| 1 | Acupoint combinations used for treatment of Alzheimer's disease: A data mining analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To identify the acupoint combinations used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD).METHODS: The clinical literature regarding acupuncture and moxibustion for AD was searched and collected from databases including Chinese Biomedical Medicine, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database and PubMed. The database of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for AD was established by using Excel software so as to conduct the descriptive analysis, association analysis on the data.RESULTS: Baihui(GV 20), Sishencong(EX-HN 1),Shenmen(HT 7), Zusanli(ST 36), Neiguan(PC 6),Fengchi(GB 20), Taixi(KI 3), Dazhui(GV 14), Shenshu(BL 23), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Shenting(GV 24), Fenglong(ST 40), Xuanzhong(GB 39), Shuigou(GV 26)and Taichong(LR 3) were of higher frequency in the treatment of AD with acupnucture and moxibustion. Most acupoints were selected from the Governor Vessel. The commonly used acupoints were located on the head, face, neck and lower limbs. The combination of the local acupoints with the distal ones was predominated. The crossing points among the specific points presented the advantage in the treatment. The association analysis indicated that the correlation among Fengchi(GB 20)-Baihui(GV 20) was the strongest, followed by combinations of Dazhui(GV 14)-Baihui(GV 20), Shenshu(BL 23)-Baihui(GV 20) and Neiguan(PC 6)-Baihui(GV 20) and indicated the common rules of the clinical acupoint selection and combination for AD.CONCLUSION: Our findings provide a reference for acupoints selection and combination for AD in clinical acupuncture practice. | Yu Chaochao Wang Li Kong Lihong Shen Feng Ma Chaoyang Du Yanjun Zhou Hua | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,6: | 4 |

| 6 | Clinical significance of serum IgM and IgG levels in COVID-19 patients in Hubei Province,China显示文摘Background:There have been many studies about coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),but the clinical signifi-cance of quantitative serum severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2)-specific IgM and IgG levels of COVID-19 patients have not been exhaustively analyzed.We aimed to investigate the time profiles of these IgM/IgG levels in COVID-19 patients and their correlations with clinical features.Methods:A multicenter clinical study was conducted from February 20 to March 52020.It involved 179 COVID-19 patients(108 males and 71 females)from five hospitals in Huangshi in Hubei Province,China.To detect SARS-CoV-2-specific IgM/IgG,quantitative antibody assays(two-step indirect immunoassays with direct chemilu-minescence technology)based on the nucleocapsid protein(NP)and spike protein 1(S1)were used.For normally distributed data,means were compared using the t-test,��2-test,or exact probability method.For categorical data,medians were compared using Mann-Whitney U test.Results:The median age was 57(44-69)years(58[38-69]for males and 57[49-68]for females).The median duration of positive nucleic acid test was 22.32(17.34-27.43)days.The mortality rate was relatively low(3/179,1.68%).Serum SARS-CoV-2-specific IgG was detected around week 1 after illness onset,gradually increased until peaking in weeks 4 and 5,and then declined.Serum IgM peaked in weeks 2 and 3,then gradually declined and returned to its normal range by week 7 in all patients.Notably,children had milder respiratory symptoms with lower SARS-CoV-2-specific IgM/IgG levels.The duration of positive nucleic acid test in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)group was 30.36(18.99-34.76)days,which was significantly longer than that in the non-COPD group(21.52[16.75-26.51]days;P=0.025).The peak serum SARS-CoV-2-specific IgG was sig-nificantly positively correlated with the duration of positive nucleic acid test.The incidence rate of severe and critical cases in the IgM hi group(using the median IgM level of 29.95 AU/mL as the cutofffor grouping)was about 38.0%(19/50),which was twice as much as that in the IgM lo group(18.4%;9/49).The patients with positive chest imaging and lymphocytopenia(<1×10^(9)/L)had a higher SARS-CoV-2-specific IgM level.Conclusions: Quantitative SARS-CoV-2-specific IgM and IgG levels are helpful for the diagnosis, severity classifi- cation, and management of COVID-19 patients, and they should be monitored in each stage of this disease. | Zhenjiang Bai Qing Li Qinghui Chen Changming Niu Yu Wei Hanpeng Huang Wei Zhao Nian Chen Xin Yao Qiang Zhang Chuanyong Mu Jian Feng Chuanlong Zhu Zhuo Li Ming Ding Binhui Feng Chaochao Jin Xiang Lu Yi Yang Shuiyan Wu Xiaochen Shu Haibo Qiu YingZi Huang | 2022 | Journal of Intensive Medicine2022,2,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Influence of donor:acceptor ratio on charge transfer dynamics in non-fullerene organic bulk heterojunctions显示文摘The donor:acceptor(D:A) blend ratio plays a very important role in affecting the progress of charge transfer and energy transfer in bulk heterojunction(BHJ) orga nic solar cells(OSCs).The proper D:A blend ratio can provide maximized D/A interfacial area for exciton dissociation and appro p riate domain size of the exciton diffusion length,which is beneficial to obtain high-performance OSCs.Here,we comprehensively investigated the relationship between various D:A blend ratios and the charge transfer and energy transfer mechanisms in OSCs based on PBDB-T and non-fullerene acceptor IT-M.Based on various D:A blend ratios,it was found that the ratio of components is a key factor to suppress the formation of triplet states and recombination energy losses.Rational D:A blend ratios can provide appropriate donor/accepter surface for charge transfer which has been powerfully verified by various detailed experimental results from the time-resolved fluorescence measurement and transient absorption(TA) spectroscopy.Optimized coherence length and crystallinity are verified by grazing incident wide-angle X-ray scattering(GIWAXS) measurements.The results are bene ficial to comprehend the effects of various D:A blend ratios on charge transfer and energy transfer dynamics and provides constructive suggestions for rationally designing new materials and feedback for photovoltaic performance optimization in non-fullerene OSCs. | Zhenchuan Wen Tong Wang Zhihao Chen Tingting Jiang Lin Feng Xianjin Feng Chaochao Qin Xiaotao Hao | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1: | 0 |
