| 1 | Report on Childhood Obesity in China (10): Association of Sleep Duration with Obesity显示文摘Objectives To explore the association of sleep duration with obesity among children in urban areas of China.Methods A total of 6 576 children(3 293 boys and 3 283 girls) aged 7-11 years were randomly selected from 36 primary schools in 6 metropolitan cities in China.A 7-day Physical Activity Recall was used to assess the sleep duration and physical activity level.The height,weight,waist circumference(WC) and percentage of body fat(%BF,as determined by bioelectrical impedance analysis technique) were measured by following the standardized operation procedures.The information on demography,lifestyle and eating habits was collected with a self-administered questionnaire from participants and their parents.Results The average sleep duration per night in the children was 9.7 h with the decreasing trends along with the increase of age(P<0.05).The sleep duration was negatively associated with body mass index(BMI) and WC in both boys and girls after adjustment for confounders(β value-0.23 and-0.82 for boys,-0.24 and-0.91 for girls,respectively,P<0.01).However,no significant association of sleep duration with %BF was found.Children who slept less than 9.0 h per night had a higher risk for overweight and obesity(OR=1.29,95% CI:1.01,1.64) and abdominal obesity(OR=1.38,95% CI:1.04,1.83) as compared with those who slept for 10.0-10.9 h.Conclusions Short sleep duration is associated with obesity.It is important to ensure adequate sleep duration of children and foster their healthy lifestyle at an early stage of life. | MENG Li Ping LIUAi Ling HU Xiao Qi ZHANG Qian DU Song Ming FANG Hong Yun MA Jun XU Gui Fa LI Ying GUO Hong Wei DU Lin MA Guan Sheng | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012，25，2： | 16 |

| 4 | MiRNA-206 inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation and migration but promotes apoptosis by modulating cMET expression显示文摘A close relationship between cancer progression and microRNAs(miRNAs)regulation has been demonstrated.Abnormal microRNA-206(miR-206)expression has been shown to be related to the development of malignancies.However,the role of miR-206 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remains unclear.Here,we evaluated the function of miR-206 in HCC.Results showed that miR-206 expression was decreased in 27 human HCC tissues compared with that of adjacent normal tissues.Conversely,cMET was up-regulated in human HCC cancer tissues,and cMET levels were shown to be negatively correlated with miR-206 expression.Abnormally increased miR-206 expression in three HCC cell lines(SMMC-7721,HepG2,and Huh7)attenuated cell viability,migration,and invasion.Increased apoptosis was also observed in these miR-206 expressing cells.Furthermore,we identified that miR-206 targets the 3′-UTR of the cMET gene for silencing,and restoration of cMET expression reversed the inhibitory effect of miR-206 on HCC.Tumor cells expressing miR-206 also showed delayed growth in the in vivo experiments compared with the controls.Altogether,our findings provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of HCC oncogenesis. | Yuanxi Wang Qinwen Tai Jinhui Zhang Junsheng Kang Feng Gao Feng Zhong Liquan Cai Fa Fang Yi Gao | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019，51，3： | 7 |

| 6 | CFD predictions of LBO limits for aero-engine combustors using fuel iterative approximation显示文摘Lean blow-out (LBO) is critical to operational performance of combustion systems in propulsion and power generation. Current predictive tools for LBO limits are based on decadesold empirical correlations that have limited applicability for modern combustor designs. According to the Lefebvre's model for LBO and classical perfect stirred reactor (PSR) concept, a load parameter (LP) is proposed for LBO analysis of aero-engine combustors in this paper. The parameters contained in load parameter are all estimated from the non-reacting flow field of a combustor that is obtained by numerical simulation. Additionally, based on the load parameter, a method of fuel iterative approximation (FIA) is proposed to predict the LBO limit of the combustor. Compared with experimental data for 19 combustors, it is found that load parameter can represent the actual combustion load of the combustor near LBO and have good relativity with LBO fuel/air ratio (FAR). The LBO FAR obtained by FIA shows good agreement with experimental data, the maximum prediction uncertainty of FIA is about ±17.5%. Because only the non-reacting flow is simulated, the time cost of the LBO limit prediction using FIA is relatively low (about 6 h for one combustor with computer equipment of CPU 2.66 GHz · 4 and 4 GB memory), showing that FIA is reliable and efficient to be used for practical applications. | Hu Bin Huang Yong Wang Fang Xie Fa | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013，26，1： | 3 |

| 10 | Integration of filter membrane and Ca_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10) nanosheets for high performance flexible UV photodetectors显示文摘We report that the integration of filter membrane and Ca_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10)nanosheets(FM@CNO) UV photodetector(UV PD) shows high performance and excellent flexibility. The Ca_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10)nanosheets were prepared by a facile solid-state reaction and liquid exfoliation process. The Ca_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10)nanosheets can be integrated into the pores of a filter membrane via a simple vacuum filtration method. The FM@CNO UV PD shows high performance under 300 nm light illumination at 5 V bias, including high responsivity(0.08 AW^(-1)), high detectivity(1.1 × 10^(12)Jones), high UV/visible rejection ratio(3.86 × 10^(3)) and fast speed(0.12/1.24 ms). Furthermore, the FM@CNO device exhibits excellent flexibility after many bending cycles.In addition, the FM@CNO array device was used as a pixel array detector for UV imaging.
