1Individual and combined toxic effects of cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos on earthworm显示文摘Toxicities were assessed for a pyrethroid (cypermethrin) and an organophosphate insecticide (chlorpyrifos) individually and in combination. A series of tests were conducted on different responses (acute, chronic, behavioral) of earthworms of species Eisenia fetida andrei in the ecological risk assessment of these pesticides. The results showed that the toxicity of the mixture of cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos was significantly higher than either of these pesticides individually, especially on the earthworm's chronic responses. At a concentration of 5 mg/kg, the mixture caused significant reductions on the growth and reproduction rates of earthworms, but did not cause any significant effect when the individual was tested. 3Differential physiological responses of the coastal cyanobacterium Synechococcus sp. PCC7002 to elevated pCO2 at lag, exponential,and stationary growth phases显示文摘We studied the effects of expected end-of-the-century p CO_2(1000 ppm)on the photosynthetic performance of a coastal marine cyanobacterium Synechococcus sp.PCC7002 during the lag,exponential,and stationary growth phases.Elevated p CO_2significantly stimulated growth,and enhanced the maximum cell density during the stationary phase.Under ambient p CO_2conditions,the lag phase lasted for 6 days,while elevated p CO_2shortened the lag phase to two days and extended the exponential phase by four days.The elevated p CO_2increased photosynthesis levels during the lag and exponential phases,but reduced them during the stationary phase.Moreover,the elevated p CO_2reduced the saturated growth light(Ik)and increased the light utilization efficiency(α)during the exponential and stationary phases,and elevated the phycobilisome:chlorophyll a(Chl a)ratio.Furthermore,the elevated p CO_2reduced the particulate organic carbon(POC):Chl a and particulate organic nitrogen(PON):Chl a ratios during the lag and stationary phases,but enhanced them during the exponential phase.Overall,Synechococcus showed differential physiological responses to elevated p CO_2during different growth phases,thus providing insight into previous studies that focused on only the exponential phase,which may have biased the results relative to the effects of elevated p CO_2in ecology or aquaculture.Shanli MOU Gang LI Hongmei LI Fazhong LI Zhisheng SHAO Jinsong LI Changfeng QU Yongyu ZHANG 2018Science China Earth Sciences2018,61,10:1
4Data-driven Inverter-based Volt/VAr Control for Partially Observable Distribution Networks显示文摘For active distribution networks(ADNs)integrated with massive inverter-based energy resources,it is impractical to maintain the accurate model and deploy measurements at all nodes due to the large-scale of ADNs.Thus,current models of ADNs usually involve significant errors or even unknown occurances.Moreover,ADNs are usually partially observable since only a few measurements are available at pilot nodes or nodes with significant users.To provide a practical Volt/Var control(VVC)strategy for such networks,a data-driven VVC method is proposed in this paper.First,the system response policy,approximating the relationship between the control variables and states of monitoring nodes,is estimated by a recursive regression closed-form solution.Then,based on real-time measurements and the newly updated system response policy,a VVC strategy with convergence guarantee is realized.Since the recursive regression solution is embedded in the control stage,a data-driven closedloop VVC framework is established.The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated in an unbalanced distribution system considering nonlinear loads,where not only the rapid and self-adaptive voltage regulation is realized,but also systemwide optimization is achieved.Tong Xu Wenchuan Wu Yiwen Hong Junjie Yu Fazhong Zhang 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,2:1
