| 2 | Glass-compatible and self-powered temperature alarm system by temperature-responsive organic manganese halides via backward energy transfer process显示文摘A pioneering glass-compatible transparent temperature alarm system self-powered by luminescent solar concentrators(LSCs) is reported.Single green-emitted organic manganese halides(OMHs) of PEA_(2)MnBr_(2)I_(2),which has a unique temperature-dependent backward energy transfer process from selftrapped state to^(4)T_(1)energy level of Mn,is used for triggering the temperature alarm.The LSC with redemitted CsPbI_(3)perovskite-polymer composite films on the glass substrate is used for power supply.The spectrally separated nature between the green-emitted OMHs for temperature alarm and red-emitted CsPbI3in LSC for power supply allows for probing the signal light of temperature-responsive OMHs without the interference of LSCs,making it possible to calibrate the temperature visually just by a self-powered brightness detection circuit with LED indicators.Taking advantage of LSC without hot spot effects plaguing the solar cells,as-prepared temperature alarm system can operate well on both sunny and cloudy day. | Pengfei Xia Fan Liu Yuru Duan Xuefang Hu Changgui Lu Shuhong Xu Chunlei Wang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3: | 0 |
| 3 | An Experimental Study on the Observation Method of Hydrogen Concentration in Fault Gas显示文摘In order to explore the new technology and methods for seismic underground fluid observation,a test study on measurement of hydrogen concentration in fault gas is carried out at the piedmont fault zone of Zhongtiao Mountain. Through the experiment on observation positions,gas collection devices and sampling depths,the paper presents the observation method for fault gas hydrogen concentration by using an online automatic trace hydrogen analyzer. Comparative tests are conducted on the stability and optimum conditions of this type of instrument in the field environment, and the hydrogen concentrations at different measuring points of the same fault are observed. The results show that it is technically feasible to carry out continuous hydrogen concentration on a fault zone. | 4 | Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide inhibits LPS-induced inflammatory injury to mammary epithelial cells显示文摘This study sought to investigate whether Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide(GLP)has a protective effect on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammatory injury to mammary epithelial HC-11 cells and to characterize the mechanism involved.Cell viability was assessed using the cell counting kit 8(CCK-8)method,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and IL-1βlevels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and IκBa,p65 NF-κB and STAT3 mRNA were determined using quantitative reverse transcription PCR(qRT-PCR),p65 and STAT3 protein expression were determined using Western blotting,respectively.GLP was shown to inhibit LPS-induced TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1βproduction(P<0.01 or P<0.05),GLP was also shown to increase IκBαmRNA expression(P<0.01),decrease p65 and STAT3 mRNA expression(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and decrease p-p65,p65,p-STAT3,and STAT3 protein expression in breast epithelial cells(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The findings suggest that GLP inhibits nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)and signal transducers and activators of transcription(STAT)signaling by preventing IκBαdegradation and p65 and STAT3 phosphorylation.This results in lower LPS-induced TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-1βproduction and prevents inflammatory cell injury. | Yi Fan Wei Wang Xuefang Wang Liqin Yu Yue Wei Lei Wei Xiaoyang Xie Xiao Li | 2023 | Journal of Future Foods2023,3,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Diversity and independent evolutionary profiling of rodent-borne viruses in Hainan,a tropical island of China显示文摘The risk of emerging infectious diseases(EID)is increasing globally.More than 60%of EIDs worldwide are caused by animal-borne pathogens.This study aimed to characterize the virome,analyze the phylogenetic evolution,and determine the diversity of rodent-borne viruses in Hainan Province,China.We collected 682 anal and throat samples from rodents,combined them into 28 pools according to their species and location,and processed them for next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.The diverse viral contigs closely related to mammals were assigned to 22 viral families.Molecular clues of the important rodent-borne viruses were further identified by polymerase chain reaction for phylogenetic analysis and annotation of genetic characteristics such as arenavirus,coronavirus,astrovirus,pestivirus,parvovirus,and papillomavirus.We identified pestivirus and bocavirus in Leopoldoms edwardsi from Huangjinjiaoling,and bocavirus in Rattus andamanensis from the national nature reserves of Bangxi with low amino acid identity to known pathogens are proposed as the novel species,and their rodent hosts have not been previously reported to carry these viruses.These results expand our knowledge of viral classification and host range and suggest that there are highly diverse,undiscovered viruses that have evolved independently in their unique wildlife hosts in inaccessible areas. | Youyou Li Chuanning Tang Yun Zhang Zihan Li Gaoyu Wang Ruoyan Peng Yi Huang Xiaoyuan Hu Henan Xin Boxuan Feng Xuefang Cao Yongpeng He Tonglei Guo Yijun He Haoxiang Su Xiuji Cui Lina Niu Zhiqiang Wu Jian Yang Fan Yang Gang Lu Lei Gao Qi Jin Meifang Xiao Feifei Yin Jiang Du | 2023 | Virologica Sinica2023,38,5: | 0 |
