| 1 | Incidence and mortality of laryngeal cancer in China,2008–2012显示文摘Objective:To analyze the incidence and mortality rates of laryngeal cancer in China from 2008 to 2012.Methods:Incident and death cases of laryngeal cancer were retrieved from the National Central Cancer Registry(NCCR)database collecting from 135 cancer registries in China during 2008–2012.The crude incidence and mortality rates of laryngeal cancer were calculated by area(urban/rural),region(eastern,middle,western),gender and age group(0,1–4,5–9,…,85+).China census in 2000 and Segi’s world population were applied for age standardized rates.Join Point(Version 4.5.0.1)model was used for time trend analysis.Results:The crude incidence rate of laryngeal cancer was 1.86/100,000 ranked the 21st in overall cancers.The age-standardized incidence rates by China population(ASIRC)and by World population(ASIRW)were1.22/100,000 and 1.23/100,000,respectively.The crude mortality of laryngeal cancer in China was 1.01/100,000and it was the 21st cause of cancer-related death in overall cancers.Both the age-standardized mortality rates by Chinese standard population(ASMRC)and by world standard population(ASMRW)were 0.63/100,000.Incidence and mortality rates of laryngeal cancer were higher in males than in females and higher in urban areas than in rural areas.Middle areas had the highest incidence and mortality rates followed by eastern and western areas.Incidence and mortality rates of laryngeal cancer retained low level before age of 40 years old but increased greatly after and peaked in age group of 75.Incidence showed significant down trends in recent 10 years by 1.27%annually[95%confidence interval(95%CI):–2.2%,–0.3%].Mortality declined in females sharply by 5.18%per year although stable in males and both sexes combined.Conclusions:Appropriate targeted prevention,early detection and treatment programs should be carried out to control the local burden of laryngeal cancer. | Yuqin Liu Qin Zhao Gaoheng Ding Yitong Zhu Wenying Li Wanqing Chen | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3: | 29 |

| 4 | Liensinine induces gallbladder cancer apoptosis and G2/M arrest by inhibiting ZFX-induced PI3K/AKT pathway显示文摘Gallbladder carcinoma (GBC) is the most comm on and aggressive can cer of the biliary tract. Liensinine has been proved to have hypotensive effect. However, the effect of liensinine on GBC is still unknown. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect and mechanism of liensinine in human GBC cells. Cell viability assay and colony formation assay were performed to assess cell growth and proliferation. Flow cytometry analysis was used to investigate cell cycle apoptosis in vitro. Hoechst 33342 staining was also used to evaluate cell apoptosis. Western blot analysis was used to determine the expression of proteins corresponding to the related cell cycle and apoptosis.The effect of liensinine treatment in vivo was experimented with xenografted tumors. We found that liensinine significantly inhibited the growth of GBC cells both in vivo and in vitro. In vitro, cell growth and proliferation were significantly suppressed by liensinine in a dose- and time-dependent manner. In vivo, liensinine inhibited tumor growth. Liensinine could induce GBC cells G2/M phase arrest by up-regulating the levels of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 proteins. Liensinine also affected GBC cell cycle progress!on and induced apoptosis by down-regulating phosphorylated protein kinase B (AKT), phosphorylated protein kinase B (p-AKT), phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), and Zinc finger X-chromosomal protein (ZFX) proteins. | 5 | Impact of external carbon source on A2/O system and its biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal efficiency before and after restoration显示文摘以啤酒废水作为外加碳源,研究了不同浓度外加碳源对A2/O系统的冲击情况,并通过调节工艺参数对系统进行修复,对比了修复前后系统的脱氮除磷效果。结果表明,投加低浓度(COD为50mg/L)外加碳源没有影响系统的正常运行,且有助于提高系统的脱氮除磷效率;用COD为150mg/L的啤酒废水对系统进行冲击时,总氮、氨氮、总磷和COD的去除率均有所下降,依次下降了31.53、16.38、7.61、10.19百分点;经过修复后,与冲击前相比较,各分析指标的去除率略有降低。用高浓度(COD为250nag/L)的啤酒废水冲击A2/O系统,冲击期间各分析指标显著下降,且产生轻微的污泥膨胀,修复后各分析指标去除率依次降低了11.75、9.56、21.20、20.79百分点。实验表明,啤酒废水可以作为外加碳源用以调节系统的C/N,且A0/o系统对浓度变化的冲击具有一定的抵抗力。 | LIU Fangjing DUAN Yitong ZHAO Jianhui CHENG Guoling LI Yongfeng | 2014 | 环境污染与防治2014,36,4: | 4 |

| 10 | A Novel Magnetic Carbon Based Catalyst Synthesized from Reed Straw and Electric Furnace Dust for Biodiesel Production显示文摘In the era of serious greenhouse gas emission and energy shortage,it is necessary to use solid waste to prepare new renewable materials.In this work,the potential application of reed straw and electric furnace dust was explored.Firstly,magnetic carbon carrier(EFD&C)was prepared by high temperature calcination,and then magnetic carbon catalyst(SM@EFD&C)was prepared by activation of sodium methoxide.The catalyst was used to prepare biodiesel by transesterification reaction to test its activity and stability.Reed biochar,EFD&C and SM@EFD&C were detected by Diffraction of X-rays(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),Inductively coupled plasma(ICP),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Transmission electron microscope(TEM),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),Vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),Temperature programmed desorption of CO_(2)(CO_(2)-TPD)and Thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DTG).The results showed that SM@EFD&C catalyst had some characteristics including porous structure,easy adsorption and better magnetism.Under the reaction conditions of 65℃for 2 h with 6 wt%catalyst and methanol/oil molar ratio of 15:1,the biodiesel yields from reed biochar and EFD&C were only 4.88 wt%and 0.03 wt%,respectively,while the yield from SM@EFD&C catalyst reached 93.14 wt%(89.84 wt%after 7 cycles)under the same conditions,which proved that it had good catalytic activity and stability when used in biodiesel production.This study is of great significance of carbon dioxide emission reduction and environmental protection. | Fuping Wang Lele Kang Rui Ji Tianji Liu Qing Yu Di Gao Xiaoman Wang Yitong Wang Jie Yang | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,8: | 1 |

| 19 | The Spatial and Electronic Effects of Substituent Groups on the Thermal Curing of Bio-Based Benzoxazines显示文摘To explore the influence of substituent groups on thermally induced curing,eight new bio-based benzoxazines containing different substituent groups with different electron negativity and volumes were synthesized.The thermal curing of these bio-based benzoxazines was studied in detail.Combined with the curing reaction kinetics,simulation and calculation of Highest Occupied Molecular and Lowest Unoccupied Molecular values,the spatial and electronic effects of different substituent groups on the curing of benzoxazine was explored.It was found that when the substituent was located at the position directly connected to the N atom,the steric hindrance effect of the group was dominant.When the substituent group was located on the benzene ring connected to the O atom,both the electronic effect and the spatial effect influenced the curing of benzoxazine.When an electron-withdrawing group was connected ortho position to the O atom,the curing reaction was promoted due to the decreased electron cloud density of O-on the oxazine ring,making the C-O bond easier to break.When an electron-donating group was connected to the meta position of the O atom it also promoted the curing reaction,possibly because it increased the electron cloud density of the+CH2 reaction site and thereby facilitated electrophilic substitution via attack of+CH2 on the cross linking reaction centre.This work provides a deeper understanding of how spatial and electronic effects of substituents affect the curing of benzoxazine. | Rumeng Li Guozhu Zhan Qi Ma Yunhe Yang Xiaoyun Liu Yitong Zhang Qixin Zhuang | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,12: | 0 |
