,the PEMEC with the JHFF has superior polarization performance,which is 8.05%higher than the PEMEC with the SSFF. | WANG XueYe WANG ZhiMing FENG YuanCheng XU Chao CHEN ZhiChao LIAO ZhiRong JU Xing | 2022 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,5: | 1 |
| 3 | Conservation of weathered historic sandstone with biomimetic apatite显示文摘The conservation of weathered historic sandstone with apatite was studied.Based on the growth mechanism of bone,calcium and phosphorus were introduced into weathered sandstone and then mineralized at room temperature.The conservation efficiency was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),selected area electron diffraction(SAED),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and compressive strength,capillary water uptake,water vapor permeability and weather resistance tests.The SEM,EDX,TEM,SAED and XRD results showed that the produced hydroxyapatite could reunite the weathered stone blocks and provide sufficient reinforcement to hold them together.The results of the various tests indicated that the compressive strength and weather resistance of the treated samples was improved significantly.In addition,because of the porous nature of apatite,the water vapor permeability of the treated stone was not affected and its breathability was maintained. | YANG FuWei LIU Yan ZHU YuanCheng LONG ShiJia ZUO GuoFang WANG ChangQing GUO Feng ZHANG BingJian JIANG SiWei | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,17: | 1 |
| 4 | Spin-orbit coupling and zero-field splitting of the high-spin ferric enzyme-substrate complex:Protocatechuate 3,4-dioxygenase complexed with 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetate显示文摘We used density functional calculations to investigate the electronic origins of the magnetic properties of the high-spin ferric enzyme-substrate complex protocatechuate 3,4-dioxygenase(3,4-PCD).The calculated g-tensors show that ligand-to-metal charge transfer transitions are from the protocatechuate(PCA) and Tyr408 orbitals to the Fe d orbitals,which lead to x-and y-polarized transitions.These polarized transitions require a spin-orbit coupling(SOC) matrix element in the z-direction,Lz(z=z'),resulting in a g z value of 2.0158,significantly deviating from 2.0023.A large zero-field splitting parameter value of+1.147cm-1 is due to △S =-1 spin-orbit mixing with the quartet states for the sextet ground state,accounting for around 73% of the SOC contribution.The SOC matrix elements indicate that the high-spin d 5 system Fe(Ⅲ),3,4-PCD-PCA is a weak spin-crossover compound with an SOC of 31.56 cm-1. | Lü LingLing ZHU YuanCheng WANG XiaoFang ZUO GuoFang GUO Feng ZHAO SuRui WANG YongCheng | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,6: | 1 |
| 5 | Experimental Study on the Effect of State of Charge on Failure Propagation Characteristics within Battery Modules显示文摘To investigate the effect of different states of charge(SOC)on the thermal runaway(TR)propagation behaviors within lithium-ion-batteries based energy storage modules,an experimental setup was developed to conduct failure propagation tests on battery modules at an SOC of 97%,85%,and 50%.The result indicates that an increase in the SOC of batteries can decrease the TR trigger temperature,making batteries trigger TR earlier and reducing the average failure propagation time between two adjacent cells.In addition,the failure propagation tests reveal that at higher SOCs,the TR reaction becomes more violent,the maximal reaction temperature is also much higher,and the damage to the battery module is severe.Compared to the battery module with 97%SOC,the TR trigger time of the battery module with 50%SOC was postponed by approximately 57.8%.Meanwhile,the average failure propagation time got prolonged by approximately 36.0%.Thus,this study can provide references for the thermal safety design of energy-storage battery modules. | Kuijie Li Yalun Li Xinyu Rui Yuancheng Cao Liyun Fan Xuning Feng | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2023,9,3: | 0 |
