| 2 | Microstructure evolution and texture tailoring of reduced graphene oxide reinforced Zn scaffold显示文摘Zinc(Zn)possesses desirable degradability and favorable biocompatibility,thus being recognized as a promising bone implant material.Nevertheless,the insufficient mechanical performance limits its further clinical application.In this study,reduced graphene oxide(RGO)was used as reinforcement in Zn scaffold fabricated via laser additive manufacturing.Results showed that the homogeneously dispersed RGO simultaneously enhanced the strength and ductility of Zn scaffold.On one hand,the enhanced strength was ascribed to(i)the grain refinement caused by the pinning effect of RGO,(ii)the efficient load shift due to the huge specific surface area of RGO and the favorable interface bonding between RGO and Zn matrix,and(iii)the Orowan strengthening by the homogeneously distributed RGO.On the other hand,the improved ductility was owing to the RGO-induced random orientation of grain with texture index reducing from 20.5 to 7.3,which activated more slip systems and provided more space to accommodate dislocation.Furthermore,the cell test confirmed that RGO promoted cell growth and differentiation.This study demonstrated the great potential of RGO in tailoring the mechanical performance and cell behavior of Zn scaffold for bone repair. | Youwen Yang Yun Cheng Shuping Peng Liang Xu Chongxian He Fangwei Qi Mingchun Zhao Cijun Shuai | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,5: | 4 |

| 7 | Trans-cinnamaldehyde inhibits Penicillium italicum by damaging mitochondria and inducing apoptosis mechanisms显示文摘Plant-derived essential oils have excellent antifungal effects and can be used for the preservation of fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables, but the detailed mechanism has not been fully elucidated. In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effects of trans-cinnamaldehyde on Penicillium italicum, a common pollution fungus in citrus, and explored the antifungal mechanism of trans-cinnamaldehyde by detecting fungal oxidative damage, mitochondrial metabolism, and cell apoptosis. These results showed that transcinnamaldehyde made the carboxylic acid cycle deregulated by altering the related enzyme activities(succinate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase) and mid product. Moreover, the level of reactive oxygen species rose sharply while the redox level was out of regulation. The mitochondrial membrane potential collapsed, leading to the leakage of cytochrome c, and then triggering the activation of apoptotic protease, which was further confirmed by the significant increase in caspase-3 activity from(3.6 ± 0.6) U to(8.8 ± 1.1) U(P < 0.05). The cytochrome c in mitochondria was detected by confocal Raman microspectroscopy, the characteristic intensity index(I750/I2944) was decreased, indicating that the cytochrome c in mitochondria was reduced and leakage. Besides, the strong negative correlation between Raman intensity and the amount of cytochrome c leakage was established with the correlation coefficient of-0.981 7. | 14 | Investigation and Analysis of Nutrition Components of Wild Chives Collected from Hezhang County of Guizhou Province显示文摘Guizhou Province is an important distribution area of wild onion resources,and a large area of wild( Chinese) chives are distributed in Hezhang County. In order to understand and study the distribution of wild chives,the geographical distribution,habitats and climate of wild chives in Hezhang County were investigated,and the main nutrition components of wild chives were analyzed. The results indicated that there were mainly three kinds of wild chives distributed in Hezhang County, including Allium wallichii Kunth., Allium ovalifolium Hand.-Mazz.( tentatively named),and Allium hookeri Thwaites( tentatively named). Among the 17 kinds of amino acids,except for proline,the content of other amino acids in wild chives was higher than that of the cultivated chives( Allaum tuberosum Rottler ex Spreng.). The sugar content of wild chives was significantly lower than the cultivated chives. Among nine trace elements,the manganese,zinc and iron content of A. ovalifolium Hand.-Mazz. were significantly higher than that of the cultivated chives and other wild chives. Among the four kinds of heavy metals,cadmium content in the three kinds of wild chives exceeded the limitation of the national standard,and cadmium content in A. ovalifolium Hand.-Mazz. was significantly higher than that of the others. Arsenic,mercury and lead content in A. ovalifolium Hand.-Mazz. also exceeded the limitation of the national standard. Vitamin C content in leaves and stalk of A. wallichii Kunth. in the original habits was higher than that of the cultivated chives. The biological characteristics and nutrition components of the wild chives from Hezhang County were significantly different from that of the cultivated chives. | 15 | Harmonic Amplification Analysis of Cable Lines with Distributed Parameters Based on Kalman Filter and Convolution Inversion显示文摘Harmonic amplification phenomena could appear at the point of common connection(PCC) of the cable line terminal. However, the distributed parameter model of the cable line contains hyperbolic functions with plural variables, which makes it challenging to obtain the harmonic amplification factor(HAF). Hence, a time-domain method combining the Kalman filter and convolution inversion(KFCI) methods is proposed to address this problem. First, the Kalman filter method optimizes the square wave pulse response(SWPR) with measurement error. Then, the optimized SWPR data are used to get the HAF by the convolution inversion method. Next, the harmonic amplification characteristics of cable lines are explored. Finally, an experimental simulation model is built on the PSCAD software, verifying the optimization effectiveness of Kalman filter for the SWPR with error and the accuracy of the HAF calculated by the proposed method. | 16 | Ti_(4)O_(7) supported IrO_(x) for anode reversal tolerance in proton exchange membrane fuel cell显示文摘Fuel starvation can occur and cause damage to the cell when proton exchange membrane fuel cells operate under complex working conditions.In this case,carbon corrosion occurs.Oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts can alleviate carbon corrosion by introducing water electrolysis at a lower potential at the anode in fuel shortage.The mixture of hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)and unsupported OER catalyst not only reduces the electrolysis efficiency,but also influences the initial performance of the fuel cell.Herein,Ti_(4)O_(7) supported IrO_(x) is synthesized by utilizing the surfactant-assistant method and serves as reversal tolerant components in the anode.When the cell reverse time is less than 100 min,the cell voltage of the MEA added with IrO_(x)/Ti_(4)O_(7) has almost no attenuation.Besides,the MEA has a longer reversal time(530 min)than IrO_(x)(75 min),showing an excellent reversal tolerance.The results of electron microscopy spectroscopy show that IrO_(x) particles have a good dispersity on the surface of Ti_(4)O_(7) and IrO_(x)/Ti_(4)O_(7) particles are uniformly dispersed on the anode catalytic layer.After the stability test,the Ti_(4)O_(7) support has little decay,demonstrating a high electrochemical stability.IrO_(x)/Ti_(4)O_(7) with a high dispersity has a great potential to the application on the reversal tolerance anode of the fuel cell. | Yonghuan LI Wei SONG Guang JIANG Yue YANG Hongmei YU Zhigang SHAO Fangwei DUAN Yingxuan YANG | 2022 | Frontiers in Energy2022,16,5: | 0 |
