| 1 | Characterization of Hand,Foot,and Mouth Disease in China between 2008 and 2009显示文摘Objective To investigate the epidemiological and clinical features of hand,foot and mouth disease (HFMD) since several outbreaks of HFMD caused by enteroviruses were documented in China between 2007 and 2008.Methods HFMD cases reported to the National Infectious Disease Information Management System database between May 2008 and April 2009 were assessed.Clinical features in some of the severe and fatal cases were analyzed the etiology of the outbreaks was investigated.Results 89.1% of reported HFMD cases were found in children<5 year‐old with an age‐specific incidence rate of 834.1/100 000 in the first year as the notifiable disease in China from May 2008 to April 2009.The incidence,mortality and percentage of severe cases were studied for three regions of China and found to be highest in the central region.The incidence of severe cases and mortality in rural population were significantly higher than those in urban population.Among the laboratory confirmed EV17 positive cases there were 52.6% mild,83.5% severe,and 96.1% fatal cases.More myoclonic jerks were found in the severe case group than in group that died.Tachypnea,lip purpling,pink foaming and low limb temperature occurred more frequently in the fatal cases than in the severe cases.Conclusion The epidemic of HFMD in China was characterized predominantly by EV71 infections,had relatively high mortality rates especially in the central region,and was most prevalent in young,rural populations. | ZHANG Jing SUN JunLing CHANG ZhaoRui ZHANG WeiDong WANG ZiJun FENG ZiJian | 2011 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,3: | 74 |

| 4 | Validation of different personalized risk models of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting:results of a randomized,double-blind,phase III trial of fosaprepitant for cancer patients treated with high-dose cisplatin显示文摘Background:Highly emetogenic chemotherapy induces emesis in cancer patients without prophylaxis.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a fosaprepitant-based triple antiemetic regimen for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in patients with solid malignant tumors,determine risk factors and externally validate different personalized risk models for CINV.Methods:This phase III trial was designed to test the non-inferiority of fosaprepitant toward aprepitant in cancer patients who were to receive the first cycle of single-day cisplatin chemotherapy.The primary endpoint was complete response(CR)during the overall phase(OP)with a non-inferiority margin of 10.0%.Logistic regression modelswere used to assess the risk factors ofCRand no nausea.To validate the personalized risk models,the accuracy of the risk scoring systems was determined by measuring the specificity,sensitivity and area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC),while the predictive accuracy of the nomogram was measured using concordance index(C-index).Results:A total of 720 patients were randomly assigned.CR during the OP in the fosaprepitant group was not inferior to that in the aprepitant group(78.1%vs.77.7%,P=0.765)with a between-group difference of 0.4%(95%CI,-5.7%to 6.6%).Female sex,higher cisplatin dose(≥70 mg/m2),no history of drinking and larger body surface area(BSA)were significantly associated with nausea.The AUC for the acute and delayed CINV risk indexes was 0.68(95%CI:0.66-0.71)and 0.66(95%CI:0.61-0.70),respectively,and the C-index for nomogram CINV prediction was 0.59(95%CI,0.54-0.64).Using appropriate cutoff points,the three models could stratify patients with high-or low-risk CINV.No nausea and CR rate were significantly higher in the low-risk group than in the high-risk group(P<0.001).Conclusions:Fosaprepitant-based triple prophylaxis demonstrated non-inferior control for preventing CINV in patients treated with cisplatin-base chemotherapy.Female cancer patients without a history of alcohol consumption,with larger BSA and received high-dose cisplatin might be more vulnerable to CINV.Three personalized prediction models were well-validated and could be used to optimize antiemetic therapy for individual patients. | Yuanyuan Zhao Bing Zhao Gang Chen Yinlan Chen Zijun Liao Haiming Zhang Weineng Feng Yinyin Li Heng Weng Weidong Li Yuefen Zhou Biyong Ren Yanda Lu Jianhua Chen Zhenteng Liu Zhenzhong Su Wenliang Wang Li Zhang | 2023 | Cancer Communications2023,43,2: | 2 |

