| 1 | Ecological Environment Conservation and Restoration and Sustainable Development of Minqin Oasis显示文摘Minqin oasis in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River is a main natural barrier for the Wuwei Basin. Due to the combined influence of human activities and natural factors in the past half a century, water quality in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River decreased and ecological environment deteriorated, which influenced sustainable development of this area and surrounding area seriously. This paper analyzed current situation and reasons of the deteriorated ecological environment in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River, and proposed that water environment regulation was the primary task in the eco-environment control of Minqin area, specifically,(a) By using existing policies, accelerating the construction of water-saving agriculture in the middle reaches of the Shiyang River, water quantity in the lower reaches would be guanranted, water shortage for agricultural production and ecological use in Minqin oasis would be relieved;(b) Unreasonable human activities such as overexploitation of underground water should be controlled strictly;(c) Water conservancy project should be developed vigorously to ensure rate of flow. It was expected that the above schemes would contribute to the benign circulation of ecological environment in Minqin oasis. | WANG Lide YAO Tuo XU Feng HAN Fugui GUO Chunxiu WANG Fangling Li Faming | 2016 | Journal of Landscape Research2016,8,1: | 2 |

| 4 | Applications and recent advances in transdermal drug delivery systems for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease predominantly based on joint lesions with an extremely high disability and deformity rate.Several drugs have been used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, but their use is limited by suboptimal bioavailability, serious adverse effects, and nonnegligible first-pass effects. In contrast, transdermal drug delivery systems(TDDSs)can avoid these drawbacks and improve patient compliance, making them a promising option for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Of course,TDDSs also face unique challenges,as the physiological barrier of the skin makes drug delivery somewhat limited. To overcome this barrier and maximize drug delivery efficiency,TDDSs have evolved in terms of the principle of transdermal facilitation and transdermal facilitation technology, and different generations of TDDSs have been derived, which have significantly improved transdermal efficiency and even achieved individualized controlled drug delivery. In this review,we summarize the different generations of transdermal drug delivery systems, the corresponding transdermal strategies, and their applications in the treatment of RA. | Yuyi Xu Ming Zhao Jinxue Cao Ting Fang Jian Zhang Yanli Zhen Fangling Wu Xiaohui Yu Yaming Liu Ji Li Dongkai Wang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,11: | 0 |
| 5 | Efficient synthesis of forsterite via high-temperature thermochemical reactions from boron mud waste without briquetting显示文摘Forsterite is a highly demanded material in high-temperature industries due to its superior performance in elevated temperatures. This study proposes synthesizing high-quality forsterite via high-temperature thermochemical reactions using abundant boron mud waste. The new synthesis method capitalizes on the high reactivity of fine raw powder materials, enabling the reaction to reach completion at low temperatures rapidly. The chemical characteristics, microscopic morphology, and structure of synthe-sized samples are systematically studied using XRD and SEM.The results confirm that boron mud can be efficiently transformed into forsterite after 10 min of reactions at 1500℃.The synthesized products attain over 98.7%densification and contain more than 85.0%forsterite with well-developed grains. The activation energy of forsterite grain growth in the 1100-1500℃temperature range is 165.5 kJ/mol.This study provides a low-cost method for producing forsterite and an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for treating solid waste. | Fangling Hu Liangliang Fu Qingjin Zhang Guangwen Xu Dingrong Bai | 2024 | Particuology2024,87,4: | 0 |
| 6 | The Study of IgG Subclass Profiles of Anti-HBc in Populations with Different Status of HBV Infection显示文摘To study IgG subclasses for the hepatitis B virus (HBV) core antigen (anti-HBc) in different populations, a comparison was made between 104 chronic carriers (60 male and 44 female) and 434 recovered individuals (247 male and 192 female). Biochemistry analyses of AST (aspartate aminotransferase) and ALT (alanine aminotransferase) were also performed. Among the 104 chronic carriers, 21 patients were found to be ALT and AST abnormal (> 25 IU/ml). After comparing these ALT and AST abnormal patients with other ALT and AST normal chronic carriers, no statistical difference was observed in the OD values of the anti-HBe (p > 0.05). The ELISA results showed the anti-HBc IgG subclass pattern was IgG1 > IgG3 > IgG4 in chronic carriers and IgG3 > IgG1 > IgG4 in recovered individuals (p < 0.05). This result suggests the IgG1/IgG3 ratio may be related with HBV status. However, in spite of the different anti-HBc IgG1/IgG3 patterns demonstrated in different populations, both anti-HBc IgG1 and IgG3 concentrations were significantly higher in chronic carriers (p < 0.05). Therefore, both the anti-HBc IgG1/IgG3 ratio and their amounts differed. They may play a significant role in chronic carriers and recovered individuals. The anti-HBc IgG subclass profiles of chronic carriers were not changed regardless of liver inflammation, and were independent of sex and age. | 7 | Design, synthesis and SAR study of 2-aminopyridine derivatives as potent and selective JAK2 inhibitors显示文摘The abnormal activation of JAK2 kinase is closely related to the occurrence and progression of myeloproliferative neoplasms(MPNs).At present, there is still an obvious unmet medical need for selective JAK2 inhibitors in clinic. In this paper,a class of 2-aminopyridine derivatives as potent and selective JAK2 inhibitors was obtained by combining drug design, synthesis and structure-activity relationship studies based on the previously identified lead Crizotinib.Among them,21 b exhibited high inhibitory activity against JAK2 with an IC_(50)of 9 nmol/L,moreover,it showed 276-and 184-fold selectivity over JAK1 and JAK3,respectively.Besides,21 b had a significant antiproliferative activity against HEL cells, and also inhibited the phosphorylation of JAK2 and its down-stream signaling pathway. These results indicated that2-aminopyridine compound 21 b had the potential to be developed as a selective JAK2 inhibitor for further study. | Dandan Liu Huan Ge Fangling Xu Yufang Xu Wenjun Liu Honglin Li Lili Zhu Yanyan Diao Zhenjiang Zhao | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6: | 0 |
