1日粮中添加氨基酸降低粗蛋白含量对6~15kg仔猪生产性能的影响显示文摘为评价添加氨基酸降低粗蛋白(CP)含量对6~15 kg仔猪的影响,共设计两个试验。在性能试验中(试验Ⅰ),21日龄、初始体重为5.95±0.33 kg的断奶仔猪120头被分成5组。试验为完全随机区组试验设计,共8个重复,每个重复3只猪。在5个处理组中,CP含量由21.0%降低到15.0%(分别为21.0%,19.5%,18.0%,16.5%和15.0%),通过添加L-赖氨酸、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-缬氨酸和L-异亮氨酸来满足日粮中氨基酸的需求。各处理间生产性能无显著差异。因此,以上蛋白质的任何水平都能被有效的合成氨基酸。降低蛋白质的含量可以增加必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸的比值,且蛋白质含量为15%时比值最佳(5347)。随着蛋白质含量的降低,尿素含量线性下降(试验Ⅰ)。为评估氮平衡(试验Ⅱ),21日龄的杂交阉割商品仔猪20只被随机分成5组,仔猪的平均活重为10.79±2.19kg。5个处理组的所有动物安置在铁笼中,每个处理4个重复,每个重复1只猪。结果血液和尿液中尿素含量随蛋白质含量的减少线性降低(P〈0.05),进而减少了动物向环境中的氮排泄。Toledo J B Furlan A C Pozza P C Pianob L M Carvalho P L O Peuela-Sierra L M Huepa L M D 2014饲料博览2014,0,11:3