| 10 | Prospect of HDR geothermal energy exploitation in Yangbajing,Tibet,China,and experimental investigation of granite under high temperature and high pressure显示文摘Hot dry rock(HDR) geothermal energy,almost inexhaustible green energy,was first put forward in the 1970s.The development and testing of HDR geothermal energy are well reported in USA,Japan,UK,France and other countries or regions.In this paper,the geological characters of Yangbajing basin were first analyzed,including the continental dynamic environments to form HDR geothermal fields in Tibet,the tectonic characteristics of south slope of Nyainqêntanglha and Dangxiong-Yangbajing basin,and the in-situ stresses based on the investigations conducted,and then the site-specific mining scheme of HDR geothermal resources was proposed.For the potential development of HDR geothermal energy,a series of experiments were conducted on large-scale granite samples,200 mm in diameter and 400 mm in length,at high temperature and high triaxial pressure for cutting fragmentation and borehole stability.For the borehole stability test,a hole of 40 mm in diameter and 400 mm in length was aforehand drilled in the prepared intact granite sample.The results indicate that the cutting velocity obviously increases with temperature when bit pressure is over a certain value,while the unit rock-breaking energy consumption decreases and the rock-breaking efficiency increases with temperature at the triaxial pressure of 100 MPa.The critical temperature and pressure that can result in intensive damage to granite are 400-500 ℃ and 100-125 MPa,respectively. | Yangsheng Zhao Zijun Feng Baoping Xi Jinchang Zhao Zhijun Wan Anchao Zhou | 2011 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2011,3,3: | 0 |

| 13 | Rational Design of a Near-infrared Fluorescent Material with High Solid-state Efficiency,Aggregation-induced Emission and Live Cell Imaging Property显示文摘Near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent materials with high photoluminescent quantum yields(PLQYs)have wide application prospects.Therefore,we design and synthesize a D-A type NIR organic molecule,TPATHCNE,in which triphenylamine and thiophene are utilized as the donors and fumaronitrile is applied as the acceptor.We systematically investigate its molecular structure and photophysical property.TPATHCNE shows high T_(g) of 110℃ and T_(d) of 385℃ and displays an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)property.A narrow optical bandgap of 1.65 eV is obtained.The non-doped film of TPATHCNE exhibits a high PLQY of 40.3%with an emission peak at 732 nm,which is among the best values of NIR emitters.When TPATHCNE is applied in organic light-emitting diode(OLED),the electroluminescent peak is located at 716 nm with a maximum external quantum efficiency of 0.83%.With the potential in cell imaging,the polystyrene maleic anhydride(PMSA)modified TPATHCNE nanoparticles(NPs)emit strong fluorescence when labeling HeLa cancer cells,suggesting that TPATHCNE can be used as a fluorescent carrier for specific staining or drug delivery for cellular imaging.TPATHCNE NPs fabricated by bovine serum protein(BSA)are cultivated with mononuclear yeast cells,and the intense intracellular red fluorescence indicates that it can be adopted as a specific stain for imaging. | SHANG Anqi ZHAO Lele LI Zhenhua CHENG Zhuang JIN Haixu FENG Zijun CHEN Zhijun ZHANG Haiquan LU Ping | 2022 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,6: | 0 |

| 16 | “Dual-Lock-Dual-Key”Controlled Second Near-Infrared Molecular Probe for Specific Discrimination of Orthotopic Colon Cancer and Imaging-Guided Tumor Excision显示文摘Fluorescence imaging in the second infrared window(1000-1700 nm)has emerged as a promising approach to tumor diagnosis.However,the currently available second near-infrared(NIR-II)imaging agents are based on the“always on”modality or single biomarker activation,which are subject to limited imaging contrast,nonspecific response,and even false-positive diagnosis.Here,we developed a H2S/H+dual-stimuli responsive NIR-II fluorescent probe,WH-N3,for precise tumor delimitation and intraoperative fluorescence-guided surgical resection.WH-N3 itself is nonfluorescent,and it can only light up through synergistic activation by H2S and in the tumor acidic environment(TEM).Such a“duallock-dual-key”strategy-based activatable probe exhibited significantly higher tumor-to-normal tissue(T/N)ratios than the“always on”agent(ICG)and single parameter responsive counterpart probes in the imaging of colon tumors,which overexpresses H2S.WH-N3 was also able to visualize the tumor-derived endogenous H2S fluctuation and accurately differentiate tumor types based on H2S content discrepancy.More excitingly,under the guidance of the probe’s highly specific NIR-II fluorescence,a tiny orthotopic colon tumor with diameter down to 0.8 mm was facilely resected.We expect our dual-stimuli responsive strategy will contribute more reliable tools for specific discrimination and imaging-guided excision of tumor. | Kun Dou Chen Fan Wenqi Feng Yao Kong Yunhui Xiang Zijun Wang Zhihong Liu | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,11: | 0 |
